“Was skeptical about ordering a LoveBook because of the poor reviews on delivery and formatting. However I am extremely happy with how everything came out! I ordered a hard cover (55 pages), very good quality. Everything was formatted correctly. Ordered May 23rd, received June 1st.”

“My fiancé said this was the best gift I've ever given him! I took way too long writing the content and was worried it wouldn't make it on time for his birthday. I emailed customer service and Connor was so nice. He emailed the printer, asked it to be expedited, and it came just in time. thank you!”

“I highly recommend ordering a book! I ordered the hardcover book for me and my boyfriend's 5th anniversary. It is really easy and fun to customize the way me and my boyfriend looked and the page designs! The color and book I received is exactly how it looks when you review it before purchasing. I purchased my book on April 23rd and the expected delivery date was May 4th but I got it sooner than expected on April 28th! The color of the pages are just as displayed. I was skeptical about ordering it at first but it was so worth it! I'll definitely be purchasing more books again.”

“Ny book was supposed to arrive by 10th February now it is nearly 2 weeks late. I have sent several emails to customer service with no response. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a book it is a scam”

“This was the best business transaction I ever done on the internet. I received my book by FedEx and super early. I had one made for my husband and I 25th wedding anniversary. It fit us perfectly and he was so excited from the idea and the packaging he couldn't wait to open it. Honestly it looks so much better in person then when you order it. I wanted to do something memorable for our 25th year and this will be a treasured memory. I love it and so does he. I will be a forever customer. Thanks so much!!!!”

“My credit card info was stolen and used the very next day after ordering. All in the same city and state that the merchant is located. I don’t think that is a coincidence. It’s also funny that all other reviews on other sites had their complaints answered except mine. Will be working with the police to resolve this issue and hopefully no one else gets ripped off”

“I ordered the book early but sadly, there were issues with delivery (by UPS). It marked 'delivered' but my boyfriend never received it. I reached out to the Lovebook Customer Service team and they got back to me very quickly. They were sorry that I missed my Valentines Day gifting as a result of this, and offered to reprint the book at no extra cost with upgraded shipping, along with a bonus digital copy of the book. Splendid customer service! I'd recommend them to change their delivery partner, but am grateful that I still get a shot of gifting this lovely book to my loved one. Fingers crossed the delivery won't get messed up again.”

“Same issues as most other unhappy customers. The book was promised to arrive on 2/12 but it won't arrive until after Valentines day. I wouldn't have spent the money if they'd been honest and told me the real delivery date. Giving a valentines gift AFTER valentines day is just stupid. And embarrassing. I will never order from them again.”

“Same issues I read below. Ordered with a promise for delivery on or before Feb 14. I emailed customer service on Feb 10 and was told they expect book will ship on time and I paid for express shipment. Check status and UPS days expected Feb 19. They either lied or the shipping clerk sent out UPS ground. Either way, no valentines gift.”

“They have delivery issues, ordered my book said it would arrive the day before valentines day, now my tracking says 2/18. False advertising, baiting and switching. Played me like a fiddle they knew they couldn't get the package to me but they wanted my money. DON'T USE THIS SERVICES IT'S A COOL IDEAL but logistics are horrible”

“Love my book. I had a problem with my post office and they accidentally returned my book to sender. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful. They remade the book for free and even gave me one day shipping so I could get it on time for no extra charge. Overall great quality gift and great customer service”

“It says my book was delivered and I never received it. I contacted the company on the 22nd and was told I would received an answer within 24 hours. It is now the 27th and I haven't received an answer. Great Christmas present...”

“I placed an order last week and paid for premium shipping. My book was supposed to come today. Im notified it wont be here till the 23rd. ON TOP OF THAT, I tried tracking the book and I was told the address wasnt the same as the one I provided. They told me that if I dont intercept, it will be sent back. I tried to intercept, but for some reason I can't even enter the address of the wrong destination, therefore, i cant intercept. I tried reaching put to lovebook and no one has got back to me. Horrible customer service thus far. Im still waiting... :(”

“Purchased on the 4th. Charged on the 5th. Est. Delivery on the 16th. Website indicated “shipping” status on the 16/17th (checked everyday) emailed several times. Now 18th, entire order was cancelled. Did not get my refund. Charged $70, they kept, no book!!!!”

“Was a bit nervous after reading some reviews and seeing people say it takes a long time. but mine came 6-8 days before delivery time, with lots of time to spare for christmas! as for the price, since i’m from Canada and got a hardcover after everything it came down to 86$, no complaints honestly, it’s one of a kind and i don’t know why people are so mad about the price..”
