“If I could’ve given this review a jo stars I would’ve. Ordered Christmas present along with makeup in their Black Friday offers on 30th November. Revived half the order through and had to repeatedly message them regarding an outstanding item for weeks. Then told me not in stock and no timeframe of when it would be. Then I practically had to BEG for them ti cancel the item. Now it’s Christmas Eve and again I’m messaging BEGGING for my money back. Disgusting customer service. Would NEVER recommend this company.”

“Still waiting on a £150 order from 1/12/20. Look fantastic originally uploaded false tracking Information to say it was despatched and kept telling me it will arrive in 3-5 days, now incredibly difficult to even get a response.”

“The worst experience ever. I placed a big order for over £300 on Black Friday sale, getting Christmas presents for my family and myself. Hermes tracking says the order was delivered, and includes a blurry photo of literally NOTHING. I am trying to get my refund for undelivered package and I still don’t have it. There is no telephone contact and it takes them around 3-5 days to respond to each message. It’s just dragging for so long and I am so frustrated with the service. Had to sort out my Christmas shopping last minute, and will definitely NEVER order with look fantastic again. P.S. Hermes don’t reply to my email for nearly 2 weeks now. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️”

“Ordered Christmas presents on 22nd Nov which never arrived, poor customer service - email responses from them answering a different question to the one asked. I wanted my order or a refund. Have now asked for a refund as fed up trying to locate my order and will never use them again”

“tHE WORST company EVER!!! I have ordered beauty box 3 weeks ago took my moeny WITHOUT authorisation even tho I have cancelled my subscription , emailed them NO RESPONSE , received email saying that I will get my box today and SURPrisngly Packet is HELD by RM ! its not going to be delivered emailed them again seriously I am SICK and tired of this company !!! I will never order from them AGAIN !!!”

“!!Do not buy anything from these con artists!! This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received from a business! 20 days since I’ve ordered and still nothing! No response to emails! Facebook message reply telling me I’m not the name on the account when I paid for it myself? All I want is the items I ordered or a refund! Once again do not buy anything from here as you will not receive it!”

“Placed my order on 11 November. it is now 22 December and I still have not received my order. Very a poor customer service. Sent emails to them many times only and never received any satisfactory reply. Standard reply:" working hard to send out the orders". This company is such a joke. Will have to raise a dispute.”

“Placed an order Nov 20th and was quickly dispatched on the 23rd. Expected the package to arrive Dec 2nd as per tracking. After a few days late, I tried contacting them for an update. Took a week for them to reply with an automated reply... tried to contact again but had to go back in queue?! Got fed up and tried to DM them on instagram and found hundreds of people with the same problem. Understandable that packages are late due to covid and holiday season but no communication with your worried customers and gave false shipping arrival dates?! Was no able to give my friend her birthday present. It finally arrived yesterday... a month after I ordered when it was supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago... Never ever order from this company due to their lack of customer service.”

“Ordered nearly 120 pounds worth of goods the last week of November- it is now 21 December and I haven’t received it! I sent in 3 requests for a refund and completed the necessary form3 times and have received no refund - uncontactable by phone - awful customer service - I won’t be buying again. Be warned!”

“Received my hair mask Friday it was totally smashed to pieces. The postman said they had received it in that state and told me to refuse it and he would send it back to them. I’ve tried to contact look fantastic and all you get is a automated email promising to get back to you in 48 hours. I’ve heard nothing . There contact phone number is not in use and no live chat. They are probably taking advantage of the current situation. They are a disgrace.I’m NEVER buying from them again. I’ll stick with all beauty they care about their customers.”

“Really question the validity of this company. I returned an order which I received an email saying the refund has been processed, 2 weeks later the money still hadn’t come back in. The other order I placed for next day delivery has been ‘delayed’ for 3 weeks, still not dispatched and they refuse to offer a refund! Customer service is completely incompetent and can’t understand basic English, sending responses completed unrelated to your questions. Feel Unique, Cult Beauty, All Beauty and Space NK all have the same brands with better discounts and loyalty programmes, are reputable and don’t scam their customers!”

“Not impressed - I ordered some bits on black friday on 29th November. It is now 20th December and they have still not arrived. I even paid for delivery! Shocking that they do not inform you of this. They also make it impossible to speak to anyone with regards to your order. Avoid avoid! Will not be ordering off their website again.”
