No refunds being given. I wont accept a £2000+ voucher when the holiday was my honeymoon for a wedding that is cancelled

I actually want to give a 0 but there is no option for this.....Absolutely shambolic.....no cash refunds being given....Still taking money from accounts even though all flights have been cancelled to the USA....unable to make contact thre phone email or webchat......AVOID AVOID AVOID...

Inable to get a refund....Loveholidays taking money from our accounts wjen they know all flights to the USS cancelled....no comunication from then no response to emails...AVOID AVOID AVOID...

Absolutely dreadful customer service....Do not use them....waiting for a refund for a holiday which they cancelled.....Not answering phones or emails or webchat...avoid avoid avoid....

Disgusting customer service, i was told I would get a full refund once my flights have cancelled but now they have changed their minds or probably lied to cover their own costs. I have this in email also. Told them that I’m pregnant and won’t be able to plan or reschedule any holidays in the near future but still won’t give me a refund. Will never book again, would give this 0 stars if I could.

They do not follow contract documents. No refund is being issued from 2 holidays that have been cancelled due to coronavirus. They are offering vouchers only! Appalling company that is damaging it own name by not refunding customers.

Absolutely appealing company. In the light of coronavirus, our package holiday was cancelled. According to their terms and conditions that I signed upon booking, a full refund would be given if they cancel the package holiday even in the case of unforseen circumstances. In January I was advised to contact them nearer the time of the holiday to discuss cancellation because of coronavirus, as they would not be able to provide a refund until the holdiay/flight was cancelled. I attempted to speak to someone once the flight had been cancelled, only to find out that they do not have phone lines open at this time, just live chat. When chatting to a representative, they just continued to copy and paste the same responses and would not answer specific questions that I had. They also informed me that the terms and conditions have now changed, since the coronavirus, and they were unable to honour the terms and conditions that I had previously signed. In the end, the only thing they were able to offer was credit for the price of the hotel, but they were not able to give any money back for the flights. Their rationale for this, is that easyjet have not refunded them the money. They advised me to speak to easyjet but, as I did not book directly through easyjet, they are unable to help me. I feel that love holidays are a complete scam and do not care about their customers. I appreciate that all businesses and companies are going through a difficult time at the moment, however, I feel as though love holidays are completely taking advantage of their customers. Whats more, I feel that it is disgusting that they have taken away the telephone support during this time, and that they have not provided sufficient information or respect to their customers. The representatives on the live chat just copy and paste the same responses, and do not care about the customers. I will never ever use this company again. This was my first and last experience with this company. I hope the coronavirus hits this company hard and they go bust, as I don't want any other consumer to have to experience them. AVOID them at all costs!!

Beware! Company still taking money from account and refusing to cancel booking I have used love holidays 3 times to date. Until now I had no issues with them they represented reasonable value. However the way they are behaving in the wake of the present crisis is completely unacceptable. On the 18th March I informed Love holidays of my intention to cancel through their online interface and I received confirmation of my request along with notice of the charges they wished to levy in relation to the cancellation. The payments that Love Holidays had received from me prior to my cancellation request exceeded the cancellation costs mentioned above and I was resigned to having to wait for a refund of monies left. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from the four days later on the 22nd March informing me that Love holidays had helped themselves to a further £450.77 of my money. I eventually managed after several attempts managed to get through to someone using their web chat service (They don't answer the phone) Who before cutting me off advised me that were I to stop subsequent card payments they may levy further charges( No explanation as to what they would be levied for). I then opened a further conversation on web chat and was passed to someone else who was unable to provide any date by which they will confirm my cancellation, nor was he prepared to guarantee that they would desist from taking further payments. To date I have been unable to get any meaningful response from them in relation to the issues above. They appear to be using my bank account as their own personal credit stream. Wish I could give it a 0. Absolutely horrific company! In times like these, shutting all of their phone lines... So unable to get in touch unless you 'live message' them which is hardly ever available and when you do get hold of someone they copy and paste the same message over and over again and then end the conversation. So unbelievably infuriating, they have nothing to say about breeching their terms and conditions about issuing refunds, and simply say wait 48 hours until further guidance. They referred us back to our flight provider (BA) to get a refund for flights as said they cannot do it, but when we spoke to BA they were shocked and appalled and said only loveholidays can issue a refund for our flights as it was booked from them. The gentleman. At BA said if loveholidays are saying anything different then what they are doing is illegal. So shocking, never experienced customer service like it. I appreciate circumstances are dire for everyone, but I am happy to wait longer on hold so I can actually speak to an agent! The only reason they won't open phonelines is to hide the fact they are acting illegally by keeping everyone's money. The people running this company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

very poor - sitting on my Credit card refund fgrom easy jet holidays for £485.95- since 9/3 - waiting to get it back - will go to ABTA- avoid this Company

Never again will I touch this company not that it’s going to survive the way they have treated there customers is disgusting. Buy a package holiday they cancelled and can’t provide but refuse to refund. Then turn of ways of contact ignore customers...... but hey phone the sales line they will answer but ul gt cheeky staff n just go round in circles ..... get it sorted love holidays it’s our money not yours ........ biggest kick I have it emailed from hotel direct that they cancelled this FREE of charge rip of merchants theft of customers

Agreed to refund under circumstances, then waited for guidelines to change a week later and refused refund! Service from staff is appalling, they just end calls/chats with you, refuse to take complaints or escalate to a manager. Your holiday is not safe.

Not even worth 1 star, they are a lying cheating company that are stealing customers hard earned money and now require it to be refunded to feed their families and pay bills in this crisis. Loveholidays we are not giving you an interest free loan
