“Managed to get my refund by calling their customer service helpline number,i ordered 2 XL tops; they are so small that will not fit a normal 9-year-old. Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service toll free number which is +1 816 548 2880 after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it’s a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them”

“I placed three orders with this company in March 2020. I paid extra freight, and the product was advertised as “in stock“ with a 5 to 10 day delivery. Despite frequent emails requesting delivery times and updates on this product, customer service continued to give me a run around saying that the product was shipped. I made numerous requests personally contact someone to discuss this problem. All were ignored. This company has a gross lack of service, as well as performance. I highly recommend another organization. After I placed my order, I noticed that this was a common problem, Had I known previous to a place of my order I would’ve gone elsewhere. I will in the future.”

“I placed an order earlier this week on lightinthebox. I am new to this website, and after reading all these bad reviews, I've cancelled the order after 4 days. The Item was not shipped yet, and within 24 hours, I go refund from the company.”

“One star is too much for this "company". They deserve 💩💩💩💩💩. LightInTheBox is a scam! My daughter ordered a mini projector back in December. It never arrived, they cancelled the order never refunded the money. On top of that, they keep sending junk email to her even though she has unsubscribed from their emails multiple times.”

“Ordered an in stock item with 3-4 business day delivery. After a month the item has yet to ship, let alone arrive and there has been no correspondence or feedback from them on when the item may actually ship, aside from "give it another week". As it has yet to arrive with any courier after a month, I am assuming the order or item was lost before sending it out to be delivered. Awful experience”

“so today i have ordered a nail kit for almost £20. when i looked on my bank online to see if the money was gone i saw that they had taken it out 3 times. they had taken almost £40 more.”

“It's a FRAUD! Don't waste your money and time for this scam business. I placed an order more than 3 weeks ago with 10-18 days delivery time confirmed. After 11 days they provided a tracking number which does not exist, it is not recognized by the shipping company. They don't respond to messages, and from today they block me from submitting a new ticket stating that "you have no orders on file", so I cannot even claim a refund. They appear to be running away with customers' money. Stay away!”

“Absolutely disgusted, just got a curtain delivered to my door, yes you heard right one curtain not the set I ordered, cost 75 Euro for one curtain, scam artists is all they are, I'll never order from this site again and I'll never recommend them😠😠so angry taking advantage of people. “I’d give it no stars if I could. Still haven’t received an order I placed 5 weeks ago. Very difficult to get in touch with customer services as when I log in it states I haven’t ordered anything- so unable to get in touch with customer services as you have to ‘get a ticket’ but unable to do so if you don’t have an order! Very frustrating! AVOID!”

“No passado dia 14 fiz uma encomenda de máscaras e foi me dito que foi enviado dois dias depois... Até agora a única coisa que saiu foi o dinheiro da minha conta. Nem acredito como cai neste embuste...o meu pedido senhor Fábio é o #36823413 e ainda está na Alemanha á espera de ser entregue a DHL...não comprem neste site. 3 a 7 dias úteis era a promessa...agora já nem consigo contatar através do site...e nem me aparece o meu pedido. It never arrived and every time I send a 'not arrived, please refund' message I get a 'contact your post office or carrier' message. They take NO RESPONSIBILITY in ensuring you get what you ordered.
