Cant give them any stars- they are truly awful . This is absolutely one of the worst companies ever!!!!!!! Horrible customer service with the most rude representatives I have ever encountered. They either lie or are completely incompetent, they''ll say you are under contract with them, when you're not. They say you have equipment when you dont. Their records are all screwed up. You call multiple times and sit on hold forever only to be told someone will call you back and of course, they NEVER do. Seriously, no one should ever use this company

Woman you have to speak too is horrible. I'm 76 disabled and have copd. She rushes me off the phone. Has no patience. Delivery guys aren't bad. I've even called corporate to no avail

Poor communications running around with their employees asking for my personal data again and again: bad on-line Lincare business. Time to resolve my breathing issues. Transfer to a better respiratory company

The local office mislead me about CPAP therapy. I am new to Medicare and was not told about the montly rental fees. I was told that my "co-pay" for the equipment was $75. I paid that. It was addressed as a "$10 monthly payment plan towards supplies every month, 3 months, or 6 months." I repeated that back to him, as I made notes in my handy notebook for reference. Then three months goes by and I get a "demand for payment for past due balance." I never received a statement. I called the local office and was called a "liar" because "everybody gets monthly statements." The demand for payment was not itemized and had no payment coupon or address to send the payment, but it did have an account number, which I used to pay as a guest online. I noticed I was being billed $10 a month "rental" in addition to the copays for cost of supplies billed to insurance. I called the main phone number with questions, but nobody ever answered my call. I dared not call the local office in case Lucifer answered and called me a liar again. Forward 3 more months and I get another late notice and demand for payment. I rinsed and repeated and called to talk to someone and they just forwarded my call to the local Lincare office where I was once again called a liar and berated for asking questions. I kept getting calls for supplies and ordered them, reminding the caller that I have not received any statements and they said they'd notate my account. Today, I called the main number and after 44 minutes 14.5 seconds on hold, I was disconnected. I called again and tried a different department as was redirected to the local office with Lucifer who once again called me everything but a child of God. I told her that I was not talking to her since she was hateful and I disconnected and called a branch office two states away from me. I pleaded my case and a nice guy helped me the best he could. He have me my customer ID number, after I successfully identified myself properly and he read off statements "sent to me," which I never received. He verified my address and told me that there have been issues with some not getting their statements. I tried to register for the patient portal but got error codes. I called the portal support line and was greeted with a nasty woman who interrupted me and said, "DO you want help or not?" All I was doing was reading her the error message on the screen after she asked me if she could help. I disconnected the call. They can just send me late notices and I will pay them, that way. They are the worst to work with. I should've learned from them when I got a nebulizer several years ago. I could have just bought one with cash from the local pharmacy and been done with it. That extra cost would have been worth not dealing with Lincare and their nasty, grumpy, hateful people.

If I could give them a zero I would. Their billing is so awful you can’t tell if they are double charging. IF YOU FINALLY reach them, they tell you that the6 can’t see your bill. Well - then who can? Their “new portal” is filled with NA. Beyond frustrating. And the answer their phone letting you know nobody in the USA received a bill for the first 6 months of the year. Great.

My one star is for the 2 ladies in the office in Warrenton OR. Lincare contracts with a third party supplier for CPAP supplies who sucks. We have placed multiple orders and they call you from an unknown number to "verify" the order you placed...it makes no sense. Then, if you don't answer your phone, they cancel the order. We have been going through this for the last 2 months, and we are extremely unhappy, and may be going with a different company and hope they can do better.

I have tried for 2 weeks now to get my oxygen tanks refilled. Customer service at the quitman Texas office is pathetic. I now completely understand why lincaure has had a lot of lawsuits against them. I will never refer them. Also will let hospital know that referred them.

Customer service is non-existent. Billing is perpetually a mess. They will not send bills in mail and their patient portal is defunct.

Twice now Lincare has changed my credit card over 400.00 each time. It is covered through my insurance and I should not be billed! Infuriating that this company is so inept. Contacting The Better Business Bureau. Absolutely ridiculous!

If I could give this place a negative 4 stars I would. They are terrible,no customer service no people skills at all. They are not the place to do business if possible go somewhere else. They refuse to bill the insurance first and want all the money upfront. Go elsewhere whenever possible Trust the reviews people.

I have not dealt with this company before, but have dealt with a number of services companies. The service tech assigned to me was a Mr. Marshall Campbell. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. He was knowledgeable about his product, courteous and extremely patient and kind when dealing with an old, nervous man. He is an asset to his company and I predict will go far

Such a frustrating co to work with both locally and nationally—-VERY unfriendly ppl—-incompetent—never get what I order—last order over 1 year ago I ordered 2 nasal pieces—-I received 5 (got charged for 6) and a headpiece—called local office and was told how much it would cost if I kept it—-it was TOTALLY wrong—received a bill for $132.00 which I payed—-11 months later I receive another bill for $49.00 for I don’t know what as I haven’t ordered anything in a year—-the woman I talked to was so RUDE the I yelled at her and hung up—-I will NEVER use this company again!!! Was told no bills had been sent out in 6 months—-this company is SO mismanaged I cannot believe they are still in business —-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have tried numerous times to get them to answer the phone. They had a guy named Joe that was fantastic, but sadly he quit about 3 weeks after we signed up with Lincare. Haven't seen a tech since then and can't get them to answer the phone. Not a good way to run a business.

Ron Wilson of the Beltsville, Maryland location has been AMAZING. We have had complications where we have had to travel on short notice. He made it happen. He had to follow up with other locations (because they weren't so great) and if we didn't have him, I would not have been surprised that we would have been stranded without the lifesaving equipment Lincare supplies. He is always pleasant and personable and makes every call seem like we are not a burden (and I know we must be). He is a excellent representative for Lincare. Because we had him and the Lincare Beltsville team including Imani, we did not look for another oxygen supplier.

I can only give five stars to the employees at Lincare Customer and Delivery but would like to give more credit to all. I have spoken to Michelle several times and many others with names I can't remember, I am 73 years old give me a break not remembering. I want to thank them all for the 100 per cent attention I have been given from them and also I can't forget Jim who delivers for me every other week. Good job Guys Thanks Ted Psarianos

I got the runaround for 2mos trying to get a new CPAP. Customer service is horrible and now I'm receiving bills on supplies I didn't order. I was told that they no longer work with my insurance, so of course I no longer ordered anything. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Stay away!!!!!!!!

I cannot stress enough how good Lincare is. They came out at 10pm to fix our oxygen. They sent someone out over 4th of July with a portable tank because we had storms come through that knocked out our electricity. This is an amazing company that really cares about their clients. I feel safe knowing they are taking care of us. AAA+++ service Thank you Lincare. ❤️

I just want to thank all of you at Lincare, especially Al, I was in the hospital in ICU and needed oxygen fast so I could go home. The bottle that I had was somehow empty for the ride home and Al came all the way over to virtua Voorhes and drop me off a nice big bottle! Give this guy a huge raise. If it wasn’t for him I would not have been able to go home. Saved us a lot of trouble!! He was very polite and professional. He went above and beyond for me thank you Al!!!!!!
