Dreadful customer service, no phone number and a joke of a live chat service that is permanently engaged. I've got to go through my credit card company to get a refund because these jokers won't offer me a refund or let me change dates due to the convid quarantine rules that have just been inforced

What can I say that hasn't already been said? I booked two City breaks with love holidays, one in April and one in June. When applying for refund Ryanair claimed they would refund flight payment to original form of payment but when I looked on payment details the card number was not the same as mine. Must have been love holidays as I paid them for the flights. I've eventually got refund of hotel for the first holiday but nothing for the flights. How can this company be allowed to carry on trading when there business is such a shambles? I have applied for Section 75 but the credit card companies are also snowed under, at least they answer the phone.

We arrived for a family holiday in Italy to find that Loveholidays had cancelled our booking, After being charged an admin fee for amending a cancelled flight ourselves (It was the same date, just an hours difference surely they need to pay me for doing their job) Its seems the admin fee was them sorting our transfer as luckily that arrived. On arriving we discovered the our booking had been cancelled. We sat on a bench in Rome for for over two hours panicking as the the phone queue was very long, and we literally may have had nowhere to stay, (you can imagine how stressful this is without children crying over being too hot, thirsty and thoroughly disappointed at this stage). Sooo relieved that they managed to get us a room, we failed to realise that we had not been placed in the upgraded room we paid for, which would have had more space and somewhere to keep our food and drinks cold, After wasting the majority of my holiday trying to get through to an agent on chat and via e-mail (as it was not an emergency) a fridge should have been included in our upgrade, but we resorted to using the sink and paper bin with shop bought ice to keep things cool as it was 40 degree heat!! My advice will be that if you can ever manage to get through to loveholidays, triple and quadruple check everything. I understand these are trying times, but customer service is ultimate. A lot of people arriving at the same resort through Loveholidays also had their bookings cancelled. Even have the decency to answer the multiple e-mails you have received, this may just stop people resorting to leaving bad reviews.

The worst and most disgraceful company i have ever dealt with. They have a long way to go to deserve a one star rating. They have my flight and transfers booked for September and my hotel booked for next May. They continue to take money from my account but will not respond to my request to match the bookings to the same date.

Absolutely disgraceful booked a package holiday and have had to cancel due to quarantine regulations and government advice are unable to get any response from Love Holidays or Vueling although I have been trying for days as I have had am e.mail from Vueling saying I could rearrange the dates or postpone.First and last time I will book with Love Holidays, Vueling, Direct Holidays and Holiday Taxis. The whole experience has been a nightmare very stressful holiday providers must be getting very rich on other peoples misery and money

Disgraceful company. They cancelled my holiday 12 days before departure and told me to contact Wizzair for flight refund. Wizzair have policy of no refund within 14 days of departure so I'm out of pocket nearly £1500. Waiting for response from Love holidays but not holding my breath. For that amount of money I will take it further

Difficult to contact only through live chat when you wait for weeks and hours to get through .been waiting since April for the refund and again for June .they don't care about customers .had to resort to f.b and Twitter to try and get phone number . people are desperate for OUR money back.LOST CUSTOMER.

Worst thing I ever booking a holiday with them I cancelled because of Covid 19. On there website it tells you to cancel your flight separate which I did it was booked with jer2 (excellent service) they said they would refund my money within 5 days which they did when I checked my bank I had a refund of only £41 so I rang and asked them were was the rest £560 they said it was refund back to my American Express card which I don’t have it late transpired that love!!!! Holidays use your name on a credit card that they use to pay for your flight so when money gets refunded it goes to them. I’m now taking them to the small claims court before there’s no money left to pay people back

The holiday company gives the impression that you are buying a package, hotel/flights. However when they are cancelling the hotel you’re left to deal with the flights separately. We have been flopped off between live holidays and the flight company neither allowing us to cancel the flights when the hotel has been cancelled. Absolutely appalling service. We never use again

Horrendous company, withholding refund money, ignoring any form of communication, also refunding bits of money to old booking accounts when clearly requested to refund to bank account, spoke to customer services told them my old credit card was a closed account and they asked for my bank details, gave it to them, then two days later they refund to the closed credit card ignoring everything, now having to chase money that's vanished into some holding account somewhere, will never use loveholidays again and will advise anyone I know to never book with these cowboys

Stay away from this travel agency if you value your mental health and your pocket My holiday was cancelled by a robot if you can believe that. I know times are difficult with the travel industry facing implosion but our holiday was cancelled by a robot at love holidays or so I was informed the time I managed to get through on their chatline the only way to contact them they ignore emails phone calls and you could sit for hours on their help line 🤣🤣only to waste days.Thereare other honest and reputable firms out there use them and stay clear of these gangsters

DO NOT BOOK I am not sure where to start I usually book with jet2 for a number of reasons great price staff and customer service however as a 1 off due to huge price difference I booked with love holidays however BIG MISTAKE never again Firstly I booked a holiday and the flights changed the date jet2 kindly emailed me love holidays didnt even let me know.. then when I contacted them days later it took for them to get back to me they told me to contact jet2 myself to sort it. once I did this I then had to contact love holidays back and give them new changed details so they could amend my hotel to reflect the change. They took the balance and day after canx my holiday via email with no close alternatives. Again I could not contact them and I am waiting for nearly 4k refund. This has been very stressful and taken months of my time Pro Cheap and easy to booked to get your money Cons Do not waste your time go else where no contact from staff as closed hone lines takes 5 hours plus to get on live chat and you get fobbed off every time no clear advise from staff no communication absolutely diar my list goes on Go with a other company and pay extra is my advise to anyone

If you book a holiday with these people, which they subsequently cancel, you can expect: 1. Abysmal customer service. 2. A failure to honour contractual terms and consumer law. 3. Attempts to fob you off with vouchers or some other such worthless offer, or by directing you to contact parties who are not responsible for refunding you. 4. Non-existent communications, despite promises of personalised communications. 5. Customer support phone lines to be closed and post to be returned unopened. 6. To spend anywhere between 2-3 hours in a live chat system that routinely fails behind 450 other annoyed customers. 7. To have to chase EVERYTHING yourself, even though they have ALL of your contact details. 8. Any refunds to be processed in dribs and drabs, painfully slowly, after the holiday season is virtually over. 9. No apology for any of the above. Do yourself a favour—give these people a wide berth.

It's such a shame love holidays have gone about this the way they have ignoring everyone making people wait hours to try and get through to still get no where as the people on the other end sound like there not sure themselfs looks like cheap labour so people thi k there getting somewhere 6 weeks later still no refund even though jet2 have refunded them and I have proof they say the travel industry is struggling bit if you operate your company like this no wonder your struggling and the most talked about hated holiday provider to date get your act together before the directors end up in jail for breaching every travel and consumer law going shocking!

Do not use love holidays, they have Mia sold us a hotel and now left us stranded in a hotel that has nothing open and keep fobbing us off that they are waiting on the “supplier” it’s an absolute disgrace.

Not even a one star actually. Booked a holiday to Sharm El Sheilk for this September 2020. Our favourite hotel Hyatt Regency . Tried to contact the Hotel in preparation of our visit no response from hotel via email called direct a random man answered certainly not a member of staff. So contacted Hyatt Group Germany infact was told no bookings until January 2021 THE HOTEL IS CLOSED !!. Love Holidays have sold me a holiday that does not exist. Beware others !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
