Shameful customer service. I ordered some cerave cleanser and moisturizers at the beginning of December, after a few weeks they hadn't arrived. I chased them up and was told it has been delivered, despite no sign of them and to check my neighbours? It's now been over 6 weeks and I'm still chasing them, I have a look at the Royal Mail tracking and my package was returned to them on 30th December?! No one told me, they just sat on my money and products for over two weeks. This is stealing, if I had not chased them they would still have it all. The reply I got offered no explanation, no apology and told me I will get a refund in 3-5 days. That is not good enough, I'm a nurse and the ling shifts in masks is doing havoc to my skin, I have been looking forward to these products. Life is hard enough at the moment as it is. If I did not message they would have kept my money and my products whilst blaming my neighbours for stealing. Can you explain that? Shameful customer service, I expected so much better from you.

Absolutely terrible. Still have not received my December subscription box - 1 1/2 months later. Cancelled the subscription for January as I am tired of paying without receiving anything. Huge disappointment....

When it's good is good- wide product selection, prompt deliveries.. HOWEVER if you are faced with the issue, it is the worst Customer Service I've ever experienced. Some people rave about great assistance on Live chat- Err.. the function hasn't been available on the site for a while, only generic messaging system. My order wasn't delivered as parcel was damaged in transit by the delivery company and it's been a month of back and forth and still no relevant update or resolution offered by LookFantastic, most probably will have to get my money back via credit company as communication with LF customer service is getting nowhere..

I'm so disappointed with this company. I have been waiting for my refund of since beginning of December. I have all the proof and the tracked number, that shows is been delivered and they are still, telling me they haven't received my order. After, the tracked number tells me it has been delivered and was also signed for. I am going to file a case against them because i have proof is been delivered. This company os quick to take you money but they dont want to give you refund when they have to. THIEF'S!!

The worst online shopping experience ever. Impossible to contact by phone or receive a straight response from. The impressive website is obviously a front for a complete scam. The only person I would encourage to visit this "company" is a trading standards officer. Good luck in recovering your stolen cash from these conmen.

After countless e-mails to Look Fantastic since last month and their usual standard replies, I've finally received confirmation that a refund will be in my account within the next 3 to five days (for an empty tube of eye cream). I'll believe it when I see it! Anyone here having problems getting their money back from them?

Pathetic service. They can not update my delivery address on the system even tho I confirmed it to the Customer Service team around 20 times. They keep sending parcels to the wrong address. Customer Service Team doesn't read the message history before replying, so very difficult to communicate with them as we just keep going in circles.

Terrible service. Ordered item did not arrive and I got the royal runaround since (not as of yet resolved, but their only redeeming quality so far is at least they respond to inquiries)

Absolutely awful! Are you F*****g kidding me? After more than one month of waiting I haven’t received my order with Christmas gifts, you think it’s alright? And now you say that you need to investigate it with your courier service? What does that have to do with me? Where is my order and money? Don’t recommend this shop to anyone.

I waited over a month for my order and they kept saying it will be dispatched, it never was as it was out of stock but they didn’t tell me that! I won’t be using them again!

I have told them I wanted my subscription cancelled. They charged me anyway. I have tried calling and it says the number doesn't work. I try to email I either get the email doesn't exist or the mail box is full and they can not take messages now to try to resend later. I guess I will have to get my bank involved. Total nonsense. Will never order from them again.

SO F*{^*>! Horrible!! Used to order from them all the time. The last two times, they allege deliver attempted (in lockdown SITTING AT MY KITCHEN TABLE LOOKING AT THE DOOR ALL DAY), no knocking, no notice. Receive an email they attempted delivery (DID NOT), then immediately receive another email saying it’s available for collection (ITS NOT WHEN I WALK MY ASS TO THE POST MULTIPLE TIMES - which is not fun in the weather and the Kensington high street post being no longer so it’s far as F away). They have nothing to say. Fighting for a refund via PayPal due to their INCOMPETENT USELESS REPLIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Last order was for a friend for Christmas. Here we are well into January and they’ve done nothing but make me want to blow my brains out. No attempt to rectify the situation or issue a refund.

They’re scamming customers on subscription boxes. Be careful. I ordered 3 month subscription box, after 3 months they charged my account for another box. That’s happened twice. Then I try to cancel it it’s practically impossible. On my account there’s no there to see cancellation button or something similar to that. At the end I contacted customer service and they cancelled it.

This company is an absolute disgrace. I do all my shopping online due to ill health and have never had such terrible service. My order was placed on 27/11/20 and one item arrived, but the rest never materialised. The tracking number they sent me didn't exist, and I have been trying to get a refund for over a month. Every person I speak to promises to resolve it, but they never do, then I have to start from scratch. I'm absolutely at the end of my tether with their unprofessional attitude. They used to be a great company to deal with years ago but are an absolute carcrash now. I'll never shop with them again and if you want an easy transaction, I recommend you don't either. There are plenty of sites with better prices and superior service.

This company used to be so good. I'm not sure what has happened but now their service is appalling. They took the money for my order over three weeks ago and still nothing. Each time I contact Customer Service I have to give them the same info again. They say they will look in to it and I hear nothing.

If anything go wrong with delivery then good luck to you, is very lengthy process to even contact someone for any issue, and u will be lucky to actually get reply, u can find the product elsewhere with better service, as soon as the delivery go wrong...Good luck for finding someone to resolve
