“I needed to replace my iPhone 5's battery and I found Lovefone by doing a Google search. I set up an appointment on the same day and managed to have the battery replaced stright away, the whole operation took no more than 10 minutes. I strongly recommend Lovefone for their professional approach and very good prices.”

“Smashed my phone and was going on holiday 2 days later so was desperate to get it fixed. Booked an appointment online at lunchtime the next day. Arrived early. The team took in the phone while I went for a quick look around the neighbouring shops. Returned half an hour later and it was all complete. Really good service if you are in a fix. Should franchise to out of London locations.”

“Loved them... Carphone warehouse and Apple told, can't fix it... and they fixed it with in 15 minutes... Really professional and quick service at great price... Really recommend them... (FYI: I am not happy, wife is back on phone again all the time, but that is not lovefone's problem :) )”

“Thanks to lovefone for helping me fall back in love with my phone again. Super efficient and friendly service. Walked in with an iphone button not working which the apple store told couldn't be repaired and walked out 30 mins later with said button working and phone looking like new. Looks like I'm not the only one who loves lovefone. While waiting it was interesting to observe a number of apprehensive people walk in wondering if their phone could be fixed and the look of surprise as they were taken through the options available to them - including no charge if problem couldn't be fixed. Well done guys!”
