I have ordered several things throughout the last few years, things have always come quickly and been good value. I ordered cushion covers last week, they are good quality however I do not think that the four covers go together. My daughter, however loves them. I will certainly be ordering from them again

I was very sceptical about ordering from lightinthebox but it was very easy to order and I paid with PayPal which gave me additional security. I waited for my order to arrive and it did. My order arrived within 9 days of being told it was dispatched, which was only 14 days in total from ordering. The clothes that I ordered are of good quality and well made. The material was not what I was expecting but still good quality and nice to wear. I would recommend buying from this site.

Took around three weeks for two hoodies to arrive which then did not fit me. I have asked SIX TIMES for an address to return the items and receive a refund, which they clearly do not want to provide. My messages are either ignored or they provide other ridiculous options that are better for them, such as giving the items away and purchasing them again with a 20% discount. Ludicrous. Awful customer service and I am now £70 out of pocket. Will never use again. Update - I have now been provided a full refund including shipping costs so am satisfied either the resolution.

Website is great to navigate. Order process and payment was quick. I did have a few minor problems being able to track my package from point of order. Delivery was quick and the Cycle Jacket is great quality. Thanks you LightInTheBox. Steve

Bought a cycling waterproof top. Came within a week as stated. Is warm and waterproof. I’m a L in a UK size but bought a 3XL which fits perfectly so just adjust your sizing accordingly when buying.

Anybody giving 5 stars must be a fake bot. This site/company is an absolute scam, I've ordered an 88 pound light plus delivery fee making it 91 pound, I used the option to be updated each status change and also was told I would have a confirmation email, I haven't had a single email from them and no update, so I went onto their website to check the status of my order, my item wasn't under the order screen, so I tried the app still nothing, no contact number for me to get in contact and their email is absolutely useless its just an automated response that you reply to for it to then email back saying its an automated response and to not reply to the automated response... How would this even work. So then I searched everywhere and finally found details of my item under the ticket section, I checked my item and it would not let me track it, so I kept checking my item each day and after maybe 3 or 4 days the item dissapearwd from the ticket section. I then sent them a ticket with screenshots and every single detail they asked for (order number, date of purchase e. T. C) and they replied a generic message saying I may have used the wrong email and then once again asked for details, so I sent them details again and told them I did not use a different email. Next time I check my ticket the day after it says resolved and when you try to open it up the page just does not load it says not found. I'm still trying and I'm still getting nothing it's all set up to scam you I will be reporting thjs website and company to trading standards. Trust all the comments saying do not use this website or app.. THEY ARE A SCAM

It was created from your phone number "4477******76". This was why we could not sent you emails to inform you order status because we even did not know your email address. When you completed the order, we suggested you to enter your Email address so you can receive the order updates. Unfortunately, it was found you did not enter your email address in this section. And you may also track your package via this link: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/GV724857548GB Please also be advised the online tracking information will only be updated once the package arrives at the next location. Your package has not arrived at the next location, so there was not updates after Feb. 5th. Please be kindly waiting for more updates. 6 weeks later after ordering and I still don’t have my order. They say it’s Covid. I’ve had 2 parcels both delivered from UK in 4 days WTF 🤬
