“When I smashed my phone's screen on the bathroom floor at work, I knew I'd have to get it fixed immediately as a piece of glass had already embedded itself into my thumb. Initially I was wary; I had heard many nightmare reports from phone repair shops, even in central London where I was, and so I took to Google to find somewhere within walking distance. Lovefone was only a five-minute walk from work, reasonably priced compared to many other shops (charging £100+ for an iPhone 5s repair!), and they had a fantastic online appointment booking system. As luck would have it, they had a slot bang on my lunchtime that day. I gave my details, booked my appointment, and set off less than two hours later. Lovefone was easy to find and looked incredibly clean, funky and well organised. There was a small group of trendy looking fellows behind the counter, all beavering away fixing various smartphones and tablets. The lady on the front desk was happy and friendly; she took my phone, gave me a numbered card and said it would only be 15-20 minutes before my phone was ready. Amazed, I still took closer to 40 minutes to leave the shop, run some other errands, and return. Picking up was simple - I handed over the numbered card, got back a brand new-looking version of my phone with a lovely clean screen, paid by Debit card and left. Seeing as I have a habit of smashing my phone this year, I'll be sure to use Lovefone again the next time I attempt to put it in my pocket before it eats the ground (I should get insurance, I know). Thoroughly recommended! Well done Lovefone!”

“I have had my phone fixed with them previously and they have recently honoured the warranty they provide with their screens - picked my phone up and dropped if off 2 hours later completely fixed for free. Thank you”

“Simply great. I broke the phone at 11 in the morning and it had been returned to me, completely fixed, by 3. Saves all the hassle of getting it to a shop yourself. Very friendly on the phone. Hopefully, I won't break my phone again, but, if I do, I know who I'll call on. Many thanks.”

“I have used lovefone before and have always had a positive experience. This time was no exception. I turned up earlier than my booked appointment (by over 1 hour!) and they accommodated me right away. 20 mins to replace the cracked screen of my iphone 6. After having it fixed I walked away from the shop and noticed something odd on the screen I took it back they apologised replaced the screen with a new one (in 10 mins!) and also for my inconvenience gave me a screen protector for free!! 10/10 Again- thanks guys”
