“During our visit today, we ordered our food. We then waited at 30 minutes until our food started to be prepared. The employees on shift wore no gloves while preparing the food touching one dessert after another. Neither did any of them wash their hands or tie their hair back. There was an employee that was off duty in the shop who was swearing and using sexual conatations clearly intoxicated all while in a 'family environment'. All the food was delivered at separate times over a 30 minute period. With the milkshake coming first and the ice cream sundae coming last even though we would have liked to have eaten together. When the food came the waffle was not cooked properly and we were not the only ones in the shop to say the same. We returned the food along with others and the waffles that were ordered online were also cancelled as queried 'the waffle machine was broken'. The staff offered no apologie, refund or alterative until approached later on. Sadly this is the last time I will be visiting due to poor service, an unsuitable family environment and badly prepared food.”

“I visited the little dessert shop with my family (5 of us) the food was done to a very high standard and the manager (Syreeta) was very welcoming friendly and helpful and made us all smile.. Keep up the good work guys..”

“Went to the bloxwich store on mothers day. Walk in and the place is nearly empty. I counted 6 empty tables by the entrance alone. I waited for a minute until a member of staff approached and rudely said 'we are only taking bookings for today only, no walk ins.' I was gobsmacked as the place was empty. So we left disappointed. Won't be returning.”

“Waited 20 mins by the till point waiting to be served at the Tamworth branch, numerous members of staff walking past us, wondering around the shop or behind the till point and nobody aknowledged us or said that they’d be with us in a moment. When we asked if anyone was serving we got a response of “no we’ve gotta do these first”. Very poor service start to finish which is a shame as I had a brilliant experience in the Lichfield branch.”

“We ordered delivery from Little Desserts Shop West Bromwich. It came on time. The customer service was brilliant. Aki was very polite and had a nice smile. Our waffles tasted delicious, they were very filling. I am happy with my order.”

“A friend and I visited Little Dessert Shop Bloxwich today. Our food was brought to us quite quickly and we loved our food. Our server, Amber, was very helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend Little Dessert Shop Bloxwich to our friends and families. Loved it”

“Do you not do a minus rate? Shocking company. How they treat their staff is disgusting. Emailed and got no reply. Avoid there are better dessert shops. Do not support sexual harassment and bullying.”

“I ordered a delivery off of just eat for me and the in-laws. The delivery was a bit late but they did call and explain before hand. The food was delicious and the delivery guy was very nice! Big up Little Dessert Shop!”
