“Service was incredible - well done! picked up from the desk and returned same day. Staff very helpful and quick to respond. And of course the repair is perfect. Compare with Apple Store - 45 mins queue to even speak to someone, and double the price. I hope you expand to cover more devices in the future, in case I break something else!”

“I dropped my new iPhone 6 and shattered the screen. The very next day I found Lovefone via a google search, they are centrally located near Tottenham Court Road and they fixed it (good as new) for £99 in ten minutes flat. The chap there I dealt with was very nice and responsive. I highly recommend Lovefone for a quick fix for an iPhone screen.”

“This service is AMAZING! From the time the phone was collected, it was back with me within 1.5 hours. The cost is very competitive and for not too much more than what Apple charges, you can have the convenience of the courier service (of which the collector was very friendly and helpful). It may be an idea for them to offer screen protectors as an additional service but other than that, I couldn't ask for more!”

“Lovefone saved my day! Cracked my iPhone screen rendering it completely useless, and was due to travel for 2 weeks the next day... The notion of being without my phone for 2 weeks almost gave me a panic attack. But I popped into your store and you fixed it in 5 mins! Great empathy from your staff, speedy response and technical excellence... Expensive, but hey your service is priceless! I am a massive fan :-)”

“Having never used a service such as this before, and to be honest thought it all a little risky, I was not sure what to expect when i walked in off the street to ask for a screen replacement for my iphone 5s. The phone was inherited from a family friend who passed away last year so I had no paperwork or knowledge of its history. Of course this meant Apple would not do anything. Now I am 8 months pregnant the faulty screen was causing problems that left the phone unusable - not the best timing! I was amazed by not only how fast and professional Lovephone were but also by how all my phone problems were suddenly resolved in around 10 minutes! I returned to work (problem solved within my lunch break!) to find an email including my receipt, £5 off for a friend and a one year warranty! Could not ask for more. Thank you, you have a made a very pregnant lady's life a whole lot easier and a lot less stressful.”

“Incredibly efficient service and great price. Even though my phone was insured it was going to take 7-10 days to repair and the excess was almost the same as the cost of Lovefone to fix it on the spot. I only wish Lovefone offered their own insurance!”
