Ordered several items for next day delivery. This was over a week ago. The payment has been taken and everything is still showing as processing. It is impossible to get updates or speak to anyone. It seems this is a major issue with Look Fantastic over the last few weeks. Customer service give vague, reworded and generic responses with no actual answer as to when an order will be sent. This is very poor service which should rate 0, however I can only rate as low as 1.

This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Worst customer service of all time. They have conveniently made live chat unavailable too. I ordered on Black Friday with estimated delivery for 6th December . I still haven't received the order

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID! I ordered on 26/11/2021, for 3 days delivery. It’s now 10/12/2021 and nothing. No response to any enquiries. Dreadful! I really wish I had read the reviews posted on here, they’re worse than I thought!

Worst customer service of all time. They have conveniently made live chat unavailable too. I ordered on Nov 25th with estimated delivery for December 7th. I still haven't received the order and am now being told that it may take 21 days. Ridiculous. Very unhelpful. Baffling considering so many influencers are plugging this company.

I ordered several items on Black Friday but just received two of them. I think this company should just post what they really have in stock on their app or website. Then luckily the first time that I can cancel the rest of the order. But I was so naive to trust this company and then i ordered something different. Basically, I have been waiting for another week. WHat's worse is that, this time I couldn't even cancel the order. I would never ever use their service again any longer. I hope more people can know about their business tricks and be aware.

Wish I’d read the reviews here before I purchased from this company. Placed an order 2 weeks ago. Still not received. Royal Mail tracking has stated for the past 6 days that they’re awaiting the parcel from sender. Look fantastic won’t investigate until the end of business tomorrow….Very poor service.

So disappointed with the customer service. I have chosen a 7-10 days delivery so I can receive a 20% off next order (they offered this option if you choose later delivery) and I didn’t get the code. When I contacted them regarding this issue they asked me for a screenshot as a proof that I’ve had this option for delivery.

Ordered goods on 29th November. A few days later was told there would be a slight delay . Then told they were dispatched and then told that Royal Mail had my order. I was told today that my order is delayed!!!! How come when it was dispatched and with the postal service. Fibs here I think. Have bought with this company before and everything was fine but this time I believe they did not have the goods even when they said they had them in stock. If you don"t have the stock say so. The public is losing faith with this company . If nothing in a few days I want my money back.

Placed an order on 26th november and it is still being "processed" I placed another order on the 29th November which is being delivered today apparantly...why has the later order been sent and I'm still waiting for the earlier order to be even picked off the shelf !! Recieved a £5 voucher for the inconvenience but still have to spend over £20 to use it..sorry but after years of using you, you've lost my custom and undoubtedly 1000's more !

most horrible experience ever. Dont buy here anything. I got an open broken soap, content was leak inside package. The customer service just asked if it is ok if they charge 20% less price. No other reactions after I told, them I dont accept broken used procucts

They take your order take the money yet I’ve had no goods yet sent. Contacting them is a complete joke. I doubt my gift will arrive in time for Christmas I will never use them again such a let down. But your good elsewhere

Placed this order on the 25th November, with given 5-7days delivery . After endless messages, and listening to excuses that their busy . ( Aren’t We All ) In which I like to state .. THAT LAST YEAR DURING COVID THEY SEEMED TO DELIVER ON TIME .. Within their time stated . Now that they’re trying to re coop business after last year , meaning possibly cutting back on warehouse staff?. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. With constant messaging backwards and forwards ,. We are now nearly over 2 weeks since the supposed promise of delivery . With only part of it is still waiting to be shipped??. And the other half .. is still processing. The question is… WHY ARE THEY CONTINUOUSLY TAKING ORDERS IF THEY HAVE A SUPPOSED BACK LOG IN THEIR WAREHOUSE OR A PROBLEM WITH GETTING THEM DISPATCHED??. This is certainly the worst this year ,of online shopping experience I have dealt with . Most retailers inform of delays .. THESE DO NOT . Their code of business practice is disgusting.

Ordered £100 worth of products from Look Fantastic on the 25th November and i still have not received the items. No response from any of the contact details. Very bad service. Do not use Look Fantastic.

I've just WhatsApped customer service to cancel an order that was requested over week ago and is still not dispatched. I've requested confirmation in two days via email, after which I will raise an official complaint and go to Trading Standards. Encourage folk to do the same.

Ordered products in the Black Friday sale and still haven’t received them. They haven’t even been dispatched, after contacting them via email and text messages they have refused a refund even though they’ve not yet sent the items. When I ordered the website stated it would be 2-3 days for delivery yet it’s been 9 and I’m still waiting. Terrible customer service. I will never shop there again.

Same experience as most reviews posted since Black Friday. Money taken instantly from account, and an order confirmation email stating no contract to purchase in place until items are dispatched. 7 days later, still no dispatch email, so contacted them. They said that order would be dispatched shortly. Next day, email to say that they were experiencing delays but that they would try and dispatch within 5 working days. I requested to cancel as according to their email, I was not under contract to purchase until after goods had been dispatched, only to be told no, because the order was in the dispatch phase. A week later, still nothing. no dispatch email, no ability to cancel. Contacted them again to cancel order and was sent a return slip, stating I could not cancel, but that I could return the goods and should ensure to use a courier that would cover the cost of the item. So, I have been sent a return label to return goods that have not yet been dispatched. Have reported to Trading Standards. I wouldn't keep this item now if it turns up wrapped in gold leaf. I will return the order, if it ever arrives (I am dubious that it ever will) and then I will chase them for the postage and postage insurance costs. DO NOT USE.

I ordered from them and have not received my product, can see it sitting at the post office, been there for days but all they say it’s on it way. I’ve asked for a refund but no response. I don’t want your £5 off I want my product or refund.
