Terrible customer service, it's gone right downhill. I ordered a item on 4th December, after receiving messages it had been despatched, tracking just says ordered placed. I cannot get hold of them on live chat and after leaving numerous messages haven't even bothered to reply. Do they want to lose there customers. Fed up & frustrated!

Lookfantanstic is a ridiculous company, without efficiency and credibility. My girlfriend bought an Estee Lauder suit. This suit was given to her mother as a gift. Her mother did not need it. She returned the goods immediately. Everything is intact. More than two months have passed, and the replies she got are all being checked. The delivery of the returned goods has been signed for more than two months ago. Such a company is really ridiculous, without efficiency and credibility. If you do not receive a refund, there is no way to protect your rights.

Just received my eye cream today. I've been pumping the bottle for the last 30 minutes but nothing comes out. The bottle itself is the type which shows the amount left when a light is reflected on the bottom. To my disbelief the bottle is nearly empty. I'm shocked with all the bad reviews and getting concerned about not getting my £35.00 back. PLEASE AVOID ORDETING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not ever use. They are shambolic and use the ‘appearance’ of being disorganised to hide the fact that they do not honour the ‘discounted’ prices in their website. After sending them a number of messages, writing to the times who endorse their products as well as posting on Instagram I have finally got a selection of products I ordered but not at the quoted discounted price at the time as they stated a misspelt my email which is nonsense. DO NOT USE!

Absolutely horrendous to deal with. Ordered 10 items and only received 2. After numerous messages sent have now been informed that part of my order is coming from a warehouse in Poland?? And will be another 21days! This was Christmas gifts I ordered. They have been paid for the goods and all I have is 2 items. How are they getting away with this? Part of my order was a free gift only and not the main item which I was getting the gift for. Just Dispicable. I am so annoyed with such poor customer service and feel done by! Robbed

Made my order on 1 Dec Tracking says it is at national sorting hub on 8 Dec and no news or update ever since. Customer service said they r checking but it is already 17 Dec. Going to have to make a bank dispute

I'm still waiting for an order of two items that were shown as in stock when I placed my order 4 weeks ago. Ive not had any response or update. My order confirmation said that they would be a few days and instead its been a few weeks and I've not been refunded as I requested.

Avoid, you will only lose money! I would've chosen 0 stars. I placed an order on 18th November and I still did not fully got it (17.12). The order was split in 2 for some reason, I only got one package with only 2 products, from 10! For the second package they are only making excuses, like the address is not correct (weird how for the first package the SAME address was correct), then another excuse that it was delivered through postal service without tracking ... how it is possible to send a package without a tracking nr. when it is clearly stated that if the cost of the order passes a certain amount, you have free standard TRACKED delivery. Anyway, I still went to the postal service and of course there was no package. The order was definitely not send and they only make excuses. I really hope they will send my order in the end ... will return with an updated review.

The order was placed at the end of november and only two products were delivered out of 10 products. You can contact them only via their website and the customer service is very bad, as their employees are misinformed. The order was sent in two packages, but second and the biggest of them lacks a track number and there is nowhere to be found. The service customer agent is telling me that it is fine for a package to not have a track number, but their policy says otherwise. They said that they will refund the money, if the package is sent back to them, but it never arrived at the courier service in first place.

Horrible company, made my order with promised 4-6 working days delivery and after I complained 5 times to the website they said the delivery will take 30 days. Avoid it at all costs- you will loose your money and will have lottos trees interacting with them

I ordered my perfume 4 weeks ago today and they still haven’t been sent. Every time I speak to someone they say they’re going to get back to me but they don’t. Absolute joke of a company.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Boyfriend ordered me straighteners for Christmas with standard delivery and they still havent came, no phone number to contact customer services and responses are automated so no help. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Terrible, terrible service. Made an order over two weeks ago - for my goddaughter for Christmas - and still have not received it. I have contacted them the only way possible, through FB which is super-long-winded and the responses are very long in coming, if at all, and have had fob-off responses for over a week now. 'Can see that we are looking into it' etc. One of the products is now out of stock so I can't even re-order. They have my money but I don't have my stuff.I kick myself for using them. I should have shopped on the high st. These people do not deserve our custom. We customers are treated with such cynicism and there is no one to complain to or even engage with at all. At least on the high st there is interaction and, if anything does go wrong, it can be dealt with face to face. It's well worth the extra few £. Super depressing to be treated so badly by a company I have chosen to spend money with. Totally disgusted. Look Fantastic's customer experience need to be completely overhauled. Judging by various twitter and FB comments on their pages my experience is not unique. Don't risk it - if anything goes wrong it's flipping frustrating and virtually impossible to rectify.

I don't think this is a genuine company and will never order from them again. My items went missing and they don't get it at all. Please do not order from this company no matter how cheap the items are.

AVOID They Charged me the wrong amount after I ordered and immediately after I received a message saying “order failed”, however they still got my money. Now I have no money and no confirmation of ordered products. Called my bank to cancel the transaction but there is nothing to be done. I need to wait 15 days to see if I can start a dispute. Thank you for ruining my Christmas gifts
