Shocking shocking shocking company! Do not order from them. I had mossing items from my delivery. It took 2 weeks and several messages through email before I resorted to shaming them on Facebook and twitter only then did they they respond appropriately and send my order out! AVOID!

Ordered 5th December. Received email 12th December stating the order is with Royal Mail. Have been checking Royal Mail tracking every day since and Royal Mail have not received the order from Look Fantastic. Clearly something underhand going on.

I brought some perfume on December 2nd, it took ages to get dispatched, was finally dispatched and then “lost in transit’ they said they would process a new order but have now gone quiet. I have asked for a refund, but no response. Unbelievable!!! B

Ordered a gift two weeks ago for Christmas and still says progressing. 24 delay for a response to their customer service message system and final straw suggested I cancel the order as it hadn’t even left the warehouse and asked for a refund to buy the gift elsewhere. Response as it’s progressing I have to continue to wait to receive & then return it if I longer required. True joke , don’t use them and certainly don’t buy anything from here if you want it for Christmas. RUBBISH

Ordered almost 2 weeks ago (Christmas gifts for my mum) and still nothing has even been dispatched. Delivery will likely take longer as I am in Northern Ireland. Cannot get through to anyone only automatic replies stating “sorry for the delay” “we will dispatch it soon”. I am beyond shocked at the lack of customer service. Instant messaging switched off as they are clearly getting so many complaints. In a last ditch attempt I have taken to social media to see if I can get a response there, however from reading the hundreds of other comments of customers in similar situations this seems unlikely. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Significant delay with order and on arrival expensive item missing . No invoice . No contact details . No communication so have taken my money and not sent goods .Do not use

No longer going to deal with automated replies, unavailable live chat and a head office phone switched off !! Obviously the firm has "gone under" Have escalated claim to my bank

Same as everyone else. Order placed 6th December, still being "processed", money out of my account and no goods arrived. Really worried as they are for Christmas presents and not able to contact them via live chat or telephone so left with the "messaging" option. To date only had vague replies saying they know there is a delay. Not much help when they already have my money. Will not be using them again

Spent over £300 in the Black Friday sale but only a handful of my items were delivered. I’m now without Christmas presents but have had no updates on tracking or delivery for my outstanding items from look fantastic, are they on their way are you out of stock? Nothing.. Customer service is taking forever to reply, if you’re not sending the items please just refund me so I can purchase perfume elsewhere!

Avoid at all costs. Returned a £100+ order that arrived at the returns department 22/11/21, and they won’t process the refund at all, like speaking to a brick wall on the messenger system, they’ve now sent me a “replacement” when a refund was clearly stated on the returns form and in previous messages, klarna has now had to step in and have informed me not to accept the “replacement” if it ever arrives! This business is a joke.

Do not purchase with this company. They have taken my money and said it's being dispatched and it's been two weeks and still no delivery. They have fobbed me off and won't give me a full refund.

DONT! JUST DONT!! They took my money and nothing has shown up. Probably nothing ever shipped. They quickly changed my order status to "Dispatched" when I asked to cancel. Then they gave me a bogus tracking number for a shipment from back on Aug 2020! Until now I just keep getting textbook answers from their CS.

Delivery with this company is terrible. Waited ages for my order to be dispatched only for it to be 'returned to sender' because ''the recipient is no longer at the address''. Pretty sure I would know if I myself moved house before this company knew about it. Messaged about the situation to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was the delivery company's fault, only to be met with an automated response saying the order had been dispatched and the case was closed. Still no order, no response and no refund. Would definitely not recommend.

Wish i had read the reviews first.LF are not worth one star.They are imo fraudests and i am going to contact trading standards to investigate them.Other decieved buyers should aswell.

Would never recommend this company there the worst I every dealt with. Took over £100 off me for the wife perfume on the 1 dec still not received nothing. Then email sent it was I error in the warehouse was offered a refund accepted the refund only to be told this morning I could not have a refund I would have to wait for the parcel to arrive. They gone against what there trying to con us all on. There quote if you spend £100 next day delivery. Please don’t buy from this company. Will update daily on my journey to get a refund

Awful!! Ordered over two weeks ago and only part of my order has arrived today. Received an email saying sorry for the delay and offered a £5 voucher to be spent by the end of Jan. err no thanks! I won’t be touching your company again. EVER!!

It's a fake, I do not advise you to order anything from this store, usually extorting money, eternally disposes of a person, I waited for weeks for a shipment, in response forever the same thing - as soon as it is in stock will be sent, when asked for a refund they answer that unfortunately they can not do it because the shipment has already been released from the warehouse. There is no shipment! Scammers

This is probably one of the worst companies I have had the misfortune to deal with on the Internet for a long time. My order was made on the 26th November when I paid for it in full. Here we are on 12th December and my order is still being processed let alone dispatched. I am not alone if you look at any review site you will see the same complaint from countless other customers. It certainly begs the question are LOOKFANTASTIC advertising and selling goods they do not actually have in stock.What other reason would they have to delay posting the orders for so long. If you try and contact their Custome Care Department and you are lucky you might get a reply by generic email informing you that they are aware that you are still waiting for your order and they are working 24/7 to dispatch it. How long do they expect customers to wait when most of the items have been bought as Christmas presents. I have been forced to make a replacement purchase from a rival Company outside the UK. They dispatched it the following day and delivery is expected within 5 days of purchase. How I wish I had researched the LOOKFANTASTIC reviews. BUYER PLEASE BE AWARE!!
