1 star is too much for loveholidays. The hotel I booked is closed until August so my July holiday is cancelled. I have had nothing from Loveholidays except automated emails about their inability to take the full cost of the holiday from me. Luckily I have stopped them taking it. Surely taking money under false pretences is illegal possibly fraud or deception, I'm not a lawyer so don't know. I suggest that anyone with issues regarding them not refunding or trying to take money for a non existent holiday should contact the police just in case. I understand that some people have turned up to their holiday destination to find the hotel they booked through Loveholidays closed, disgusting!!!

They cancelled my holiday,it was a 1435£ trip and after 40 days of waiting they have refund the amount of 6.75£(6 and 75 pounds)thieves, thieves,thieves

As everyone has stated here, this company is a joke. Had hotel booked for July, and I cancelled in March and was told minus my deposit I would be refunded my money in 5 working days...still waiting. Have complained to CMA and gone down the action 75 route now. Customer service is non existent. Terrible how customers have been treated.

Well along with a lot of other people around the country I am owed 100s of pounds for a holiday from 21st may which was cancelled..not only do they still owe me this money they did send the refund with a confirmation email then would you believe it they reversed the payment later the same day as..let me quote..it waste my place in the queue..now to my understanding we are waiting as long as we are due to being extremely busy yet someone found the time to go back on to my account and take the money back..wtf is that all about..robbing inconsiderate lying scum of the earth...I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone..I certainly will never ever book with this shambles of a company again

We were given 17 hrs notice that our holiday was cancelled. They have issued a credit note but say we cannot exchange it for a refund for 1 year. Your cannot talk to anyone on live chat, even if you could get through, as they will not discuss refunds only new bookings. Will never use again

What an awful company. So unhelpful and unwilling to help their customers who are owed £1000's on PACKAGE holidays booked with them. I was due to fly 11th April, Love Holidays cancelled holiday on 27th March and today is the 3rd July snd I am still waiting for my refund. Please folks DO NOT book any holidays with this company. They are cheap for a reason!

Absolutely disgusting company DO NOT USE at all !quick enough to take your money then turn phone lines off no chat available apparently busy 24/7 NOT ! Asked for cash refund and given a credit note until they have our money in six months time wtf !!! Thieving bastards !! Please do not use love holidays ever !!!!

Unable to contact them at all, flights were cancelled by Ryanair in May, hotel and transfers have not been cancelled, they sent generic email but this was for holiday that THEY cancelled in September 2019, unable to get get any responses about holiday or any refund. DO NOT BOOK with this company, y

Lack of communication even generic emails to update you, unable to rebook, lies and deceit about amending flights at no charge to then give you a credit note, passing the book and blame to other companies even thought they are responsible as a travel agent- unable to contact at all now, refusing to refund and prices tripled on a like for like holiday next year from £2987 to £10,100 - if it doesn’t put them out of business I don’t know what will - AVOID LIKE COVID

This company is a travel agent. They make bookings as a travel agent. They are registered as a travel agent at companies House. The Facebook page says they are a travel agent. The ATOL certificate states travel agent. They are liable under UK law to return your money if one aspect of a multi booking is cancelled. ABTA state this the law states this. They tell you they are a booking agent so don't have to comply with that aspect of the law. They are wrong and and factually incorrect. Do not believe them do not trust them

They are refusing to refund my flights with Air Malta. Spoken with air Malta and they say because of the type of ticket I had they can’t refund LH because the flights were booked through a third party but no one will tell me who it is. LH said they can’t apply for a refund with air Malta until 10 months after the ticket was issued. Air Malta cancelled all flights back in March so the eticket was never issued appalling service

So unprofessional!! Never again will I book a “package” holiday with this company. They are a disgrace and don’t give a damn about their customers once they have seen the colour of your money and willing to take you for every last penny you have!!

After booking a holiday, I was advised to pay £3000 upfront for an upgrade that the company are now refusing to give us. I was told someone would call me almost a month ago and I am still waiting. There is no contact number or email address. So disappointed.

Was on hold for an hour today trying to get some answers. We were due to fly to Crete on the 26 th June. Obviously not was cancelled and now love holidays owe me four thousand pounds. Can't reach them through live chat or on the phone and when I go on to ammend my booking I m told they will send me a link so I can access this but the link is never sent AAAAGggggHhhhhhhhAaaaHh
