The shirt sizes are completely off. They sent some awesome shirts but when I changed my size they did not. I received 6 crates with 6 shirts that I cannot wear. I complained about the first and talked with a customer service representative but nothing came of that. I will not buy again. The shirt Is the best part too.

For loot anime: Delays, crappy quality item, suddenly getting rid of gender related sizing, missing items, wrongfully advertised items, crappy customer service. Shall I go on? They used to be so good. Creative items, unique! Things like figures, card cases, PJ pants, Stuffies! Now it is generic garbage, standard unisex tee, pin, poster, and another cheap item (SOMETIMES), going rate is 4 items, poster not included since it is with their character. Customer service is garbage, and waiting 2-3 months for a crate to Canada, when I get stuff from china faster, fun...... This latest one, 2.5 months late, was shipped incomplete, and the items advertised were not in it. They didn't say anything until people were complaining citing a technical error, that they did catch until 2 MONTHS LATER? Bull. Huge waste of money, and all they care about is greed. Subpar quality and aweful wait times. LOOT WAIT indeed.

Started Loot Crate July 2018, got both Loot Crate and Loot Crate DX, every box I recieve is late and items damaged. I also got two free crates for signing up in July, but they decided to give me the same exact crates for both my bonus crates and the bonus Crate was a Crate they already sent me previously, so now I have three of the exact same crates from July. I emailed them and they don’t care and don’t care that there always late. Items in the boxes are garbage and wish I would have never ordered from them. Not worth the money at all.

They ran a promotion where you could buy one and get one free. So I bought 3 different crates. Well I found out later that I would not be getting the one I bought and then the next one free it would be a older crate in the groupi ordered from. Well over 2 months later I get my crates. All 3 were the same crate and two had shirts that were 3 sizes too small. Then when I contacted their wonderful customer help desk the guy told me that I should give them as gifts. I canceled all of my subscriptions after that.

Finally had a response from customer service. They casually explained the August box would be sent "mid September" - with no mention of recourse or discount to the customer? Madness. I'm glad I already cancelled my subscription as going through this every month is not my idea of fun. This company clearly needs a restructure and/or a long hard look in the mirror. This can't last.

I subscribed for 6 months and not once did a crate ship out when it was supposed to. The soonest they shipped was 30 days late and all the company offers is a discount which would be cool if the items in the crate were good. Instead the items are cheap and/or totally useless even for collecting. Switched to a different service that is cheaper, on time and offers actual quality in the products they send.

Terrible company! I ordered a three-month crate deal three months ago as a birthday gift for someone. The person moved to a temporary place, so I changed the delivery address to mine, to avoid further complications a month in advance. Loot Crate even delayed delivery ten extra days, giving them plenty of time to make a simple correction. I went as far as contacting them to make sure the change was noted. Instead, they sent me an email stating the delivery would be made at the wrong address regardless, and they could do nothing about it. Furthermore, they expected me to do their work for them and deal with the wrongly sent package, making me responsible for it. When I complained, they reimbursed the unsent crates, but refused to acknowledge their mistake, and expected me to pay for their error. It is appalling that this is happening in this day and age; when companies like Amazon, which deals with millions of packages and vendors worldwide, is far more flexible and responsible than a small company that deals with one product. Their business model is to pass the cost of their mistakes to their clients (no matter how far said patron went to ensure correct delivery) washing their hands off the whole issue. Loot Crate ended up wasting my time, embarrassing me in front of the birthday person, and now they refuse to give me a full reimbursement for their mistake by regurgitating the same lame “company policy,” which they believe exonerates them from guilt. Never again will I deal with this company.

Like many other subscribers, I am disappointed with Loot Crate. I purchased this subscription as a gift for my boyfriend and when I look at every box he's received, it overwhelms me how pretentious this company is. Many subscribers are avid fans and collectors, like my boyfriend, who appreciate rare, good-quality items that match their interests. For his last box, he received the following: a She-Hulk baseball shirt, a Black Widow book, a Squirrel Girl Sketchbook, a Wasp bookmark, and a Kamala Khan Enamel Pin. All items are cheaply made, not worthy of collecting, and honestly, are seriously boring. All-in-all, Loot Crate ripped us off, especially since the items are so cheap compared to how expensive the subscription is. The worst part is that my boyfriend got me an amazing gift last Christmas and mine turned out to be a whopping disappointment. [When I emailed the company, I received the following response: "Thank you for the followup and we're glad that you received the #11 July Marvel crate. However, we are sorry to hear you didn’t connect with the theme or the items inside does not meet your expectation. Our team works long and hard to curate a crate each month that we hope everyone will love, but we understand we aren’t going to hit the nail for all our Looters. As of the moment, we don't have the option to change/trade the items inside the crate or return the crate for a refund. I've also forwarded your feedback to the appropriate team to improve the items inside the crate and to match the expectation from our looters. We listen closely and appreciate you taking the time to let us know what you thought of this month's crate. Once again, we apologize for the trouble." This is clearly a generic response that holds no promise of improvement. Assuming that Loot Crate employees know that subscribers are likely people who have a deep interest in the Marvel franchise, it's saddening to receive such an indifferent response.]

Loot crate used to be a good company that offered a loot box with varied contents that always shipped on time and arrived within the expected time frame. Unfortunately that is no longer the case, nowadays they are simply a money hungry company that offer more types of boxes than they can handle and constantly delay boxes while continuing to charge you for them. Most boxes are now delayed at least a full month and contain nothing of value. The only response you get from them is a generic cut and paste response citing manufacturing delays, the company has no remorse for their letting down countless customers by constantly delaying crates. When 5 out of every 6 crates is 1 to 2 months late, then the company has a serious problem and needs to get it fixed. For the price they charge for $10 worth of random junk they shouldn't have issues like this. Now onto my main issue with them, they frequently continue charging for subscriptions even after you cancel the subscription. I got lucky and noticed the charges after 2 months and was able to dispute the charges with my bank, but a company who tries to sneak in charges like that is absolutely disgusting. Even should they fix their delay problems I wouldn't go back to them. I will stick to other geek/nerd based loot boxes instead. Don't even get me started on how they delete any and all negative comments on their social media pages in order to hide how many of their customers are upset with them.

Ordered from them many times and have orders unfulfilled repeatedly and missing item. I ordered it on April 18, 2018 it’s now August 27, 2018. I emailed them already about the missing item and they always make the excuse that they are backed up when the item is clearly still being sold in the shop. Why feature the item if they don’t have one to give to people who already ordered it? It’s ridiculous.

Not really impressed! I ordered 3 at one time got charged for them all at the same time one didn't come until 3 months after paying for it another didn't come until 5 months after paying for it and even at that the second one didn't ship like it said it would and when I contacted them about it all I was told was to wait another week for shipping info and at that time they wanted to charge me for another crate when I hadn't even got the first one! Hell no!!! Still waiting on my third box I paid for 6 months ago!

I ordered a Harry Potter lootcrate a month ahead of the next shipping date, and was told their customer support that this would ensure we get it on time. When the package didn't arrive on the latest possible delivery date (out of the 2 weeks span), I didn't even get a tracking number for the package. I contacted them again, only to find out that the package hasn't been sent! The offered me a 5$ discount on my next subscription and apologized. 2 weeks after the package should have arrived, they finally shipped it from their shipping center. I contacted them again some time later, because the tracking system showed no progress, and they asked me to wait another couple of weeks for the package to arrive. A couple if weeks gone by, and still no package. I ONCE MORE contacted them, and they tell me there was a problem, and they'll ship it again, and it will take 2-4 weeks. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! They have the WORST customer service I've ever seen. All responses were pre-written messages, the kind they just copy-paste as a reply. No superior has even glanced at this on going case. To this day, I received no package.

The customer service is excellent. They really make you feel like a valuable customer and always try to help as swiftly as they can to sort out any problems.

Very annoyed with the shipping time. First they told me it would arrive between the 1 and 10th. Now they're saying the 10th and 20th. Now I've paid for it over a month ago and it still hasn't even been shipped! Stupid company. Will never subscribe to another box again.

Took over 6 months to get my loot crate. When I finally got it, the promo code I got for an in game item didn't even work!

Occasionally you will get a gem among otherwise boring/useless stuff. BUT. The exclusive content via the pins has been slashed recently, which is frustrating. And considering a lot of promos include nerdy versions of things that can be used (stationary, kitchen gear, etc), there is WAY more in boxes that is straight up figurines - a poor ratio at least. T-shirt designs are also boring as hell - considering the amazing t-shirt art out there, it's pretty poor. Also, if live outside the US? LOL, you're screwed! Prepare for missing boxes, 6-8 weeks (OR MORE) waiting for boxes to arrive. Tracking is non existent. And the help desk doesn't give a stuff. If you really want nerdy crates, I've had much better luck with stuff through cratejoy (though there is lots of variation there), and NerdyPost has a good service, and items that are *actually* unique for the appropriate themes.

No customer service. No number for me to call. The e-mails felt automated. They don't care about there own set deadlines. Still haven't received my crate that was ordered over a month ago. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Just buy the stuff you're interested in individually of eBay or use any other site.

This a downright unacceptable “service” and a rip off. I’ve been getting loot crates of all types of subscriptions since 2015. Nothing in these packages is worth what they provide in the loot crates. It’s all trash that you can purchase yourself and even save some cash if you do it yourself. I got a long sleeved shirt and y’all crew socks in a standard loot crate during the summer?!?! Wtf?!?! This company is trying to comeback from a failed business model. DO NOT BUY THIS OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I just cancelled all of my subscriptions. I've had nothing but delays, the quality of everything has gone down, and overall you're left with no answers. I have never gotten an email about a delay yet every crate I'm supposed to get is over a month late. I'm over it, I've been around since 2016 and won't ever go back.

Signed up for the Firefly cargo crate. It was great at first: Excellent value, great items, and fairly regular delivery. Then the delays. And the diminishing value of the items received in the crates. It’s like a scam. You pay $40 to $50 per period & receive a package. But when the frequency drops from one package per period to one package every 2 to 4 periods, you’re basically paying $120 to $200 for each package. And when the quality and quantity of the items in each package DECREASES, it’s adding insult to injury. I’m canceling my subscription.
