“Our flight was delayed by 90 minutes and when we called the number to return our vehicle they said it would be an additional £10 on top of the fee that we would have to pay to exit the car park. We begrudgingly agreed to this on the understanding we were provided with a receipt . When our vehicle arrived he was aware to charge us £10 but knew nothing of providing us with a receipt. He called his boss who said it would be sent electronically. Didn’t want to stand and argue about this as it would only cost us more to stay in the car park.
I seriously believe this was a scam and the money was pocketed
Furthermore we still had to wait around in the cold for 30 minutes for then to deliver the vehicle so no real benefit time wise than just parking offsite yourself”
“Let me down three times, mainly through issues with the website taking money twice or not at all. As a result I had to pay much more for my parking . On one occasion my elderly parents were left without collection by the car park. operator. These people are not interested in compensation credit or after service AVOID .”
“Really great price but terrible service. Waited for an hour in the cold this morning at Gatwick for my car to be delivered. Would have been better booking long stay parking which would have been cheaper, less hassle and quicker. The firm dealing with picking up and dropping off are not logistically set up for the volume of business. There were three customers waiting for their cars and only one person delivering which is why we are all left waiting. Wouldn’t use them again.”
“On our return to Stansted we couldn’t get hold of anyone to have our car returned to the meet and greet. We waited an hour and eventually got through to a rude man that told us to F..KING wait an hour as we are busy. 😡”
“Used their airport transfers - never again. Booking system showed incorrect time and allow customers to book. As a result I ended up stressed at 4 in the morning trying to book National Express to get to the airport. Their booking system was not in line with the schedule, customer service lines were not answered, unhelpful lady as a representative in Victoria Coach Station in London. Go with National Express- do not book with this company”
“I called 25 minutes before reaching the airport and then waited another 25 minutes to be met when I arrived. I paid the extra for meet and greet to save time and I cannot find a contact email to lodge an official complaint.”

“UNACCEPTABLE! Do not book! Terrible experience. We had landed 45mins before the pick up time I requested and when I called I was told there are no drivers so I would have to wait 45mins in the cold. The guy was rude and not helpful. He gave no shits. He said you will get your car the time you booked it and he hung up. I did not pay £60 to be treated like this. From working at an airport they should know planes land early all the time. As customer service you should be ready at least an hour before my request time. It’s a flipping joke.
It is also not a meet and greet so you don’t even get what you paid for and on top of that we had to pay £4 to be in a car park for 2 mins. I would not be booking with this company again. Completely disgusting.”
“Total fraud, please do not bother booking meet and greet at Luton Airport.
1- It is not meet & greet at terminal, you are directed to top level of car park. There is no proper office, unpleasant if it is a cold and windy day.
2- The worst experience was on return (9th Dec 2018 at 21.15). Phoned them, told it would take 25 minutes. No official at collection point to assist. on ringing again asked to wait 'the car will be delivered soon'. waited almost one hour with three other customers. we were then told either to get in the van to gather the car from their car park or continue to wait. Everyone was cold and tired and decided to go by their van. We were really annoyed to find that their 4 drives had been sitting inside the van, while we were standing out in the cold, and waited long enough for us to be exhausted. These drivers could have easily gone to the car park and brought our cars.”
“Terrible!! Used the Luton parking and told over the phone that it’s safe, covered and well lit! Waited 40 minutes for a parking space in a very dodgy run down place ran by random odd looking men who speak no English! They basically took a bare piece of land, surrounded it with moveable cadging and called it parking!! My car was left unlocked, my spare change stolen and WORST OF ALL MY CAR WAS DRIVEN WHILST I WAS AWAY ON HOLIDAY!! we came back to an extra 50 miles on the dash and fuel down to barely anything when there was half a tank! No response from the company when I sent a complaint in! My car also stunk of weed! Possibly used to courier some whilst I was away!
Pay the hundreds and get a proper safer airport parking space, failing that leave your car at home and get the bus!!”
“Do not use I love Meet and Greet or Stress Free Parking at Gatwick Airport through this company. They damaged our Toyota Land cruiser (bumper and wing) the day before we arrived home from Spain and they expected us to use one of their vehicles with sign writing all over it whilst ours was being fixed. We could not believe our eyes when they met us with the car. We refused so they drove us home and delivered another of their vehicles (VW) the next day. We were expected to get it insured on our own insurance which Aviva refused to do. Finally they hired an equivalent 7 seater vehicle to replace our Toyota Land-cruiser. Their excuse was that it was too short notice to hire a 7 seater but when they eventually did it only took 2 hours to arrange. We had rude emails saying it was our fault that we did not find out about insuring their VW before it was delivered to our house. They finally offered 1 week free meet and greet for the untold inconvenience this has caused. I would like to point out that Justin who drove us home and delivered our vehicle back was good but the customer service department is appalling.
Also please note that Stress Free Parking and I Love Meet and Greet are the same company.

The company answered my reviews on another site and said they offered 2 weeks free parking as a gesture of goodwill but this was a lie, they only offered one week. We did not take up their offer because we considered this an insult considering the the bad service we received. Instead we much prefer to let other people know how bad they are. If this happens to you, insist they hire a courtesy car.”

“Actually they get no stars from me. They took our deposit and sent us a confirmation. One day before they sent a mail saying that there had been a mistake with the price and we had to pay double. We agreed as we had no choice, it was too late to book anything else. We were supposed to phone when were 15 minutes away from the airport which we did but no-one answered, so we had to park in the normal car park which cost a fortune as we had not pre booked. I tried to complain and get my deposit back but the guy just put the phone down on me and said it was not his problem. Unbeleivable! Do not use them, they are cheats.”

“I would rate Zero if possible. We arrived at Stansted Long Stay to be told they had no record of our booking. Looking4Parking did not answer the phone, so I was eventually put through via my credit card complaints number and Looking4Parking gave me a reference number to quote on return. However Stansted Long Term car Park had no knowledge of that either. I've never previously had such bother and poor service. Do not use this useless company”

up my car to take it for parking . I followed company orders I arrived at just after 9.00pm phoned to say I had arrived. The reply was ihad told them 13.30 that was the time my plane was taking off .
They said nothing about getting early normally they say in Air Ports to get there 2 hours before so you can sort out any problems.
When I explained that they do say phone company 30 minutes before arrival
I thought it was better to get there early but to cost me £25.00 extra I thought that was a right con. I take it i have lost my money never mind i wll spread the word .
