“I bought this 'Teddy' bear as a gift, for a new born baby. Mum and Dad are keen Kent supporters. Whilst as an 'old bloke' it looked fine to me, most importantly the child appeared to take to it! Appears well made and for the price, if it lasts for a couple of months, will have given pleasure and 'made its money'. If the 'lad' takes to cricket, I will claim some part!”

“Couldn't be better. The assistance I received from the ticket office to navigate the site and order tickets was first class and frankly beyond the call. We wanted 2 tickets for the Lord's tour for our brother in law's 60th birthday celebration. You made it a very pleasing experience to make the booking. I have personally experienced the tour in 2011 when I hosted a work colleague from HSBC in Kolkata, India. It was fabulous and great value. Well done, keep up the brilliant service. Thank you very much.”

“It was what I expected, a tea towel that I've seen many times before. Thought it appropriate to buy it from the "home" as it is intended as a gift for a cricket mad restaurant in Sri Lanka! I might have some explaining to do!”

“Tried to visit Lord's shop last Thursday afternoon but was refused entry due to lock down before T20 evening game. Ordered on line last Friday and still awaiting delivery. Rang up today and told it would be delivered before 1800. But assume that as it's now 1930 on Thursday (31/7/14) evening it won't be delivered today. Not very good is it !”

“I ordered the 200 year anniversary bone china mug. I received a confirmation e-mail, and estimated delivery date. The mug arrived within two days, I was surprised it was so quick. The mug is even nicer than the picture, I am extremely pleased with this item, and would recommend buying from here to my friends and family. I have received follow up e-mails to ensure I am satisfied with the service and product. Excellent customer service and communication, and exquisite products. I will purchase from here again. Thank you to all staff.”

“Following my order, the website said I would receive an email confirming my order which I never did. When I sent an email to ask where this was, it was ignored. The money for my order was then taken from my bank account. I then phoned up to find out what was going on. I spoke to a lady who made no secret of the fact she thought I was a bit of an idiot but she did confirm the order had been received and would be processed....in a month! I still haven't received any email order acknowledgement apart from this review request, which arrived before my order did - 2 weeks late for the birthday present recipient but hey.”

“the entire booking system should be automated; Right from buying tickets to booking the date and timing of visit should be made possible through the website. The second point is: requirement for the physical ticket to do the tour should be done away with. You should accept tickets printed out from the website booking as proof instead of physical tickets to be delivered. Because of physical tickets requirement, there is a 5 to 10 day wait for the ticket to be delivered to do the tour which can be completely avoided”

“I found the site very easy to navigate and my order arrived promptly. The only comment I would like to make is that the envelope is covered with marketing for Lords but luckily I intercepted the post man so the surprise wasn't spoiled.”
