“In London there are plenty of businesses that care more for your wallet than your happiness. Lovefone are the exception, from confirming my booking to popping me a reminder to greeting me by name when I arrived to knowing exactly why I was at their store to making it very clear how long their service would take and what that service included through to cleaning my phone and...shock horror engaging in great conversation with me whilst I waited for the work to be complete. End-to-end the best in-shop experience in 14 years in London; thank you Lovefone, you are brilliant.”

“Found these guys on the internet - they offer a walk in service. They are willing to help, knowledgable and friendly. I needed two new batteries for iphone 5's which they sorted within about 10 minutes. The phones work great and came back with a 12 month warranty. No complaints whatsoever - will be using them again - convenient and trustworthy - no hesitation in recommending them. ps - I am a genuine customer - even though this review reads as though they wrote it - I am very pleased”

“Excellent service - very fast and reliable. I had used before for a previous phone, but couldn't make it to their offices this time so their courier option was a brilliant solution. Just as I was wondering if it had arrived there okay and thinking should I call to check, the courier arrived at my door with the fixed phone! It took just over a couple of hours in total so was very impressed. Would definitely recommend.”

“Got up one morning to find my iPhone 4 was NOT CHARGING!!! Phoned my son who quickly solvded the problem by recommending LOVEFONE. He had previously used their services. As I live in London it was no problem. On the tube to Goodge Street, a 5min walk and within half an hour a new 'base charger' ( forgot the exact proper name for it!! -sorry) was fixed. Cost: £34!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!! BRAVO GUYS!!!!!”

“Lovefone was a really pleasant experience. They were able to fix my screen after I had dropped my phone down a flight of stairs. They fixed my phone in under ten minutes and they were much cheaper and much faster at the while procedure than apple. I was really happy with the service I was given and I would definelty recommend it to anybody. And they fixed it the day it broke rather than apple who you have to wait 4 days and too book an appointment and then 1-2 weeks to actually fix my phone. Great service love phone. Cheaper as well”

“Great service! Would highly recommend! I got a I Phone 5 fixed -the screen was smashed to pieces and flashing all sorts of colours but the team picked it up, fixed it and delivered it back to me within 90mins! Thanks!”

“Guys did an excellent job replacing a broken screen on my phone in as little as 10mins. Not sure if that's a coincidence or not, but after that I also stopped having problems with my phone camera, even though I didn't mention anything. Very very happy with the service overall, would highly recommend.”
