I finally managed to text someone regarding my short break to New York next week. Just been told I HAVE TO CHASE MY REFUND FROM THE AIRLINES myself!!!! Completely unethical seeing how quick and happy LH were to take my money. WHAT A CRAPPY UNETHICAL SERVICE!! First and last time.

would give 0 stars if there was an option. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with & would never book with them again. They advertise and sell holidays which don’t exist. We paid them £1700 for a hotel and when we arrived at the hotel the hotel did not have our booking and had never even heard of Love Holidays so we had to pay the hotel €1,000 for a new booking which luckily they had an available room. Love Holidays not only charged us double for the hotel they didn’t even book us into the hotel so they have ripped us off and conned us out of £1700. They do not answer phone calls, messages or letters they have no contact email address and are totally impossible to contact. They have effectively scammed us out of £1700. I will book direct with the airline and hotel from now on.

Hi I have managed today to phone the airline direct Which is easyJet and change the flights myself For next year, had to pay the difference in price though, I have finally after trying since august 14th managed to get through on live chat and have received a refund credit note for the hotel, Which hopefully will work and I will rebook for next year, hope this post helps other people who are in the same boat as I was

Cannot contact this lousy company . No e mail address . No phone lines . Instead 3 hours on live chat which achieved nothing . We have had an e mail from thr hotel we booked stating they are closing at the end of August . So we now have a booking to a country the Gov advices us not to travel to , staying in a hotel which is now closed for the rest of the season . We travel in a matter of days ..when exactly do Loveholidays intend to get in touch .. What are our options ? Cos as it stands Loveholidays have sold us a holiday which they cannot fulfill.

Booked a holiday on the Saturday to fly out on the Tuesday only to arrive in resort to no accommodation or transfer. Love holidays have never been in contact just let us board a plane with nowhere to stay. Now back in England you cannot contact love holidays to arrange refund off £1000 which is what they took from us knowing we had no hotel to stay in. Absolutely disgusted in the customer service we have received and would recommend nobody to book with them as you will only be scammed.

What an appalling company to deal with.No lines of practical communication help whatsoever.Our advise is do not use this company even if your desperate.We were told the afternoon before our flight the next morning our hotel was closed but couldn’t cancel without loosing flight money and an alternative was trying to be found in the same hotel group we had chosen? Nine o’clock in the Evening we finally had a call telling us a different hotel had been found.We arrived at the destination airport to be told that the new hotel was closed and we were going to another hotel?It felt that we were being shipped around to suite their needs without us having any choice.The hotel was not one we would have chosen Glad to be back .Will never use again.

What a joke, would never use or recommend, first time I have used them. Mid August advised to change holiday to Malta due to Coronovirus via their Manage my Bookings section. Duly changed with 3 weeks to go and was told on website that they would respond when changed. No response after a week so revisited site and no changes made on system. week due to fly managed to contact them via live chat after 2 hours waiting online who confirmed that they had received my changes and would hear from the amendment team. next day received a message that my holiday could net be changed as it was to close so either I took the holiday or lose all payments. They are more about taking your money, not responding to messages and then claim it is too late to change and risk sending you to a country that the government say is unsafe!!! There is no way you can complain via their website or online Would never recommend or use again, will go back to booking myself in future rather than a exploitive outfit like this.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Usually do our own booking but chose LH this time as thought there would be more security in these changing times. What a mistake! When government guidance to Spain changed LH messaged to see if we still intended to travel. We replied no and they were supposed to be in touch with our options. Heard nothing so tried live chat (ha, ha!) after having to give up several times due waiting for hours finally got to 'speak' to someone today. They denied receiving our response and said assumed we had traveled so no refund. Refused to accept any kind of proof of our 'no' response and just kept telling us to claim on our insurance. What a con, just want to keep our money.

We had a holiday cancelled in April this year to go to Spain in May. We ask for a refund which L/H agreed to by email. However as you all know trying to get through to L/H is a nightmare. they did now and then sent an email telling us it was all in hand, but with no reply mail unable to thank them, so wrote them a letters but no reply. they did make a part refund in June saying the rest did not go through. Then was it. On the 13th July Easy Jet sent me an email saying a refund for the flight had been made to L/H, Love Holiday had told me that once the airline refund was made they would send it within five days, some hope, but after six weeks sent an email to Easy Jet about this they came back saying they would look in to this for us. Not sure if this was help from them or not but have since had a full refund from Love holiday. So there is light at the end of the tunnel after all. If only L/H were to improve their customer service all would be ok Regards T Bell somerset.

Terrible company to deal with. Due to fly to Portugal in September 2020. Due to the Corona virus we would have had to isolate for 14 days on our return . As this was impossible for us to do we tried to rearrange our holiday for 2021. Love Holidays would not agree to any amendment so we loose our money. Lessons learned about this company. Dont use them.

Don’t be duped. They have been refunded by the airline but still choose to withhold my money. £1854 of it. Why the police haven’t done them for extortion is beyond me. You’ve been warned.

Just when you think they couldn’t sink any lower, they with hold monies even when the airlines have paid them your funds back. Why the police haven’t raided them for mass theft is beyond me

Absolute joke of a company, tried to send us on holiday even though our hotel was closed , we cancelled the holiday multiple weeks in advance and asked for a refund , got a reply saying it would be refunded on the departure date it is now our return date and still have not received a refund. Never book a holiday with love holidays

Initially booked a holiday to Berlin for August 2020, but this was finally cancelled by Love Holidays for no legitimate reason (i.e. no FCO restrictions on traveling to Germany due to Coronavirus, flights still flying and the hotel still open, etc.) four days before we were due to depart. Indeed, they sent an email stating that their decision was based on “travel advice from government bodies, including the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade” – REALLY? We live in the UK and not the Republic of Ireland where the above noted Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade operate. However, this was the final straw in a catalogue of incompetence’s from Love Holidays, their lack of communication and disgracefully bad customer service. Firstly, our original flights had been cancelled due to the airline withdrawing the flights, while unfortunate, Love Holidays did not attempt to re-book us on an alternative flight despite offering to do so, and never did respond to any further correspondence or requests to discuss or process this option. Finally, we booked and paid for alternative flights with another airline independently, before having to contact the taxi transfer company on our own to amend the times, due to Love Holidays again not responding to any e-mails, messages on My Holiday Booking page or being able to contact them on the telephone or via Live Chat. While we have thankfully had our money refunded from Love Holidays, our holiday was cancelled for no apparent reason and we incurred additional expenses and had to cancel excursions, etc. However, the worst issue was the utter contempt and lack of customers service for us and other customers whom we have heard from on social media. Consequently, we will never book a trip with Love Holidays ever again and would recommend that people avoid this company at all costs. If possible, we would award this company ZERO STARS!!!

We have had our Holiday to Mexico cancelled which we expected, so we have decided to switch our Holiday to Portugal. My friend Shaun Agnew who is the lead passenger has emailed back and told them but no response. Can Love Holidays please get in contact so that we can change it that way Love Holidays keep the money instead of having to refund us... and you cant phone anyone either!!!

We pay Love holiday For a back in March for seven people on one booking and three on an other and we have not been refunded for our fights I would not recommend this company to anybody

I am giving 1 star just because I can’t give less. I have booked Oyo Hotel in Golders Green for 2 nights in august and, when we arrived there in the middle of the night, the hotel was closed and Love Holidays didn’t care about informing us. After we came back we had to call them 4 times and nobody helped us. The customer service told us they couldn’t help and that we would have received an email where to explain (again) the problem. I have not received an answer to the email in 3 weeks. I even sent a reminder. This is the worst booking website I have ever used. I Will never use this website again. And I suggest not to use it.
