Worat company I have dealt with.....in fact I couldnt dealwith them because the ref number I got when I booked my holiday was invalid as I could not get into manage my booking without a reference no....tried umpteen times and also online chat to speak with someone and finaly got onto chat after waiting 45mins...then I sent my query to be told I had 2 mins then would be cut off..so I was cut off before I sent my message...Tried to send an email and received an animated reply to say that email was not monitored anymore and I was to go into *manage my bookings*...my problem was I needed tospeak to someone to get anorher reference which was valid so I can go into *manage my bookings*...I contacted my bank tostop themfrom taking payment out.....they did manage to get intouch withthem and told loveholidays.....I cancel myholiday and dont want themto take any money from my account....well god knows how but on Sunday 10th March they did manage to take £115.00 sobackto my bank again...they will deal with it now....never go with that company because there is no communication and no email address.....they are rogues.....

Please think before you book with this cowboy travel company made a mistake on admin cost me and a 80 Yr old father £120 each way to enjoy our holiday customer service are not interested blaming the airline would not give me details on the shuttle bus return to the airport tried to blame the customer for the admin error I spent 3 mornings of my holiday trying to sort this error but still arrived at the airport to return to the UK no check in boarding passes to return back to the UK another £110 to get on the plane ryanair said they are the third party after love holidays blamed the airline as well as the customer for this admin error I have used love holidays before I will say if the paperwork is right it will run smoothly but if there is a problem please don't contact customer service because they will put the phone down on you in mid conversation if they know you are right what you're saying they will use the words going round in circles

Awful customer sevice, very rude and very slow was waiting on the phone for an hour and half for two people to tell me the exact same thing! Very poor

Booked 2nights in New York. Price looked good but by the end of the booking it had gone up considerably-thought it was due to taxes and resort fees. Booked but then wanted to check if fees were included as it was same price as other sites only if all was included and didn’t want a shock at the other end. Emailed-no reply. Web chat wouldn’t recognise that I had responded. Finally got through today after an hour hanging on the phone! To be told that resort fees and taxes were not included! This makes loveholidays cost £356 for 2 nights compared to £240 from hotels.com taking into account taxes and resort fees. Booking confirmation does not mention any of this- it’s only in the small print of the hotel info on their booking site. Cancelled having to pay their £25 admin fee but worth the saving. Can’t believe they are sneakily charging so much extra.

Astonishing! Would NOT recommend to anyone Terrible service! Myself and a friend had booked a hotel room and paid in advance online, we got to the hotel and the hotel did not even have a reservation for us! This is because Loveholidays hadn’t confirmed our booking with the hotel!

Tried to cancel my holiday to Majorcia due to out break of the corona virus at location. Read the terms and conditions of loveholidays.com. they say in them that under unavoidable and extraordenary condition. Like war etc and out break of a serious disease that they will issue customer a full refund of all money paid and no fees would be charged to cancel. I rang them twice over 2 days. Got a person called Erico Castro both times. He was rude and very unhelpfull and hung up on me both times. Ask to speak to a manager who was available for him to talk to but not for me to talk too. Have had to get solicitor envolved today the 27 Feb 2020 to start legal action against loveholidays to get my refund as they have breeched their own terms and conditions. Would not recommend anyone to book a holiday by using loveholidays. Com. Rating would be zero below

tried to ring customer service.. was cut off x2!! when got through to customer services to try to resolve issue..got cut off when I asked to speak to the manager.. I rang back and was still waiting for 52 minutes to get through.. horrendous!! do not use this company!

Booked a room in Orlando, they over booked the hotel, and would not find us another one, Kept giving us the runaround. until we eventually ended up sleeping in our car. And now they will not even give us a refund.

Awful company, booked a holiday for a year in advance, never got a confirmation email about it, but they took my deposit of my account tried ringing them over and over in the end they sent me a confirmation email a week after (they could not find the booking) Checked the confirmation email and the dates were wrong they did it wrong they have done it for jan 2020 and not jan 2021. So I have tried rinning however the people anserwing it have been very rude and have been ending the call as they say "do yu want me to help you or not" after waiting 40 mins your going to be angry. They do not even want to give the deposit back. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BOOOK!!!! THEY SCAM YOU!!!!!!! IF it wasn't for me contacting them they would have kept my deopist and I would have no holiday for next year.

Adding my mother to our holiday has been a nightmare.....originally tried amending our break I received a call and was told our 2 bedroom apartment was no longer available but the good news is we can book a one bed apartment .....after explaining with 4 adults and a child that wasnt good news I was sent details of a deal £150 more per person. Since then I've tried calling 3 times previously kept on hold over 20 minutes ....... I'm currently on hold 26 minutes and counting.......Live chat again was a nightmare I've asked for a Manager to call me on several occasions, this was ignored. So far a terrible experience!

Love Holiday have the worst possible customer service i have ever experienced!! The most misleading company!! Trading standards are on to them!!! Not book with them!!! Refunds are a terrible process!!! **just don't use them!!!!*

If it was possible to give a review of zero stars this Company would certainly deserve it. They are a total shambles. An alteration to the booked holiday (3 persons instead of 2) caused absolute chaos. Numerous 'phone calls led to me cancelling the holiday totally as it was getting to be heart attack material. There were no sensible reasons given for the chaos which they seemed to be in only appologies but no action. Never again will I use them.

Booked holiday in Agadir all went well until our return flight was cancelled. Had to make our own return travel arrangements ourselves, so now seriously out of pocket. Can we contact Live Holidays.. no chance. Spent ages trying to speak to them on the phone and when I eventually got through I was cut off. No replies from email. You know how good a company is by the way they deal with problems.

I would definitely NOT recommend booking a package with LoveHolidays. They left my young family and I stranded in Morocco with no accommodation and NO communication with them for two days/nights. Our flight was originally cancelled and we rebooked but it proved impossible for anyone from LoveHolidays to either call us/email to despite many calls/emails/virtual chats. I am utterly shocked by the complete disregard for any customer service, doubly so when children are involved.

Ignore Love Holidays price guarantee . It is not worth the paper it is written on . We booked a holiday with them to a hotel in Turkey flying from Birmingham . We found exactly the same holiday with teletext. Teletext included transfers and luggage for considerably less . I produced all the documentation but was told it’s not the same holiday ... We are 4 people and booked under two separate references as we paid separately the quote was for 4 people with Teletext but have been told as it’s not for 4 with Love holidays but 2 bookings of 2 it’s not the same booking . How can they wriggle out of this ? My advice avoid at all cost .

Terrible customer services. Phone line just hung up on me, no replies to emails. I had to file a formal complaint to get a reply. Would not recommend to anyone.

Attention à ce site très attractif.!!! Il vous en coutera bien plus cher que prévu !! Je viens de réserver un séjour d’1 semaine à New York à un prix attractif. (550 euros) Malheureusement arrivé sur place, l’hôtel me demande un supplément de 230 euros !! Selon eux, ce sont les taxes ... alors que sur ma confirmation de réservation d’hôtel, absolument rien n’est précisé !! Évidemment impossible d’annuler ma réservation et je ne vais pas dormir dans la rue... donc je sors ma carte bancaire. J’ai bien tenté de contacter loveholydays sur leur numéro d’urgence en cas de problème ... mais je suis tombé sur un interlocuteur en anglais qui m’a précisé que c’était normal, l’hôtel faisait payé les taxes qu’il voulait .... SUPER !! Je tire la leçon et je vais resté sur des sites de comparateurs D’hôtel bien plus fiable ...

Very bad experience, after initial booking they respond me after 72 hours that flight cost is different and in order to confirm, I have to pay extra. But then again after 72 hours flight price increased . Don’t know why they keep on delaying . Personally guys love holidays used to be a great but not now. To sum up avoid it altogether if you can

Avoid at all costs! It is Impossible to get through to customer services. If anything goes wrong you will find yourself on your own. I contacted the airline to see if they could help and they couldn’t get through either. Absolutely no chance for anyone else then !!!!
