I ordered and paid for three shipments in mid-December. NOTHING ever arrived. First there were delays.... my December shipment was pushed to the end of January, then February. It is now March 5th, and I have FINALLY received my refund. This after more than 50 mails to their customer service team. All the way through, they insisted that shipments had been shipped, and that I just had to be patient. Given all the other reviews like mine out there...they were simply lying. Save your time and money.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered loot crate back in November and here we are in March and have not received a crate yet. I have canceled my subscription. I asked for a refund when filing a complaint with customer service and they assured me they were sending my package. That was a month ago still no crate. I really think this company is stealing from people with no intention on ever sending a product.

I would give this company no stars if I could. This has been beyond disappointing. I ordered my crates in January and they were supposed to come March 1. They have not only not arrived but they haven’t shipped yet and the website keeps giving me different estimates shipping dates. I have reached out to customer support numerous times and have only receive unhelpful and vague responses.

Once again, failing to meet posted delivery dates. January was said to deliver between Jan. 13-28th, then Feb. 2nd-13th, then Feb. 13-29th, now Mar. 13-19th. This is also happening with February’s box, which is now set for March 17th-23rd. Biggest disappointment with a company ever!

Having the same issues as everyone else. Crates paid for and never received. After my first crate passed the six weeks overdue mark (and shipping dates for the next two were pushed out several weeks), I asked them for some consolation. I was told I could get credit towards a renewal but that it would not appear anywhere on my account. So just take their word for it, essentially. After reading all of the reviews here I Googled the company and found that they filed for bankruptcy in Aug. 2019. This might explain part of the problem but it doesn’t forgive such poor business practice and lack of transparency. I’m going to make my refund request and cross my fingers but I won’t hold my breath.

If I could give them less than a 1 star, I definitely would. I have never left a 1 star review before on anyone nor had this bad of an experience with any company I have ever dealt with. But I have to speak my peace, incase there is anyone that reads this that is considering purchasing from lootcrate, DON'T DO IT! I ordered 3 months worth of crates for my husband's birthday back in the beginning of January and have yet to see or hear about getting box 1. I have demanded a refund and have canceled my subscription, I now see others have canceled their subscription and still got charged anyway. I may go as far as canceling the card I used to purchase if I do not see a refund in the next couple days. My husband used to get lootcrate about a yr or so ago so I did not do the research.. I wish I had.. absolute SCAM!! I'm now out $90 and feel terrible that my husband never got a birthday gift from me.

I ordered 3 crates for Christmas on Black Friday. It’s now March 1st and I have still not received any of my crates. I have emailed them over and over never getting a straight answer, this has been the most annoying site I have ever had to deal with. I don’t believe I will be getting my money back or even my crates. It’s ridiculous, don’t buy loot crate!

I had a subscription to Loot Crate for almost two years and loved it. I had to cancel my subscription when I moved, and decided after a long break that I would start up my subscription again. I was billed for four months and have not received a single item. No response from attempts to contact the company. Seems like Loot Crate is now a scam. I was billed for another month after cancelling my subscription, and had to contest the charge for them to stop billing. PLEASE do not risk it.

Thought this was great but cancel subscription and still kept getting billed got that fix but now after an issue in June I got a package today to resolve my missing items however sent wrong items again. When emailing you might go through 3 different agents/rep like I did to where I'm not sure who I should respond to anymore smh such a hassle.

I used to use loot crate and was very happy, i had to stop because of my financial situation. I finally am in a place where i can afford it so i decided to get the January icon crate. It is now the end of February and i still have not received my crate. I have tried multiple times to get a refund but am told i can't because its in the shipping process, it continues to be delayed with no response from the loot crate teem. I do not recommend them with how they are currently run.

My daughter ordered a crate for June 2019 delivery. She got tracking numbers from which nothing ever eventuated. After me taking over communications for her, and literally dozens of emails from the end of Jan to now, false tracking numbers, an admission that they never did send any crate, it was finally delivered today. I had to be extremely pushy (but polite), called them out on their lies, insisted on my daughter's crate constantly, but it paid off in the end. Never give up! This is what they want. Keep at them daily like I did and you will hopefully get your crate.

I keep getting tracking numbers from them that are invalid and they keep losing my crates. I ordered a Star wars crate in March of 2019. It's nearing the end of February 2020 and I still haven't gotten my crate and all they keep telling me is they have moved to a new warehouse so replacing it will take time. BULLSHIT😠😠😠. IT DOESN'T TAKE A YEAR TO MOVE TO A NEW LOCATION. Read these reviews and spread the word; LOOT CRATE IS A SCAM. DON'T FALL FOR IT!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM. You order. You pay. You receive NOTHING. No customer service number; and emails are responded to days later with very vague responses. Ask to cancel and it's ignored. Ask for a refund and it's ignored. I honestly can't believe I was stupid enough to order this for my (very disappointed) son.

Ordered back in November as a Christmas gift. Now going into March and no gift! They are awful!!!! DO NOT ORDER! Do not waste your time!!! I have been asking for a refund they keep saying the crate has shipped and it has not according to the tracking number they have given me. They keep sending me in circles saying “let me get you to management” “let me check in tracking”...... just give me my refund I’m so over this. Company probably will not be in business long..... oh wait maybe they will be they just take your money and don’t send you anything!

You will not receive your item. You will be promised complementary items as an apology for the inconvenience, but you won’t receive those either. I paid for my crate in July 2019. It’s February 2020. Severe emails and false promises later and I still have nothing. Horrible, horrible company.

Ok purchased a 1 year subscription December 2018. First crate they changed the shipping date from the original when I purchased to a different date but never emailed me about it, then box was still about a month late on this new schedule. Second box was about 2 months late. The third box was 6 months late and I’m still waiting on boxes 4, 5, and 6 (5 months late, 3 months late, 1 month late). Don’t bother emailing about it as all they tell you to do is check your online account. Oh and moving a crate into track order status is not the same as shipping especially considering when you hit the button it tells you that there is nothing planned for shipping or they’ll have notified them of a shipping label but it still takes another 2-3 weeks for fedex to receive the crate for delivery. Horrible company.

If I could give zero stars I would. The delivery is delayed by MONTHS. We have not received the December crate and it is now the middle of February. They owe us 3 crates, and we've received nothing. DO NOT ORDER A LOOT CRATE!!! Their business is a mess and you won't receive what you paid for.

I ordered the more expensive loot crate for my husband at Christmas time. The box was billed for January with a delivery date at the end of the month. At the end of the month, the shipping date changed to the middle of Feb. However, we were billed for the February box when January has not shipped yet. Now the shipping date changed AGAIN!! It is stated the end of February for both of the crates. I have no hope that this will happen. I have emailed them several times in regards to their lack of business etiquette and how un reliable they are. I have requested a refund for my previous orders that I have not received, and have cancelled future orders!! I ignored the original reviews. Please don’t make my mistake and do the same.
