“Loved everything. Can you get me another SWAN before next Sat, Valentines Day??? Just remembered SWANS are are PAIRS FOR LIFE...also need the 40 LED mini heart string lights...6 more sets. Answer ASAP so that I can order...must arrive before Feb 14! Loved everything!”

“This was my first purchase with lights.com and I could not be happier with the product and the customer service. I received my order very quickly as well. I did have one small issue with one candle in the 9 piece set I ordered. I called customer service and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. They had a new candle shipped out to me to fix the problem. I am very satisfied with my order and will be purchasing other items through this company as well.”

“I love my colorful star lights!! Hung them last night with the help of a friend and now I dont have to wait for the stars to come out at night. Theyre with me every day and night and I can wish upon a star any time !! “When my order arrived, there were defective items in the package. I submitted a support ticket and it was handled in a timely fashion. Replacement items were sent and when they arrived, they were in good working order. I would give 5 stars if the items arrived in good working condition the first time, however, it requires additional time when items purchased dont arrive ready to go as well as delaying my intended use. Thanks for your prompt responses to the issues with my first items.”

“I ordered a set of flame-less candles. Exactly what was pictured online was what I received!! Very pleased with the quality and how well they were packaged. The shipping was a little high but overall I was very pleased. I will order again and would recommend to friends. Love the remote for the candles!!”

“I ordered the set of four short battery operated candles with remote. We love them. They give a nice glow to the room (we have them in wall sconces on either side of the mirror over the fireplace) and the remote works great. I would highly recommend this product.”
