“Great Service and they had everything I was looking for!”

“Really very poor service - ordered 4 bottles from them, zero communication but took full payment at the point of order. After a 2 weeks I called and was told that they had a backlog in processing orders and my products would be dispatched in the coming few days. A week later my order was cancelled with no communication, no apology and no offer of an alternative. Essentially they took my money for the best part of a month - may be a scam, may not but I would recommend you do not purchase from them in any case. There are many better alternatives so not worth the risk given their level of unprofessionalism.”

“When you go to research an online vendor ignore the reviews that are attached to the suspected scam site. Additionally, those sites that say they detect no scams actually means the software associated with the site checks out not the intention of the person's running it. If you use a credit card to order with you can contest the scam charge and nobody is out any money. If you use a bank account attached debit card your account can be drained. It's easier to deal with a contested credit card charge than it is to chase down your money. A debit card automatically withdraws money from your account and once the money changes hands it's hard to get it back.”

“I would give 0 stars, but that’s not an option. One month after ordering all I have is the tracking number run around, and their customer service won’t even respond to inquiries.”

“I am new to the whiskey collecting and enjoying realm. I must admit, that I was very "cautious" about ordering liquor online. I've read the reviews, and even overheard a couple of horror stories at my local liquor store. So, when I came across LiquorVerse.com, and starting checking them out, a lot of their pricing and follow through made sense. Enough for me to make my first online purchase with them! The order was placed on November 28th, I received several e-mails confirming and transmitting the progress of my shipment. I received my First Online Order Bottle of Buffalo Trace Bourbon on Wednesday, December 9th. The bottle was neatly packaged in a professional bottle holder and the box was received securely, and without damage. “They were close to twice the price of other retailers. I tried to cancel my order 2 minutes after placing it and was unable to. I tried calling, emailing, and contacting paypal. They sent the bottle out 5 days after I asked them to cancel the order.”

“SCAM!!! I ordered a bottle of Scotch to ship as a gift on the morning of July 31st. 5-7 day shipping was $29. I paid $129 for 2 day shipping. 4 days later they made a label. 6 days later the package will supposedly arrive. When I contacted to request the $100 I paid above standard shipping they said “ Thanks for your order. Since you ordered on Friday and we don’t ship out orders on weekends, our normal shipping date would be Monday or Tuesday. We strive to ship all orders out within 1-2 business days. We spell everything out on our shipping page here: https://www.liquorstore-online.com/shipping-policy/ We also stipulate that order processing and shipping is taking a little longer during COVID. Because you paid for expedited delivery, your order was put at the front of the line and was processed, picked, packed and shipped before all the ground orders.” If they accept payment of 2 day shipping but don’t even print a shipping label for 4 days, how is this not false advertisement? Time to contact the BBB.”

“All my local stores were closed and this was the only site shipping to my state. It's a little bit more on the expensive side but the bottle came fast and in great condition. The site was well made and the customer service was good.”

“After trying out other websites like drizzly and then getting to checkout just to find that they didn't deliver to my area. I finally found this site. Overall a great site I was able to find the wine I wanted very easily and the checkout was effortless. Great for gifts the shipping was fast. Definitely doing to order again. 5 stars!”

“This website is the absolute best! I was able to find a King David Sacramental Sweet Red Wine bottle here. I have been looking for 2 weeks to find one at a cheap price to add to my Kosher Wine collection. The bottle got here in 3 days which was way faster than expected! Absolutely love this site!”

“I was able to find my dad's favorite bottle of bourbon on this site! (2018 Blood Oath Bourbon) I couldn't find this bottle anywhere but here! The price was a little high but the bottle got here so quickly that it doesn't even matter. Thank god for the fast shipping I needed this bottle for my dad's 75th birthday! Definitely going to buy from here again 5 stars!”
