“Popped in to get a battery replacement for my iPhone. I was expecting to come back to pick it up. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. 5 minutes later I'm walking out the door with the job done. Totally fair price for the job that needed doing. I'll be using them again, and recommending them to all my friends. Great little find this one.”

“A courier collected my phone at 12.30 and delivered it back at 2 hrs later with the screen replaced. A very fast and efficient service. Thank you”

“Sounds too good to be true, but really one of the best services I've encountered. Asked for a quote at 10.30am via email on a Monday morning and I had the phone picked up, fixed and returned to my office within an hour. It looks as good as new and is working perfectly. Highly recommended”

“Quick service , timely repair. As I had my iPhone 5c screen fixed a few suggestions would be an addition of a complementary glass screen protector as other repair shops offer and a choice of protective cases to purchase. Also a waiting area with a coffee machine for waiting customers would be a nice touch”

“Very efficient - booked the repair of my iPhone through their website (half-hour slots available throughout the day) Brought phone to shop - easy to locate. Very fast service - had repaired phone in 20 mins. Very reasonable expense - under £40, compared to the£200 Apple appeared to want me to pay when I looked at their UK support page. Definitely recommend this company, before replacing your phone.”

“I called up on the day to book an appointment. I was told I could drop in anytime, as I was not local this was ideal for me as I wasn't sure how long it would take me to travel to that part of London. Ideally located next to a underground station and easy to find. Upon entering the shop I was greeted by two members of staff and quickly explained the problem (in this case I needed a battery replacement) I was told the service would take 10-15 minutes and it did! Excellent service! I previously had my screen replaced by a different company and a member of staff at love phone was kind of enough to point out that there are a few pieces missing from my phone after he examined the inside! I would never have known that as I don't open my phone nor would know what to look for! In conclusion, excellent fast service ideally located next to local bus stops and underground station and good value for money! Would highly recommend!”

“Bloomin' brilliant, work mobile fixed in record time. Very happy with my shiny new iPhone6 screen. Easy to organise collection via email, lovely staff to deal with. You are kept seamlessly updated on the progress of the repair in real time. Courier pick up/drop off was quick and efficient as was the online payment process. Overall a super fast and simple to use service. Definitely recommend. Cheers guys!”

“My network provider wanted a large sum of cash to fix the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S5, it was such a high price that it wasn't far off from buying a new handset. On top of that they wanted up to a week to do it and I would also have to restore my apps and settings from a backup that I would have had to take before sending it off. I walked into LovePhone just to get a quote, not only was it far cheaper but they managed to fix it within 20 minutes and best of all, as soon as I got my phone back I was able to continue working without the loosing any apps or data!!!!!!”
