“This is possibly the most disorganized and frustrating company I have ever dealt with. When I placed my order, they said it would arrive in 6 weeks. They missed that window, and then kept saying it was 3-4 weeks away. We are now at the 4 month mark, and they just told me it should arrive in 8 weeks. Its literally farther away than when I started! If they had been honest up front, or at any time during the process, I would have just cancelled. But now we have not had a dining room for 4 months and somehow they say it will take 2 months to ship us the product (which for the record, they confirm they have in their possession).
I have never encountered a company with a more disorganized and inefficient supply chain. I would STRONGLY advise against buying from them if you need your product in the next half a year. We will have to wait at least that long apparently. And their compensation was a gift card at less than 3% of our order price, which honestly just felt like a slap in the face...”
“It may be due to Covid, but when you constantly lie about what’s happening with orders rather than be upfront and honest, you’re practicing bad business habits and losing business. The products are good. Customer service also good. But i was told 7-8 weeks for a couch, then after the 8th week, i was told 8-10 weeks, then after the 10th week I called and was told a manager would contact me regarding my couch. No manager contacted me. Then i was told 11-12 weeks, after the 11th week i became fed up and called. They told me they sent me an email about when my item was expected to ship which wasnt the case. Then told me it would ship sometime after the 13th week....i was expecting the couch to arrive before thanksgiving considering I ordered it beginning of September and was told 7-8 weeks initially. So you can imagine how i felt when family and friends came over for thanksgiving and there was no couch for them to sit on. Highly dissatisfied and probably will never order from living spaces again. Still haven’t received the couch yet.”
“The products are great and the salespeople are nice. They obviously have a pretty aggressive sales training which is a little annoying. I want to look around without being approached so often. But they are friendly and I still go to the store.”
