If you decide to purchase from Loot Crate, expect very little communication, and for it to be incredibly delayed, just like their shipping. I placed an order for the Junji Ito series in July, with the site stating the first crate would ship in October, with following crates going out every other month. It's now a week into January, and I JUST received an email from them that they are experiencing some delays, but they're aiming to ship out crate #1 by December.

Ordered last May and have only received one. They keep pushing it" you'll get it next month". Was suppose to get one in December, now they moved it to February. Worst company ever!!

I agree with other commenters. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I did the harry potter subscription. So far, I have been charged for 4 crates and have only received 1. I cancelled my subscription, but still waiting on the other crates. Every time I check for when it will ship, the date gets pushed back later and later. It is ridiculous. I have had no issues with the other company that I get my monthly Disney box from.

I ordered a single crate in Aug. Got charged again for a subscription on the second box (even though I had selected the ONE box program) and charged for both boxes. It is now middle of January and they have no clue when they are coming. Would not refund me for the 2nd box they charged me for (without consent). Steer Away. I will not be giving this company any more business in the future, and steering all my friends and family who even think about ordering from them away as well. Not happy. (btw, I never write bad reviews so you can tell they F***ed up pretty bad if I had to leave one)

Worse customer service ever! The company started out awesome but just could not keep it together. There were major shipping issues before Covid. Anytime I contacted customer service they just kept lying about shipping dates. This company does not care about retaining its customer. Although some their items are unique, it is not worth the wait. Also, can honestly say I was disappointed more often than not.

I had order ONE Junji Ito box back in July. Was told THREE times that the shipping date has changed. On top of that they charged me AGAIN for an extra crate when I only ordered the one not opting into a subscription with them. VERY VERY disappointed in this company

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Lootcrate used to be great. The basic crate subscription delivered on time every time, and included well over 5 items. Most of which were always cool. Now the same subscription costs more and you get 4 items. All of which are cheap and useless. I regret paying for a 3 month subscription. Which I paid for over 6 months ago and I’ve only received two boxes in that time. Contacting customer service does absolutely nothing. I’m sad that their company went this direction, I will use their service again.

I got the wrong stuff, ordered the Harry Potter crate and received a random box of nonsensical items that didn't go together, didn't have any harry potter items, and messaged the customer service and they said they couldn't fill my order. Offered a credit instead of a refund but no one wants a credit if I can't even get the items I originally ordered/wanted. Just want my money back, but that seems to be impossible.

I ordered a crate subscription as a Christmas gift for someone. The order was placed a month and a half before Christmas. At the time of the order the shipping guide said orders were shipped the 25th of the current month (my order was placed almost two weeks before this shipping date). When I didn't receive any notice that the crate had shipped I contacted customer support and was told my crate would ship in late January. I understand if there are supply issues but if something is going to take two and a half months to ship out then they shouldn't be offering it for sale on their site. They certainly didn't wait two and a half months to take my money. This is a company that's only concerned about getting paid and doesn't care at all about their customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is atrocious. I have been waiting for over 2 years for a replacement crate, Yes two years. Every month they tell me they are very sorry and it will be despatched next month. Well here we are and nothing to show for a £100 Ltd edition crate.

I ordered a crate 3 YEARS ago November, a year and a half after I ordered I decided to contact customer service, because the shipping details disappeared when it got "in" my country, They told me my package has been lost and they will replace it, months and months went by with absolutely no information, so I contacted them again, and they told me they where out of the stock that they was supposed to replace it with and they will replace it with something else. Again, same story, then they offered to replace it again and this time they offered me a refund, I wanted a refund , they contacted me back and told me the system says that me email is wrong for my PayPal, I must confirm that its the right email and I did, and after that I have been emailing them non stop, they have gone no contact with me, so 3 YEARS I have been waiting. I DO NOT recommend them, they do not care about you after you paid!!! I want my Money back

Stole my money. Never received last 2 boxes I was charged for. When I try to get it sorted out and eventually a refund I had the worst customer service Had to go through my bank for a charge back.

Never received package. Scam. BUYER BEWARE. Have asked for refund. They ignore the request and say they are sending it. However, UPS hasn’t even received a package from them, just that a shipping label was created but they never received anything to ship. TOTAL SCAM. I should have known better. I wish I researched this prior to purchasing. I now see that the products people receive is worthless. Lesson learned.

Yeah, these guys are a joke. Order not shipped six week after due date, then told it was, only for it to take another two weeks. Still not received. Tracking doesn’t work, customer service is either a bot or outsourced as they never answer your actual question. Do not use this service.

Do not use loot crate anymore. Had a box I ordered in July and they have pushed back the delivery until late October when it was suppose to ship in August. All of there boxes are delayed do not waste your money on this company.

ordered multiple items in august it is nearly october now and i haven’t received anything. i had to email loot crate in order to even receive an update on when i could expect my items and now they say they won’t ship until november. very annoyed at the lack of professionalism from this company. please don’t waste your time and money.

Ordered in July. Never recieved. Was suppose to ship a few weeks later in August. Never did. Said it would ship in September. Been keeping an eye on it and now it says October... Customer service is non existent. Now fighting with PayPal and my bank to get my $50 back. Don't waste your money.
