Order has been processing for 10 days now. Support are no help and I cant get any information about what is going on. Will have to wait weeks to get my 140 back for the order. Website is a complete waste of time

Absolute shambles of a company. Spent over €120 on products on Jan 1st, now it's Feb 10th. Company claiming it was delivered, which it sure as hell wasn't. Customer Service useless. Please DO NOT buy from this site! I wish I could give it 0 stars

The company is a fraud , I have not received my product which I have ordered 2 months back , I have written multiple emails and but there is no use. I have been asking for refund of my placed order and cancel the order but the company just doesn't want to give me my money back FRAUD

If I could give it zero I would. I ordered over €100 of good from this company. They constantly emailed to say it was coming, not coming, dispatched, not dispatched, delivered, not delivered, dispatched! 7 weeks I have been waiting- I requested a refund but you get a different person every time. Customer service is so so bad and I think this company is a scam. DO NOT BUY from this company- they are an absolute joke and have total disregard for consumer rights.

Very bad service. I made an order over the Black Friday weekend and it never arrived. I had to get in touch to prompt them to look in to it. Made an order last week and they only took partial payment of the order total with no explanation. Sent a message and still no response this week. It seems they are selling stock that they don't have. Very bad service and I wouldn't recommend LookFantastic after these two incidents. Such a pity as they work alongside great brands.

'Look Fantastic if you ever actually get the items you pay for!' After waiting for over 30 mins on phone chat with no answer, i went online, i felt the adviser didn't understand the customers point of view in that the retailer should make sure that the parcel is delivered and unfortunately mistakes happen, that shouldn't be to the customers detriment! Despite Royal Mail saying its delivered it hasn't been and nothing has been placed in the door to say it was left anywhere or taken to the depot no card nothing. Been in all day with Partner. He went and checked outside in case... Nothing. I was sent a form online to fill in that's not able to be edited!!!! The customer should not have to wait while you investigate your side for a mistake obviously somewhere in your chain! That's not the customers responsibility. Personal products especially. I need foundation to be confident to go outside, hence why i ordered from you in the first place for quick delivery..... Instead i have no items, your options were that i would have to wait 7 days for you to investigate before even offering a resolution....Whilst i the customer still awaiting the products that i made a contract with you online to provide. The offer after speaking to a manager still means i need to wait 3-5 days for the products i ordered on Saturday to be delivered to me.... So no matter what i feel like i have had very very poor service. You were not really doing me a favour as i should have had the items today not in another 3-5 days....and i have also wasted several hours now on resolving the issue. I will not be ordering from you again and i will definitely now be mentioning how poor this was on my insta pages and to family and friends....unfortunately do not recommend. 'Look Fantastic if you ever actually get the items you pay for!' is the sour taste left...Let's hope i actually receive my items!

I have been trying to return a product I bought have been on live chat 3 times the messages get read then they leave the chat. I believe the perfume I bought for £82 is a fake and would like a refund. I have given all the information they have asked for I have taken pictures of the conversation that I have had. Very poor customer service

Over £200 robbed from my account. I spent over £200 on an order which was not delivered, no proof of purchase was provided. I was told it was delivered to a concierge in my building - funny that as I there is no concierge. I would not order expensive products from this company, their customer service is shocking, no phone line just a messaging service where they send you round the houses without giving you a full answer.

Horrendous Customer Service , absolutely appalling !!! Delayed vague responses , purposely making things as difficult as possible. I paid for items I did not receive the tracking ID confirms it clearly yet company avoiding giving my money back and passing the buck to other colleagues at EVERY opportunity. Or asking me to get paperwork???? I will not just go away because you are being difficult, I want my money and will persist until you sort it , I will also not stop warning others not to make same mistakes , your reviews say it all HORRENDOUS thieving company !!

Ordered an item with next day delivery and it has been over a week since product was ordered and still haven’t received it, customer service is no help at all, took 4 days to answer my message to their customer service. Ridiculous company, would not recommend ever!

I signed up for a 3 month subscription on in September was then charged 2x Dec 1x in Jan 1xFeb and no boxes. I checked my account on their website no subscriptions where live after Nov as the 3 month one was up also this deal was the advent calendar that arrived on the 17th Dec I also reordered some products the 22nd to be told delivery was attempted and wasn’t. Re the subscription thing I emailed CS response ‘Due to the nature of our service being a blind purchase, we are unable to accept a return for the initial product.’ I never even got the boxes otherwise I’d of been onto them sooner. NEVER USE LOOKFANTASTIC AGAIN Any guidance on whether I can bring the issue up with my bank ? Thanks

Ordered 3 items in late December 2020. 1 arrived and have been told they are investigating where the other 2 are! No sign of a new order being reissued and sent. Customer service give poor feedback and couldn't care less. Very disappointed. Have been a loyal customer for a couple of years. Service is abhorrent. As of today 4th February I still have no products. Have corresponded with them at least 14 times and been promised dispatch dates. The original orders went in on 29th December 2020! Buyer beware!!

C'est le site le plus mauvais que j'ai pu utilisé, j ai commandé le 6 janvier , aujourd'hui le 4 février et rien silence radio, je les appelle tous les jours depuis le 14 janvier date supposé de la livraison mais aucune issue c est juste ce soir que je viens d'apprendre que la livraison a été annulée et que je serais remboursée de 300 euros somme dépensée , j'attends encore et rien c est inadmissible, ce site c'est vraiment une arnaque faites tres attention

Ordered a package in November 2020 we are now in Feb 2021 and I have not received my package! I have spoken to many different customer service agents and it was eventually decided that my package was 'lost', a replacement package was then sent out which appears to also have been 'lost', whether the issue is with look fantastic or hermes I don't know but I will never order from here again

Terrible customer service. It’s like speaking to a robot but worse. I’m still waiting for one of the items from my order to be delivered, after 1 month of placing the order. The remaining items arrived damaged. Until now absolutely nothing was made to help, except exchanging several pointless messages that lead to nothing. No refund or update, nothing. Just a huge waste of time and money.

Enraging customer service! It’s like they don’t care at all! Got in touch about a change in my address BEFORE the order was even dispatched and was told there’s was nothing they could do. When I replied to that message asking why they couldn’t do that since they hadn’t even sent the products yet I received THE EXACT SAME MESSAGE as I did the first time. Copy and paste. So I assume my questions are not important enough to them as they don’t even bother to answer, just paste the same standard reply! Happily I was able to cancel half of the order before they charged me - products were available when I bought them and suddenly became out of stock after my purchase so I’d have had to wait god knows how long. Will never be purchasing in this website again and don’t recommend to anyone. Very sad the little importance they give to their customers.

Diabolical customer service!!! Do not use this company - they have zero customer service skills!!!! No compassion for their customers problems caused by themselves!!! I ordered 2 items but then decided to cancel the order as I found out they would be no good for my thyroid problem! I explained this to the customer service team who sent out a free returns label. So far so good....I posted off the 2 items but LK say they only received one item - this being the cheapest item too! After 2 months of trying to solve this problem with endless messages. Each time I messaged it was as if it was my first correspondence! They even suggested that I may still have this item in my possession!!! It really was like taking to a robot!! To cut a long story short I’m now £213 down in my bank account! I really could not afford the lose especially over the Christmas period!!! Disgusting service ! I will not use them again. Be very careful of what you order as returns are a nightmare! Better still do not use them!

I’ve been using Lookfantastic for over two years without any problems. But my last order has not been delivered. They say they attempted to but no one was in. I haven’t left the house since last March. Customer service is nonexistent!!!!!! Can’t get in contact with them. Won’t be ordering again ever!!!!!! So stressed out!!!!!
