I’m beyond frustrated—this seems like a total scam. I placed an order, but the wrong address showed up. Despite trying to cancel immediately, it claimed to be dispatched when none of the orders were actually sent out. My attempts to contact them through phone calls, emails, or chats have been met with complete silence. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company!

Terrible customer service, its taking months for items to come for click and collect. Company will not refund despite not receiving the items. Avoid like the plague if you're in ireland

Very difficult getting any issues sorted out with this company. Items missing for parcel arranged a 20 percent refund and missing items would be posted out then i was told differently by another customer service agent. Been going on 2 weeks now. Its ridiculous.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. customer service is very poor. Advertised a Liz Earle gift set for £55 on their website so I ordered it for a Christmas present. When it arrived it was different from what I ordered. So I contacted their customer service (can't phone them so had to be a message) gave me some rubbish excuse about different packaging etc. But the items in the gift set were not what was ordered, I kept sending them pictures of what I ordered compaired to what I actually received but they still didn't get it. Every time they sent a message back it was all apologies but never actually resolved the issue at all. Each time a different person would reply, so no continuity to my issue. Eventually they admitted they were at fault. But told me to order correct product with link to it (which would have cost me a further £79 however they didn't even have it in stock. What an absolute joke of a company. Would never use again, shambles.

Wow, do you notice how many awful, lack of transparency, and let's put it bluntly, scam, cashback websites you promote to a customer after they complete a payment? I've literally been promoted to three cashback websites, if not more after I decided to ignore all the promotions since the third one. Those websites all ask for a subscription fee but have hidden the policy sneakily. Even worse, one of the promotions is right on the Lookfantastic order page, for which I was trusting your brand enough to think this was a genuine perk. You've ruined my trust in your brand. It's a shame you are collaborating with these awful scammers and taking benefits from them, helping them put scams on your customers!

The only reason they are getting one star is because I am unable to give 0. I am appalled by this company's lack of customer care! I ordered their advent calendar back in September and it never arrived. As per their policy I filled in a document stating the product never arrived and was told they would be in touch to arrange a replacement. Weeks and weeks went by and I reached out regularly to enquire about why a replacement had not been sent only to be informed every time that they were carrying out an investigation and I would have to wait. I explained that this was a present and as it was getting close to December I was concerned the product would go out of stock. I was repeatedly fobbed off and sure enough by the time anyone was professional enough to review my concern and take it seriously, the product was out of stock! I am disgusted with their complete lack of foresight and genuine customer care. They have made their customer service hard to access and convoluted intentionally. I would not recommend anyone use this website!!

This company is a nightmare and a scam. I am trying to cancel an order and they Said is shipped when actually is in process. Lucky I paid with Revolut and I will manage a cash back with them as this supplier will be marked as a scammer.

Please do not purchase anything from this company, I have purchased a lot of products and for the whole family. what happened was that: They charged my account without authorization for the second time and with extra money! they claim that they deliver between 1 to 3 working days, however after almost 8 days I still did not receive part of my order. Zero customer service, I contacted them three times and no response.

This company are promoting the app by offering 20% off your first app order . But at checkout the promo APP20 doesn't work . Your told unfortunately item in basket doesn't qualify. One big con ...if you can't trust the company you definitely can't trust the authenticity of the products...fake

If I could give a lower than average 1 star review I would. Received 3 bottles of shampoo. 1 of the bottles was completely empty. Tried to receive a refund. Nothing but a runaround with them. Back and forth. And still have not received a refund. Worst company to deal with, ever.

Do I even want to give them one star? I wrote to them in early August that the delivery person had shown me the broken items in the shipper carton (likely due to poor packing) and said he will return it to the sender (company). Until today (11 Oct) I still don't have replacement but I had already paid over $200. Communication with them is a challenge, just keeps going around in circles. Utterly disappointed.

1 product received out of 7! There is feedback out there from people who have had this experience with them as well. Package was shipped with 1 product there was no tampering or damage to the package. Then you email them at customer support and they respond with an attitude as if I’m not being honest 😂 I sent these products to my daughter as a gift. What is there to investigate except their employees integrity? They sell in the USA are located and ship from the UK

Discount codes on app did not work, and customer service agents are inept to handle queries. When I wrote a message through the website to explain the issues I'm facting with their discount code, I was made to provide multiple sets of screenshots to prove by point. When all the information was ready, a new customer service agent merely started asking the same questions that I had already provided answers to. The issue with LookFantastic is that every time a customer replies, a new agent handles the case and the customer has to take extra effort to explain the case as the agents clearly do not read the history of the issue. Terrible experience and would not purchase from them if I can help it.

There was a buy for 150 eu get a beautybox action. They didnt send it. I complained at customer service and they said since i had another product that was also an action product i don't get the box. Well it didnt say that in the banner Back to boozyshop!

BUYER BEWARE!!! They will take your money but don’t want to know if there is a problem with your goods. Is it company policy to send little ♥️ to customers and promise to investigate their problem if they are patient and wait 48 hours. Then after 48 hours completely ignore them despite 82 previous emails going to and fro. Yes their products are competitive but my advice is to spend your hard earned cash on a more reputable company. Had I read the awful reviews written I would never ever have purchased goods from them.

Browsing their site today, a pop-up said I would get 20% off my first order if I registered. I did that and tried to place an order for £90 for some items for my daughter's birthday but the 20% off code did not work. I then spoke with Shiona in the 'chat' box who said that the products I wanted did not qualify but they would offer me 10% as a token gesture if I placed an order which is an absolute con. I asked if the 10% would be deducted at checkout but she kept writing "once you have placed your order"! I told her that this was a con, so she then wrote "this will be refunded back to your payment method". I then placed the order and got an email confirmation. However an hour later I had another email saying that my order had been cancelled without an explanation. ONLY USE THIS SITE AT YOUR PERIL! I just hope the refund will be returned to my card quickly as I need to re-order these products and it certainly won't be from this awful website.

I really liked the site, until I had a disappointment. One of my orders was not delivered, the carrier claimed to have delivered but I did not receive the package. Lookfantastic did absolutely nothing, did not solve my problem, did not refund me. I leave at a loss.

When Lookfantastic messes up, it's like pulling teeth trying to get them to fix their mistake. They took my order, even though one of the products I ordered was out of stock. A week later, with my order still not dispatched and no sign of the product coming back in stock, I tried to cancel my order. Since then, I have messaged numerous customer service reps who have assured me that they are trying to cancel the order with their warehouse. Then this morning, I received an email apologising for the delay to my order and assuring me that it would soon be dispatched...as though I hadn't spent the past week telling them I no longer need or want it! The email also suggested that I had received SOME of the items I ordered, when in fact, they've sent me nothing! Given that this isn't the first time this has happened to me when ordering from this company, I can safely say that the lines of communication within Lookfantastic are terrible. It shouldn't be so difficult for 1 department to get a simple message accross to another.
