“My Flight was cancelled & I wrote to Looking4Parking to try to arrange a credit note or move my pre-paid spot to another date, but they refused.
This company just takes your money, regardless of the circumstances.

Be aware of the hidden charges - we were asked to pay ÂŁ2 each on arrival at the airport to cover the cost of dropping us off. On the return journey, we were asked to pay ÂŁ5 each. The customer should either be notified of these costs in the confirmation email, or (preferably) these costs should be included in the car rental fee.
We found the staff to be hostile and dispassionate, and I felt very uncomfortable. The staff do not give you an explanation of anything unless specifically asked by a customer i.e. you will be picked up in zone E, and to avoid an additional fee, you need to first drive up to the top floor past the camera before you exit the car park.
Lastly, the email instructions do not properly match up to the service, i.e. you do not need to hand over your car key to the staff.”
“Avoid! This company does not care about its customers, they just want your money. I booked with them for my holiday, when we arrived at the parking, we found everything locked up! I rang the telephone number provided only to find out, that the carpark had been shut for a month. I desperately tried to find alternative parking to no avail, this was 2 hours before my flight, in the end gave up as all were full and went home instead of going on holiday.
You can’t ring only chat, did this they wouldn’t admit fault just kept saying that they had e-mailed! So, it was my fault, even though I explained I hadn’t received it. No refund as it was my fault, fobbed off! They will not be there for you or interested when things go wrong.”
“Absolutely outstanding service both there and back both drivers got us there and back so quick! And such a friendly company, would definitely recommend to anyone who needs cheap parking and transfers. Someone else left an awful review which was through no fault of the driver or company as the customer arrived at the parking less than an hour before his flight! He was rude to our driver and is trying to claim money back for a flight he missed which was actually his fault! These guys should get the recognition they deserve!”
“Their customer service is appealing I have paid for parking through Ryanair. No confirmation and have emailed them now 6 times. Will be taking legal action. Fly soon and no confirmation still. “Avoid. It took them 5hrs to return my car at Heathrow in late Feb 2022. There was almost zero communication. I confirmed my landing time with them at 3pm during my connecting flight stopover. As requested, I text the details to confirm. After landing at 615pm it took me 3h45, 64 phone call attempts and multiple text messages to actually speak with someone and tell them I was there. On the call at 10pm the guy was super friendly, said they'd investigate and call me back in 10mins. Stupidly I hung up. And of course, they didn't call me back. I rang 137 times in total and only got through that once. I emailed many times too. The car was made available at 1115pm just as I was expecting to sleep at the airport. This was 5hrs after landing and 4hrs after the expected meet time. I am so glad my family were not with me and it was just me. The car was returned to me in the condition I left it and with the same amount of fuel.”

Parking for Heathrow in London. The address: Northwest Car Park, Stockley Country Park. The instructions: "If you are using a Sat-Nav, please set it for "UB8 3LN". This took us to a breaker's yard. The country park is huge and there were no signposts at all for the car park.
Tried the contact number: went to voicemail. Tried the return line number: the person who answered was in Edinburgh - and this was for Heathrow, London!
After driving around for 30 minutes, in darkness at night, by sheer luck I ended up at a gate where a car pulled up behind me. This happened to be driven by the owner who gave me his personal mobile number. On parking my car - and not being very happy with the state of the car park - we were given a lift to the terminal.
Partway through the holiday we received an email: "We have been advised by Car Park Heathrow that due to the recent storms their facilities have been affected by flood damage." Great. Really confidence inspiring.
On returning to the UK, I called the personal number I had been given, Voicemail. Tried the return line number; still in Edinburgh. The person there gave me another number to call. Voicemail. Finally spoke to someone. Started calling at 9.50am; it took over 30 minutes to speak to someone.
I was told to go to level 4 - the meet and greet area - and waited another 20 mins. That made an hour overall. I was shocked to see someone driving my car towards us. We had paid to be taken back to the car park not for our car to be driven to us. I had no idea about insurance and nowhere was this mentioned in the paperwork.
Yes, it cost me about ÂŁ80 less than the major players - who are really taking the micky at charging ÂŁ180 (doubling their prices in 3 months) - but I wouldn't touch this company in the future. Totally amateurish from start to finish.”
“We had a similarly awful experience. Another customer (stranded at the same time) had tracking on her phone abs saw that the car had been driven around- depleting her whole tank of fuel. When I confronted the man (driving another car) he simply said… “call the police. What are they going to do?” We did call the police.”

“The worst parking experience of my life. After waiting 2hrs at LHR and repeated calls to (and assurances from) Looking4parking I gave up. I can see where my car is on an app so we got a taxi to the site to find my car in a muddy field. There was no effort from the individuals there to explain why they weren’t delivering my car or if/ when it would have otherwise arrived. They were clueless and blamed each other - cars were thrown everywhere (photo from

Thankfully they found my keys and I managed to eventually get home. My family and small children did not enjoy the experience to put it mildly.
Avoid at all costs- this company are dishonest, have no respect for property and a close to criminal outfit. They should be removed from
the price comparison sites where they get their business immediately and investigated by trading standards.”
“We booked a 1 week meet and greet service at Heathrow T5 with Looking4Parking. Arrived with 45 min notice at 12noon on 12th Feb and had a 1 hour wait for the driver to collect our car. This afternoon (18th Feb) we called them on arrival at 2.30pm and were promised our car in 15mins. We had to wait 2.5 hours until 5p.m when the driver arrived. Shockingly bad service with no explanation or apology. Avoid this company at any cost”
“This company doesn’t even deserve one star ! No fuel in car when returned, arrived with a large dent and had obviously been driven around as all the seats etc had been adjusted and I received a parking ticket (while I was away). Reading so many other reviews now am questioning how this can still be allowed to continue causing so much misery to others”

“Wow I wish i had read these reviews prior to booking, these guys are complete crooks and thieves!!! DO NOT USE!!! I left my car with them and got it back with half a tank of fuel used and 100 miles added to the clock! The car was filthy and damaged outside!! And when I call they put the phone down and have not answered any emails when i have requested for a refund.
