“I ordered a gaming chair at £255 the chair is great though it does have scratch on base, the packaging is a mess the chair was either a display or it had been returned as the box was sellotaped t all edging the damage was so bad to box. I took pictures of the box as soon as it was delivered incase it had been damaged.
Last Friday the chair was to be delivered between 6:45pm and 7:45pm when I checked the map driver was at street behind my house I put outside light on and he took a picture from the street and messaged saying no answer would be back Monday I messaged him right away and was told he couldn’t come back he was still on my street. On Saturday morning they tried to deliver when I wasn’t home this time pressing my ring doorbell then wouldn’t deliver till the Wednesday.”

“I ordered 4 things from Lost Universe. Two of them delivered by LU and two delivered from one of their partner companies. The two delivered from their partner were snapback caps that were delivered in a bag, squashed and out of shape, one visor is permanently bent out of shape. I am giving LU 3 stars as their deliver was fine but they need to have a word with their partner company about how to deliver items as this was unacceptable.”

“Fantastic shirt unfortunately my wife needed it of a Red Nose Day charity event. I couldn’t see where to pay extra to get it sent next day as advertised ( i emailed but got a generic reply because it was coming from a third party ) and it arrived too late to wear”
“Some of the items arrived covered in some sort of dust. I was also told an item I had purchased on preorder was for valentines day no longer going to be available until the end of February. Then when it didn't arrive I was told that it wouldn't be in stock until summer 21 but I had already paid for it. It finally turned up last week out of the blue. But on the plus side the items are well packaged and good quality.”

“Items were great. 5 hats, mug and a pin.
Big issue with the postage. Had specifically spent over £50 for free postage. They then, without saying anything before checkout, fail to mention that my postcode will be charged anyway for delivery. On top of that they say I’m in the Highlands and Islands (which I’m not) and the package was sent Royal Mail... so even if I was there would be no extra cost for shipping in the uk. Would have used this place on the regular. Shame.”
