“Real scam, I´m currently waiting for 2 orders, one has been shipped 5 months ago and another - 3 months ago. Multiple messages couldn't solve a problem, they just promise me to send the products again and the only thing I get in an email once in two weeks that they are sorry that my order has not been shipped yet. The "funny" part is that they cancelled one of the products from both orders and never returned any money for them!!! I don't know what exactly have changed, as I've made more than a dozen orders before, there have been problems with the delivery timings, but at least they have had a decent customer survice. Now it really looks like a scam! Order numbers: 283432557 and 296010346”

“Since Brexit Lookfantastic does not work! I ordered a schampo, payed tax and My order never arrived. I looked att the tracking app and My order hade Bern shipped around in Europe, then returned to Lookfantastic and never left Stockholm to My home town Up in the North.”

“The worst company I have ever dealt with and appears to be a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish had read these reviews before as the exact same thing has happened to me. I have placed an order 3 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I have followed up with them multiple times only to get some sort of automated response to say that delivery can take up to 30 days. I shared with them the tracking. I believe this company is a complete scam and I don’t think they have even sent the goods. I never write reviews and I am doing this right now to ensure no one else has to go through this pain. I have wasted more than US$100 on this order which seems like it will never arrive.”

“The very worst company to deal with. They take your money but will not send the goods. I ordered from them, waited for weeks and still nothing arrived , they told me that it was delivered. I kept e mailing them and the same message kept coming back that they were investigating it with the courier. I asked on numerous occasions what courier they used in Ireland and still no answer, I also asked where their Irish office is and got no answer. I told them that I was getting on to the police to check if this was an on line scam and straight away I got a message back that my money was returned to my account. Please take my advice and do not waste your money on this site.”

“Absolutely woeful service. I'm stuck with a beauty box for a year I don't want and I've been waiting 3 weeks for a delivery worth over 100 euro. Every excuse has been given and now I'm simply told shipping can take 21 working days. For the last week I have been told customs has delayed the package. Now they've changed that story as well. I have never dealt with a more frustrating company. I will never use them again. Don't waste your money on them.”

“Terrible company to deal with, I genuinely would not call this a company, but a SCAM. Ordered items only for them never to be delivered. Queried this with customer service where they said items were delivered. When asked to provide proof of delivery they continued to ignore my request. I only received a refund (which took about TWO MONTHS!!!) after taking this further after advising the robotic customer services that I would be reporting this as fraudulent activity.”

“Ordered an item 2 weeks ago , it still hasn't arrived in Ireland . No reply to my emails . Delivery from LF used to take 2-3 days max . I cannot click on the tracking link either . I'm done using Look Fantastic, there are plenty of other options , thankfully! Appalling customer service !”

“The company received my return item on July 21st. All reasonable dates for refund are expired and now "Look fantastic" says that they have not received the return package although my tracking number shows that they did receive it. They are dishonest, shameless people that should not run the business! They will keep the money no matter what!”

“Item I bought said it was delivered, it wasn’t. These things can sometimes happen due to human error or whatever. But the customer service here is almost comically bad. They refuse to resolve via PayPal, with no explanation as to why. (Probably so PayPal has to pay out a refund and not them). They refuse to resolve via their OWN customer service verified iMessage service!!! With no explanation! They have an email that was sent from “Billy-Jo” their customer relations executive, which I couldn’t even reply to as the email bounces back (due to a full inbox = red flag) They refuse to sort via their Instagram! They hide the negative comments or have a speedy PR response that is copied and pasted, with no intention of resolve! They say I have to sort this by making an account with them on their website!! Erm, why??? When I’ve seen comments of people unable to subscribe from their spamming!! They have made no effort in just under a week to contact the delivery service on my behalf or rectify in any way. They’ve left it up to me to waste my time. Truly truly unbelievable customer service from the depths of hell, and I’m not even exaggerating. Takes days to reply and yet any public social media complaint is quickly replied to with false reassuring cr*p.”

“I do not recommend the service, my order took one month to arrive in Ireland as it was stuck at customs. This is out of control of the service provider and I do not fault them for that however my messages have not been acknowledged when I wanted to cancel or return the order when it has finally arrived but I have received three automated messages in a row to inform me that the product has now been delivered instead.”

“Do not buy from this seller, especially if you want delivery to Ireland. Estimated delivery for my order was 24/07/21 - 27/07/21, I still don't have it today - 11 August 2021. The tracking link doesn't work, I contacted customer service numerous times and requested refund - there is no talking to them. They keep replying - please allow 21 days for deliver. Why then you give an estimated date if you can not fulfill that? I bought perfume as a birthday present and was expecting it by a certain date, and it's still not there. Should have just bought the same items from other website, even it was a bit more expensive. Will NEVER buy from Lookfantastic again, and none of my friends will.”

“I was told my order had been delivered. It had not. Nor was it ever traceable or even filed with Royal Mail, despite it saying it was sent via them. I spent a lot of money here, as I stupidly looked at only the top two entries on Google for reviews. But when you scroll down it’s really terrible. How does a company get away with this, it’s simply fraud!! So many people have spent money and had nothing in return! They try to hide these terrible reviews on their Instagram but if you’re nifty you can find all the angry comments that have either been hidden or have a generic customer service reply. The company has not replied to my messages.”

“Sneaky company Please read before buying. If you buy a product or service you would expect not to have to try find and small print in Terms and conditions that is not mentioned on the product page. So I brought a gift card for my partner and no where on there product page does it say you can only use the full amount in one go otherwise any remaining balance is lost. Neither does it say this when using the gift card or buying the gift card. So we used £50 and then was told when trying to use it again that it can only be used once loosing the other £50 on the card. They say it’s in there Terms and Conditions that I finally managed to find after 20 minutes of two of us searching there site. After some research I am not the only one who has had this issue there are many others. How hard would it be to mention this on the product page or in the product description as it is clearly a big part of the product. When I got in contact with them they couldn’t care less and kept saying it’s in the terms and conditions which is extremely hard to find. Based on there lack of customer care I’d hate to think of what other practices they have with any other issues you may find along the way.”

“Awful customer service when my order didn't arrive I had to chase them up to find out where the order was for them to tell me it had been sent back to them as it was damaged. They refused to give me a refund and to cancel the order and that I would have to wait for this order. After numerous conversations was told I had been given a £5 credit on my account as a gesture of goodwill - this never even got put onto my account.”

“Ordered a lipstick I’ve worn for years. It came in similar packaging, however when comparing the shade of the lipstick I was sent to the lipstick I purchased previously from the manufacturers website the shades do not match. When I send pictures and asked for a refund, I was told the company needed to “investigate”. Shady and unethical website. False advertising and misleading marketing tactics. Fake Stila products.”
