I had the opportunity to meet several ladies here in the Greenville NC area, I was have bad asthma problem their names were, Brandy, Robin, Kelley and Deb I thank them for all they did to make I got my equipment and did it in such a timely and humble manner. Dealing with lincare at one of the saddest times in life, Gary from your Brattleboro office was above and beyond. He was so very kind, thoughtful, helpful and we were so thankful that he was the driver that came to our house.

Clovis, NM Office staff is Very rude and no help in getting you set up with your needs. New patients pick up their equipment and that’s it, they are done with you..

My 2 Nurses Justine & Dawn are both very professional & well versed and have always been there to help my my issues concerning my Respiratory Machine. Thank you both

Every time I call no one answers. I called after hours and the recording said to wait for someone to answer. I sat on hold for over 30 minutes and the call was never answered. My concentrator is not working and I can't get anyone on the phone to get it fixed. I have been with Lincare for a couple years now and it has always been a bad experience every time I have to work with them. This applies the the Lincare in Springfield Oregon.

Worst customer service for handicapped people. Very cold, calculating and lie. Jackie was suppose to call me by noon on Friday and never heard a word. Dealt with Shelley ariginally and was very rude and cold. Got my wheelchair from another company through Medicare in 3 days. Linares customer service is horrible. Would not refer anyone to them.

I worked for lincare got hired 3 months ago and got fired today because " they don't need more than 2 drivers". Then why was I hired in the first place? I left a good job because they offered opportunity and good benefits. And instead they screwed me without warning. Lincare only cares about making money. Not its employees or customers

I have been with Lincare for over 5 years. After moving over a year ago is when my problems began, but this wasn't the first time I had moved and for some reason this time must have been very challenging for their team. I have not received any new supplies for my machine for 15 months. After the initial delivery to my new address, they started shipping to my old addresses again for a year. I have called 10-12 times over the past 7 months and was told I wasn't allowed to speak to a manager and never received a call. I would highly recommend using another provider.

The Salinas crew headed by Gabby and supported by Gerry the technician provided fantastic support. Very understanding and great to work with. Better than other Lincare representatives. Thanks tons to you both.

I needed a new CPap machine asap as mine had been contaminated with mold and was already 9 years old. I was scheduled to leave ön a trip in 4 days and needed the new machine to take with me. Susan, at Latham Lincare in NY went over and above board to help me get the necessary prescriptions and paperwork needed to get this new machine. Thank you Susan, and thank you Lincare for really caring!

That's a given a bad experience every time I order oxygen I never get it on the day I order it I've been trying to get portable option for I don't know how long finally got that approved let's get it in two weeks we'll see about that and the phone lies yeah you can be put on hold and be on hold on on and on nobody ever comes back on it and you hang up call right back somebody so I don't know I'm really disappointed in Lincare the one in Bowling Green I don't know they need to get a whole new management in there only one it works his butt off is the one that delivers the oxygen dating somebody for a while now he was sick the last time he came here but still working and it he didn't get here till about 6:30 the only thing is I don't like waiting all day not knowing when it's going to get here I don't know New Management in Bowling Green would be awesome

I started with Lin Care nine months ago. I have yet talk to the manager Lee in Leesburg Florida to get my mask. They sent me one series of mask they don’t fit she won’t return my call after 30 or 40 attempts to call them they hang up on me every time after 20 to 30 minutes. I need to be fitted for a new mask. I can’t use what I have whatsoever. This is very dangerous and unprofessional on their behalf. It’s my life that they’re playing with. I wish I could give them less than one star. The mask I have has air leaks I get red face on my machine every night

What went wrong? Everything. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Was promised a call back two weeks ago about a complaint I filed about the local Lincare office (Helena, MT). No call back and the local office isn't open most of the time. As a previous commenter said, this company doesn't even deserve a negative 5 star review. Additionally, they don't actually contact your insurance company to see what your copay/deductible will be. My insurance is BCBS and they force me to pay 25% up front before they'll ship supplies. Even if I've met all my deductibles and insurance is paying 100%.

I had to get fitted for a new C pap and Leticia Castaneda was the sweetest person helping me. She took her time explaining everything from the mask billing paperwork and follow up. I do recommend this company and please ask for Leticia she will help you with a smiling beautiful face.

This is the most incompetent vendor, I have been waiting for Nasal Pillows for my CPAP delivery system for over a month. After numerous 'dropped' calls, and follow-up to a supposed 'UPS shipment' that was initiated in early FEBRUARY. It is now March 11, 2004, and still no supplies. I finally requested the UPS tracking number after customer service indicated that the shipment was sent. WELL, only a UPS label was created, NO SHIPMENT was sent. I will be writing a letter to the state department of health/and anyone to shut this company down for complete incompetence.

I'd give a negative 5 stars if I could. This is the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. You call them and on hold for 45 minutes and they answer then hang up. This has happened 3 times in a row today alone. I think it's time to seek a lawyer about my billing issue. They keep charging for equipment that has been returned. Say they haven't received payments that have cleared the bank and so on. They do not return calls and if you do get to speak with someone they are down right rude disrespectful. We had them send a copy of all their records regarding the account and it shows the payments were made but they still insist that the payments have not been paid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. FIND ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT RUN FROM THIS ONE. POOR CUSTOMER ACTUALLY NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They finally answered the phone and my wife is speaking with them finally. The person she is speaking with is arguing with her and telling her she is a liar. Lawyer time.
