Wow what a let down. Have been using Lootcrate for around two years. It used to be good but I haven't received anything since May! Now I hear they have gone bankrupt but still continue to spam my email trying to get more money from me. DO NOT USE. You will lose your money and receive nothing. Customer support just send standardised emails won't help you out.

I bought a one time product from them.. it has been 3 months and I have never received it. Then I was charged again for a second box I never ordered. The first box I ordered was in May 2019 and cost $39.99 and it was supposed to arrive late June 2019. In July I emailed them and received a response that it was pushed back until late july or early August. I emailed August 8th 2019 and stated I hadn’t received a tracking order for the first box, and I also, somehow, was charged for another box costing $43.39! I did NOT but a subscription box, I made SURE it was a one time purchase. They emailed back 3 days later and stated how the box’s date is dependent on their vendors and so on. I emailed again requesting the boxes be canceled and I asked for a full refund. They emailed 2 days later saying they would do a 10% credit towards another box!! I was outraged and said no, a full refund. They emailed 2 days later offering $30 back to stay subscribed. I NEVER subscribed in the first place and double checked in my account, yeah, I was NOT subscribed. $30 refund offer out of over $80 spent. Wow. FIVE days later they emailed and asked what boxes I got and when so they could possibly refund.. I told them they should KNOW and check my ACCOUNT but I looked the information up anyways and replied it to them. I have Yerba to hear back from them and I couldn’t be more disappointed. I wish I could give order numbers but the confirmation email doesn’t even have any! Just says the amount billed. If a refund does not come soon I WILL be starting a class action lawsuit.

I was a loyal customer with Loot Crate from their very beginning. Then, the summer of 2019 they stopped sending me boxes. To make matters worse, I had been with them for so long I had the payments on auto and didn't notice they were charging me with the most expensive subscription. I've tried over the course of 15 emails and three weeks to get them to explain to me how I could be with them for this long and be considered a 'monthly' subscriber and just the same 'non-answers' dismissing my history with always being on time with my auto-payment for years. as of now I'm not even sure I'm going to get my 3 crates I've already been paid for. do NOT sub with them, because if you have a problem, no matter what you ask/say, their customer service will just look past your concerns. The don't value anything, not even subscribers that have paid them thousands of dollars in fees. Expect no help if you ever have a problem, so if you want to roll the dice, go ahead and sub with them.

Dont waste your money. Its August 2019, I ordered A crate in April 2019 and I STILL haven't received it. When the lawsuit comes around, I'll be on that bandwagon...

It's sad that LootCrate is such a crappy company now, as when I first got a subscription several years ago is was pretty good. Customer service was helpful, items were decent quality, boxes came on time. Now, the quality of the items (especially the figures) has gone down. I had the Fallout Crate and the figures are poorly designed and hard to attach to their base. The crates are late all the time too. My wife has the HP crate and at least every other one is late (she finally cancelled it). She also ordered my the LOTR crate. First one was supposed to arrive in May. It's July 31 now and still no crate. She got charged for the second crate even though the first one hasn't shown up. Customer service just makes up excuses now and they are not forward with people about the delays. Do NOT subscribe to them. They are terrible company that doesn't care at all about the customers.

whelp I guess I am with everyone else here. Did a 3 month subscription in May. Here we are end of July and all three crates have been pushed back to end of August. Haven't received a thing! Never going with this service again that's for sure!

I ordered Loot Wear - Socks in March 2019, paying a year in advance to receive a 50% discount. I have not received any products since then. Customer service is completely useless. I am a very unhappy customer and would not recommend Loot Crate or Loot Wear to anyone. Just go buy the socks you want elsewhere.

When I have received crates in the past they were great. The problem is that it is the end of July and I have still not received my March crate or any of my monthly crates after that. The customer service is pleasant IF they respond to you. That is a big if. From my 4 tickets I submitted I only ever heard back from one. My guess is that they are going bankrupt and trying to keep payments going as long as humanly possible.

So, first off the website does NOT make it easy to cancel your subscription. I escalated that to "customer service" They canceled my subscription. I was still charged for July. June 29th 2019 i sent another e-mail to "customer service" I was told they would refund July and that it would take 2-5 days. It is now July 29th 2019 and i have been writing back and forth for 2 weeks about the $31.79 Refund. They claim it was done and if i didnt have it its an issue with my bank. I checked with my bank and with my Returns on my account. Nothing pending from them nothing went thru from them etc. They sent me a copy of an invoce showing a refund made on june 30th. I sent back an email chain in my return that shows i didnt hear back about it until july 7th and that i would now like to escalate this problem. In 3 of those chains i have also pointed out i have not receievd my crate for May yet which i paid for already. They increased their prices, however thay have been running 1-2 weeks late on thier product for the last 6 months and when they increased the price from 20 something to 25ish something they said they werent in a hurry to fix the delays for the normal loot crates. I rejoined them this year thinking it would be as great as it had been when i first joined many years ago. back then the service was great! theses days id reccomend anything but loot crate. if i could give this post 0 stars with that meaning something i would. Good luck if youre dealing with them.

What I dislike the most about Loot Crate is that I genuinely enjoy their service and I like the crates. Problem is, they get delayed whole months or even worse. Mine have arrived relatively on time but now they've started all to start getting late and late and late. Kinda stinks.

They are nit sending boxes out or are months behind, and keep delaying. Do not order from them, if you have already ordered and they aren’t sending boxes as promised, insist on a refund or dispute it with your credit card, At this point they are grabbing money any way they can, running specials to get new subscribers, knowing they have not been able to send already paid for boxes out.

From beginning to end, a hassle. I ordered a three month subscription for my husband... for FATHERS DAY, we are now at the end of July & still haven’t received the first box that was due prior to father’s day... The set up was a little strenuous, which I get because it was through another site that was running a deal. This was for a general loot crate. Out of excitement & being new to the experience I reached out to support on the 19th of June in regards to the shipment. I received a supposedly live response from their support team, looking at other reviews I’ve come to understand it is a bit response. My question was simple, I just inquired if I’d receive a tracking number when it is shipped or in what way might I find information on the package for updates. The support bot reaffirmed its suggested ship date & assured it’d be on time. Later that day I got an email to expect a delay, without any timeframe of when to expect it. Okay, it happens, but why would I not get this response prior. I then get a survey on the support bot & if it was up to par. I just submitted a response that I wouldn’t grade someone or a bot on an insufficient response and recommended that next time they actually check with the proper channels on when these things would happen instead of providing an incorrect response. I then get ANOTHER “support” team email about this and how it will be rectified... then another survey... Well I’m supposed to have two boxes by now, 0/2, but don’t worry I have surveys to fill out for days 🤣

So I bought a lootcrate three months ago in May. I've had quite a few problems since I ordered it. The first and foremost problem I had was the crate disappearing from my account after they failed to ship it out to me at the end of May.This problem was solved with a simple support email so I thought I would let it slide since even big companies can make mistakes sometimes. When it got put back onto my account it said it was expected ship out from June 20th to July 5th which means it was being shipped out with next months crate. To me it seems a weird that loot crate can only manage to ship out their crates at certain times of the month. Fast forward a month and its now July 11th and I still have not received the product I paid for. The loot crate yet again disappeared from my account and after a few days it came back onto my account with an expected shipping date of July 25th to July 31st. This is actually horrendous. I can't believe a company can perform these scummy practices and get away with it.

Ordered crate in beginning of May for my sons birthday- was to ship by end of May. They kept changing shipping dates= still nothing rcvd & cust serv is beyond slow does not even address issues. WORST BOX EVER. they now saying the May box might ship by end of July, June box by Aug 15, but they constantly change the dates

I subscribed to their service over a month ago and was expecting my first box to be shipped at the end of last month. Since I never received a shipping noticed, I contacted them to find out when I could expect my first box to be shipped. Unfortunately it seems they can't find my order. I even provided them with a copy of their invoice (which includes an order #) and yet they don't seem to be able to locate my order. It seems I'm not alone with this problem, how frustrating! I guess all I have left to do is start the chargeback procedure with my credit card company.

Have recently made it very difficult to navigate their site to cancel or skip subscription. The price has gone up and the quality has gone down and I want to cancel and get a refund for the box that has not shipped but it's almost impossible to find out how. Do not sign up.
