“Very quick service. Significantly cheaper than Apple store. Friendly customer service and nice to be able to see the people working on the phones. My screen now has a slight blueish tinge which it didn't before but that's not really a problem. Very happy with the result.”

“Always a bit nervewrackign leaving an expensive (screen cracked) bit of hardware in an unknown place for repair (or possibly even worse sending it by post - need to insure it, get a protective envelope etc and worry if one is ever going to see it again). But if you have access to central London, no need to look further than Lovefone, right off super trendy Charlotte Street. If there was any glitch in an otherwise perfect experience, the online booking system was slightly slow (you have to specify date and a time to drop the phone off) . Butt I turned up, and was pleased to see some ElectroElves beavering away in a small shop. Phone taken off me, and to my immense pleasure, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes (the website says to allow an hour). I came back after 20 minutes, and a few minutes later, I was walking out with the screen on my phone looking brand new. Lovefone - you have to love it if your screen is cracked”

“I am still quite shocked just how quick the service was yesterday when I went into the Lovefone shop to fix my iPhone's cracked screen. I had googled in the morning and just showed up with no appointment, the lady behind the desk said it would take twenty minutes and I could wait there. I decided to go next door and grab a coffee instead, I arrived back no less than 5 minutes later with my coffee and was handed my phone back, in perfect condition! Lovely people, quick as lightning service and amazing coffee next door! Highly recommend this place ????”

“I accidentaly smashed my iphone 6 plus screen and was very worried about the repairs. I found this website and decided to take a chance to get the screen replaced soon as I had three days to get on my next flight. The service was superb, quick and of a high quality. although a little expensive but very worth it. it took less than 10 minutes and the phone was in my hand again. I requested the screen to be changed from black to white and they did as told. super A++++ service and will recommed to all with their screen issues. head to Lovefone friendly and quality service.”

“I phoned up in the morning about 10am, asked for it to be picked up by a courier from South Kensington and 2 and a half hours later my wifes iPhone 4 with a new screen was back in my hands at half the price of some quotes from high street shops. Brilliant, all I had to do was meet the courier outside to drop off and pick up and bob's your uncle. I can't praise them enough for their efficient, cheap and speedy service. Thanks very much.”
