I am giving 1 star just because I can’t give less. I have booked Oyo Hotel in Golders Green for 2 nights in august and, when we arrived there in the middle of the night, the hotel was closed and Love Holidays didn’t care about informing us. After we came back we had to call them 4 times and nobody helped us. The customer service told us they couldn’t help and that we would have received an email where to explain (again) the problem. I have not received an answer to the email in 3 weeks. I even sent a reminder. This is the worst booking website I have ever used. I Will never use this website again. And I suggest not to use it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Near on impossible to get hold of unless you are prepared to put aside an entire day waiting on live chat. When I eventually got through, more often than the agent disconnected and I was put back in the queue having to explain again what my query was. They charged me and my family over £500 in cancellation charges, despite the airline giving a full refund. Been waiting for a refund since mid June and it eventually came through this morning. Would not book again with this company if you paid me.

Talk to customer services? You are having a laugh, only two travel companies have actually looked after their customers in my experience, and that is TUI and JET2. I am still waiting for my flight refund to New York from April 2020, I have had no response to any of my messages on 'manage my booking', they keep sending the same e-mail out stating 'we are waiting for the airline to refund us', however, I know Virgin Atlantic have been refunding the flight monies as I have received a refund (same trip) from Travel Republic. I have written letters, left messages on 'manage my booking', not sure what else to do. Will never use this company again.

I had to cancel our holidays because of Covid 19. I have been having trouble getting onto Live Chat but aha I've been lucky this time. I've had a conversation with a lady whose name is Charity. She was very helpful and so all being well we should get our refund. Well done Charity thank you.

Terrible means for getting in contact, at times feels like it’s a ghost company as it seems impossible to get hold of someone... once you get hold of someone, they are very difficult to understand as they speak very broke English. The members of staff for this agency have no clue on what is asked or requested as they make false promises. Overall, bad experience and from personal experience AVOID buying a holiday package with this company.

I am due to travel to Spain in less than 20 hrs with my young children which is on the FCO non essential travel list. I have had no communication from love holidays as whether my holiday is still valid. I cannot cancel due to the loss of money. This is appalling treatment and this company should be struck off the Travel Industry.

Well we’re do I start We booked a holiday and then Coronavirus happend They took all numbers of there website I emailed them every week fo 4 months we were not able to cancel holiday we would of had to pay £1000 So we had to pay for holiday then when I came to going on holiday still not got hold of them out plain had change the times to fly out still no contact had to sort out my own transfers which added to our worrying awful will never use again no customer service at all if your thinking about going with them don’t it’s not a package holiday your paying them for no reassurance

Absolutely awful customer service. Our holiday was cancelled three months ago and we've still recieved no refund for our flights. No communication from love holidays and their live chat beggers belief, the lack of support is appalling. Avoid this company at all costs.

Got email from BA 3 weeks ago to say flights to USA cancelled, messaged Love Holidays....took final payment today ( 22 Aug). Totel disgrace of a company.

Summary: We lost £200 because LoveHolidays cancelled our hotel by mistake and now won’t pay us the additional costs that caused. I can barely begin to explain how dreadful LoveHolidays is. They cancelled our hotel booking due to an error (the hotel was open, and no travel restrictions were in place) and offered us a voucher in return - but because they cancelled it so late, there were no hotels available at the value of the voucher for those dates in that location. We had to pay extra to secure our hotel (which, again, was open without issues) and LoveHolidays have flatly refused, on multiple occasions, to reimburse us. We couldn’t even get in touch with them until after we’d returned from our holiday - no answer to emails, calls, messages on their platform, no availability of ‘Live Chat’, nothing. They didn’t even tell us directly that they’d cancelled the hotel - I had to get hold of the intermediary they booked through to find the truth about them cancelling (which they did without leaving a reason, and then lied to me by saying the intermediary cancelled). Long story short we’re now nearly £200 out of pocket above the original cost of the holiday. Absolute disgrace, they should be ashamed of themselves. Avoid this company like the plague.

Never again. Booked a package holiday as thought it would be safer in uncertain times, never usually book packages always booked separately. Flights out cancelled, no suitable dates to amend so can only get money back for cancelled flights, losing the rest! What's the point of booking a package holiday when the company offer no assistance and tell you sort it all out yourself if something goes wrong! They do nothing, complete disgrace and a con. Do not book with them, do the job yourself and go direct for flights and hotels, they will not assist you if something out of your control goes wrong..... abysmal..

Thieving Cowboys! Supposed to be going away in a month and need to know where I stand with it all, but can't get through to anyone no matter which avenue I use. Thousands and thousands of people on my Facebook group are entitled to cancel holidays due to the FCO advice, but LH won't give us refunds and are blatantly just making up things as they go along. Absolute conning cowboys. They should be prosecuted and shut down.

AVOID! THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF HELPING ANYONE SORT OUT THEIR CANCELLED COVID HOLIDAYS. EVERYTHING THEY HAVE IN PLACE IS TO MAKE COMMUNICATION AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE IN THE HOPE WE WILL ALL GIVE UP FIGHTING THROUGH SHEER FRUSTRATION!

IF I CAN GIVE ANYONE GOOD ADVICE IN MY LIFE, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS BOOKING A HOLIDAY IN THE PAST BUT MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. GOT TOLD WE CAN'T GET A REFUND THEY SAY, BECAUSE WE HAVE CANCELLED SO WHAT CAN WE DO WHEN THEN AIRLINE HAVE CANCELLED THE FLIGHT. ROBBERS THROUGH AND THROUGH!

I have been waiting to rebook my accommodation through Love Holidays. Despite been directed to use 'My booking' to change the dates or to use webchat or email to contact with my query, I have received no response. It's as though they have disappeared of the planet. WARNING. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY.

Like many others I am of the understanding that the highly rated reviews are possibly written by Love Holidays staff. If so, would they not be better served working from home as millions of others are. I have used this company before and had no issues however I have had nothing but problems regarding the cancellation of my booking due to Covid-19. I am aware these are uncertain times and waiting for refunds is trivial in respect of what some people have suffered however, a level of service should have been provided. To not be able to speak to anyone is totally unprofessional. I had another two holidays booked this year and I did have to hold for the over an hour with both but at least there was a person at the other end of the phone to assist and assure. I am absolutely disgusted in the manner in which this company has conducted itself. Even though my flight was cancelled in May the company kept trying to take the balance of over £1200 right up until a week before I was due to go which July. Fortunately enough, prior to this, my card had been fraudulently used so nothing further could be taken. I have constantly tried to contact via live chat and have a photo copy of all chats. I was lucky enough to finally get through on one occasion to a chap called Asmed who, once I explained my problem, exited from the conversation!!! I will NEVER use this company again and would suggest, if you are reading this, to take my advice. I am still at the end of August waiting for funds!!!

NEVER AGAIN NO RIGHT TO KEEP MY MONEY FOR ASLONG AS THEY DID NO APOLOGIES I KNOW WHAT HAS HAPPENED IN THE WORLD IT STILL DOES NOT GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO WITH HOLD MY REFUND I DID RECEIVE A SERVICE THEYKNEW IN ADVANCE AND TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO TRY AND FORCE ME TO TAKE VOUCHERS OR CHANGE DATES
