Lady was here today. Replaced some equipment and she was excellent explained it to my wife. I think her name was Sarah from Ottawa.

What a company, first you don't give out a raise to your employees until July, using Medicare changes as an excuse. Then you only offer 3 percent. Cost of living went up more then that. Then you ask the employees to send money for disaster relief. I mean what the hell, you pay your employees less now then before and then ask them for more money to help out other employees. Why not step up linde and help those workers out. I mean you do report profits each year, maybe invest in the people that get you those profits. I know it's a radical idea, invest in the people that you say you care about. I guess an employee is just a number in a file, go figure.

I have to brag about one of Linn-Care driver Eric, he was wonderful! He explained, how with three different types of oxygen Equipment works, care and when to change hoses. My mother’s had several other oxygen companies out, and none of them gave me or explained how to take use and take care of the equipment.

I was told they were too busy to help within a timely manner. I am a current customer. My equipment isn’t working properly for me. I have reached out before my 30 day trial period. Now I have to pay for the proper mask! Not happy at all! I totally understand why they have a low rating! Hire help if you are soooo busy

My mother is in an assisted living facility requiring oxygen 24/7…. I must constantly call company to have portable tanks picked up and portable full tanks delivered. Often my mother cannot leave her room because portable tanks have not arrived and she must stay tethered to her large oxygenation machine. Unacceptable— you never speak to a real person— so never can resolve issues with one phone call.

Un professional company,doesn't go out there way to help people on oxygen,the older people suffer because of them,If u run out Oxygen,they don't care,wish some other compa y would move in,run them out of business

I have a doctors order for full nebulizer kit every six months because I have pseudomonas! First they called and told me they're not going to give me a nebulizer Secondly they sent a mask and the receipt said Lincare $item 1959 kit nondisposable nebulizer 82.53 second Medline model HC 4630BH mask aerosol adult 5.91 received September 27 with only the mask enclosed! I called and said I was told that I'm only going to get a mask however I have pseudomonas and doctors orders are the whole thing replaced every six months so I don't reinfect myself so I got hung up on twice I called back to third time after I talked to Ahcccs And told jazzy I believe that I submitted a grievance with access and she looked up my order and said I never ordered a nebulizer but she would send one out so I received it yesterday I feel like I went through a lot of high blood pressure moments trying to deal with this and the fact that I'm going to have to do it every six months while I'm alive is scary and that I have the statement that said they delivered a nebulizer but stated to me they weren't going to deliver a nebulizer think fraud is involved maybe you should check on that

They are absolute pests and can't get anything right which leads them to become even bigger pests. They can't accurately explain why you're being charged, they send the wrong equipment, they give you the run around, they can't keep the most basic info on file, and just are a terrible supply company.

This company has been a headache for seven months, claiming I have been noncompliant with my equipment, therefore owing them money. My doctor has sent proof stating otherwise twice, and it continues. Now my bill is being turned over to collections.

Leaves you on hold for over an hour while you’re on your death bead just to ask a question. Absolutely terrible customer service, but they only care. It’s only about the money for these companies, we are numbers.. not people to them.

My supplies arrived 9/12/24 unfortunately the climate hose was for a ResMed 11. I use a ResMed 10. The filters were wrong also. The representative said i should have told them I changes machines I have NEVER had an 11 onky a 10!!! VERY RUDE!! This person put me on hold for 10 minutes when all i needed was a return label sent to me. She then says it will be a week before they can email me the label!! I kept checking ALL my mail but email never came. Today a package came from them with the correct hose but NO filters and the added a water chamber that I didnt ask for. No return label in box either so I called today 9/24 and it was a "service" again not the office. They disconnected my call 4 times prior to a representative actually answering!! She couldn't see where any label was sent so she said it would be 7-10 more days before I would receive it. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and very worrisome because it's a medical supply business. Don't understand how they stay in business. I switched from Alpine bc their bookkeeping is horrible and fraudulent but I don't know of any other supplier. I may just buy my own supplies on Amazon bc I waste so much time just trying to get them from Lincare.

WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND. BEEN CALLING FOR DAYS TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE TO NO AVAIL. THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND NEVER PICK UP THE CALL. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY STAY IN BUSINESS.

Lincare is the worst company I've ever done business with. I started with the company on 3/27/2024. I had to attend a Cpap class, I provided them with the required RX order from my doctor, and they supplied me with my equipment and supplies. They provided me with their mission statement which stated they would provide me with the best possible service. Unfortunately that has never happened. Customers receive a schedule for receiving supplies. After 2 months I never received supplies. I have called the supply center since Aug 15 and I am always told that they are missing the doctors authorization. They said they need that to bill Medicare. I can't even begin to tell you how many times I have called my doctor, the supply center, compliance department, and the local Lincare office (where i was instructed to call if I have any issues). I am worn out. I now have anxieties I never knew I had. I don't even know how to be polite anymore. Today is Sep 20th.....problem still is not resolved. I never knew a business would lie to you. One person will tell me one thing and the next person tells me something else. I asked the Lincare rep how long is the authorization good for. One rep said 6 months and another one said 1 year. I gave them the authorization on Mar 27. It is my opinion that that should honor the Authorization I provided them. The Lincare reps tell me there are additional forms that the doctor needs to provide them. So here I sit with nothing resolved. I recommend to anyone that is getting ready to use a CPap to look for another company. Also read the reviews. And the customer service is ranked 1.9 out of 5. And they have multiple lawsuits against them. I wish I had read these reviews before I selected Lincare. I feel Medicare and our health insurance companies need to look into this company and shut them down.

I am not impressed. Instead very disappointed. The day they were supposed to come to set up oxygen they were a no show because they used an address that was 10 yrs old. He was being discharged from the hospital. They had the right address. When they did come the next day, Jordan was so kind and patient and knowledgeable that I thought "it's a one time thing. His great service was worth the mistake!" Then...my brother was supposed to have a nebulizer which they forgot to deliver. He was in the hospital with pneumonia; the nebulizer is something he should have had and used a day and a half before they finally dropped it off. I don't blame Jordan for any of this. I saw his work order and there was no mention of a nebulizer. There is a disconnect somewhere and the patient suffers because of it. And their employees are making multiple unnecessary trips which would not happen if the correct info was given.

The absolute worst company I’ve ever worked for. They treat their Employees, terribly upper management doesn’t care at all for their employees. If you raise any concerns or they don’t like you, they will do everything they can to make your life miserable and push you out knowing that from personal experience. I wouldn’t recommend Lincare to anybody.

I left Lincare about 5 years ago because of absolutely horrible service. Even though I quit and told them numerous times, to date I still get at least 3 messages from them that I need to order. Had absolutely nothing but problems with them from the first day. Stay away!

Sharon is the best. She was instrumental in transferring oxygen from a company that laid every obstacle in our path. Sharon pushed forward and did not get deterred, while keeping us apprised through the whole process. Thank you Sharon. Lincare should be grateful to have you. I am.

The driver today was named "Ray". While performing oxygen swap he ask how my concentrator was working and ask about filter. I didn't think about bit Ray checked and low and behold the filter wad black with dirt. He changed out within minutes..thanks RAY

My delivery man Louis (Bristol) ct. Is reliable, courteous and has a great sense of humor. I consider him to be a personal friend. I wish all companies had service people like Louis.
