DO NOT BUY. Simple as that. I ordered a crate in August as a gift, thinking I'd receive it by the November birthday. NOPE. I was billed again within 2 weeks and never recieved either box. I reached out in October (a month after they were supposed to ship the first) and they were "happy to" refund the second box since it wasn't in production, but refused to refund the first saying that they couldn't refund the box since it was being shipped soon. Fast forward to December, two reach outs later, and they still were refusing to refund me and consistently kept pushing the ship date (as of this post it was February for a September box). Being someone who used to work in a customer service role, I know that it wasn't all the representative's fault and feel bad they're working for a company with policies like this. I reached out again since I saw they were still promoting the Wizarding World box, yet hadn't sent any that had been paid for. I called them out on it and said that would be classified as fraud, and escalated until I got someone who would refund me my initial purchase. When I asked why this couldn't have been done before, she said it was probably just a "system error." They're scamming people and getting away with it. Skip the crate and just head straight for Target.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY! On October 25 I order the 80th Marvel Loot Crate for my son. Today is January 8 and I have not received it. Excuses after excuses. YET ... LOOT CRATE had no problem taking my $80. SHAME ON YOU. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

So far I'm not happy at all with this company. They charge you up front and then they don't send your boxes! They change the shipment dates and don't give any explanations. I ordered a box for my husband in November. Now its January and I'm still waiting for a shipping notice.

Was waiting on a crate for 2 months and after several emails they told me the crate was no longer available. Cancelled won't go back horrible customer service

Horrible company. Take your money. Don’t send you boxes you order and then renewed my membership for a year and now won’t even address my issue. Keep getting a lame email saying they will get back to me and are too busy for 25 days now

I tried purchasing the Deadpool crate as a christmas gift. It was estimated to ship out over a month after I ordered it. A little upsetting but nothing I was going to stress about. Then the ship date got pushed to a month after the original ship date. When I contacted them to find out why they gave me the run around and I never got an actual answer. Then it got pushed back for shipping again so at this point I was like nope nevermind just cancel my order and refund me my money. It took me over a week of telling them I don't care about their excuses and just want my money back and for them to cancel my order. I am still waiting for my refund to hit my account and its been about a week. I will never try doing business with this company again. Cool concept but awful service. They seriously need a re vamp of the company.

Bought the limited edition The Lord of The Rings crates back in February 2019 and as of today January 1st 2020 I've only just gotten the second crate, which I might add that it's contents are for the most part a big "meh".

Ordered a crate for my friend back in July. No shipping, no ship date, no crate. Do NOT order from this garbage company. They’ll take your money, give you some garbage customer service and then you’ll never see your items.

Took 6 months to finally get a crate full of dollar store items, hopefully they go out of business. Maybe a class action lawsuit

J was a customer for years and I finally found it that they were going to hell inna handbasket "!!! Quirks "!!And I finally realized it was time for me to go ahead and stop dealing with them and start dealing with another company "!!!, and I didn't even look back at them and " Then I heard that they were Going through bankruptcy court and they were being bought out by another company "!!!? An i was interested in the company that was buying them and I thought it was the Necca" company "!!!?? So I thought that i knew what the Necca company was about "!!!? Quality and great Merchandise and Brand Recognition that was on point "!!!!!? But once again I have been swindled by the Loot fraudsters Company who are trying to get enough money from any sucker's interest in giving them their money and then play ignorant and then wait until the Bankruptcy court decides that they are not liable for any money lost by their customers and then they can sell What's left of their company name and ride off into the sunset and then spend the millions that they have ripped off from the customers hands"!!?? And the only people who are out of their money is the hard working people who have given them their money to get nothing but scammed"!!!!! And do you really think that they are nobody out there who can take up for us and make some decent money and possibly a good name buy Making a lawsuit against Lootcrate "!!!? There is "!!!! But the powers that be "!!! Are standing around with their hands out "!!! And looking the other way "!!!!!! BELIEVE that "!!! But also the contract that we have signed off on is a very good one "!! Since it's set up for lootcrate to take people's money and not have any repercussions or anything else that they have to worry about "!!!! So please people who have been ripped in dipped in shiat""!! Spread the word and then the next time she wants to order from them "!!?? They'll be thinking twice about that "!!!! So I BELIEVE that they are personally knowingly that they can't deliver the Goods they have previously promised to the people who have paid for their stuff in the past "!!? But to be promising people who are just recently paying for their services right now and that they are intentionally ripping people off add hoping to get all the money they can "!!!? While still in court proceedings "!!? And then soon as they receive their decision on their Bankruptcy "!!? They will be sending out messages to all of the people who have given them their money to write it off as a bad investment and then they will be able to make off with EVERYONE'S money and not caring about nothing but their own money and Grinch's souls "!! It's Dec 30th and we are still waiting on November Lootcrate. According to the shipping info it didn't get shipped until Dec.26th, which is ridiculous, since it was ordered in October. I will never order from them again.

Been 4 months and never received a single crate! Contacted customer support and demanded refunds but instead they continue to take money each month without us receiving our any products, so is it right to take money from people without giving them what they pay for? I think not!!

I ordered my son a loot crate for Christmas on December 6th. My son is in the Air Force and could not be home for Christmas. The loot crate never arrived. My son had nothing for Christmas and spent it alone. December 6th should have been plenty of time to send his loot crate to Missouri. I never received an email confirming shipping. I looked online for a phone number for customer service. Loot crate does not offer a phone number for customer service. Instead I was forced to send them an email. It took them days to respond. When they finally did respond all they had to say was hey sorry! Are you kidding me? After ruining Christmas for someone I would hope to be better compensated. The package never even shipped! At this point my son should get his package and I should get a refund or he should get a gift card or something! They told me that they would send me a confirmation when it does ship. They did not even offer me a ship date! This is a terrible company. Don’t make the same mistake I did! Do not order from Loot Crate! Rip off!

I paid for crates in June and August, then the June crate was shipped to the wrong address (even though I changed my account info, forwarded my mail to my new address and contacted customer support to avoid any interruption). Still have not received my replacement crate or August crate. This is on top of nearly a year subscription with at least 2 month delay between payment and shipment every month. Every customer service email I’ve ever received is nothing but excuses and unkept promises. Never any real info or accountability. Truly a terrible company all around.

Still haven't received items ordered for Christmas 2018. What a joke. Didn't refund me either. Don't waste your time or money on this joke of a company.

When you sign up for a subscription, they take your money for the first subscription. They then keep delaying shipping of your crate until you contact them about it. When I contacted them to say I wanted a refund, they suddenly claimed my crate was going to come and that I couldnt have a refund because I ordered it too long ago. This is because they deliberately leave it for months until youre suspicious of where your crate is. Do NOT buy from lootcrate as they are just trying to scam you out of your money.

I purchased the Elder Scrolls Crate a little under a year ago and have only received a single crate. In addition, this crate is incredibly behind schedule and I hardly saw any notifications on social media or through email that the shipments were delayed. The only updates I received were in person from an associate at NYCC. The t-shirt and hoodie quality was terrible considering how long I had to wait and how much I had to pay for them. I could easily have bought the same itchy, thin, already falling apart items for literal cents and put my own boring Elder Scrolls design on them. Overall this was honestly one of the most disappointing experiences of my life, I stand firm when I say I will never use Loot Crate services again and will never reconsider. I am still waiting for my pre-order USB desk light, too.

Their shipping is terrible. I bought the October crate and they estimated shipment for first week of November. Now, it's still estimated but for the last week of December. No one told me it was going to be late and to be late 2 months and counting is ridiculous. I can't even comment on if the product was worth it because I haven't received it yet!
