Holiday cancelled. WONT Offer me a Refund. Don't want to accept a "voucher" and got to claim flight money from Ryanair even though i paid Love.holidays.com. Disgusting service. Nobody available on the phone at all. Been promised a call before i was due to fly (waiting for a call over 2 weeks). Nothing at all. been trying Every day to Live chat someone but to no avail. Terrible Company Terrible Service. Will NEVER use again. I am now going to start legal proceedings to get my money back.

Terrible customer service, awful communication, very unhelpful! Took money from my bank even after THEY cancelled my holiday and will not refund! Tried to contact them via email, telephone and live chat with no answer for over a week!

absolute joke of a company. have received email from Ryanair cancelling my flight and claimed full refund however this is due to be returned to Love Holidays. Love Holidays advised today my holiday still classes as going ahead - despite the email from Ryanair and I have to wait to hear from Love Holidays 7 days prior to travelling - 12 days from now, despite Ryanair advising flight been cancelled yesterday!! This needs to be looked into as this company is clearly withholding people's money and legally we are entitled to full refunds.

Cancelled my holiday and refused to give me a refund! Told me to chase the airline myself for a refund when I paid love holidays as a package. So I chased the airline and after a week of tennis emails I finally got a refund of them but they paid it back to love holidays and now they are ignoring my emails and refusing to refund me! A bunch of thieving scrums! I will be taking them to court for my money and have started court proceedings. They have violated every term and condition they have in place. Avoid this cowboy company never book a holiday with them again! See you in court.

Beyond terrible! When I say NO customer service I mean none, nothing no phone call no chat nothing, they don't even have the decency to put a balaclava on they just rob you. My hard earned money gone never ever again

Booked flights and hotel with them to go on holidays on 14/03/2020 as in present climate did not go changed my flights myself but have tried for last 3 weeks to get confomation if i can change my dates for hotel cant get in touch with them there web sites keeps directon you to manage my booking. but will not let you change booking they have live chat spent hours trying to speak with someone will never use them again

I would seriously give this company no stars if I could. I have tried every day to get through to somebody at Kobe holidays!! Don’t pick there phones up, no online chat. Yet your quick to take out another £456.00!! I will never ever book with this company ever again!

Fraud company We booked holidays with them, we got message from easyJet they cancelled their flights. Therefore I tried to call for refund but can't contract them. I had emailed to get my refund but no response Even can't able to do livechat totally fraud company. Do not book with them as they’re scammers

They will not give me a refund after they cancelled my holiday. The communication has been non existent. When I got through on chat they avoided answering my questions and were suspiciously slow in doing so. Screen shot it all and will pursue getting monies owed, Two attempts at contacting them and each time told I would receive an email but didn’t say when. I will never use this company again.

Breaking law by breaking there contract with customers, not giving refunds, terrible and rude customer service. Will never ever book with this company again absolutely scamming hard working people out of there money, ATOL protected but customers aren’t seeing any refunds going into there bank?

Our holiday to Tenerife was due to start on March 28th. Money paid to Ryanair is being refunded. However Love holidays won't refund us the rest. Instead they have only offered for us to put back the holiday or choose to rebook for next year with a voucher. Absolutely shocking they're not offering a refund. We will definitely not use them again and will make sure everyone we know not to use them.

We are booked Love holidays for Malta 29th April from Cardiff with Ryanair flights , for two , I stupidly let them take £63 two weeks ago now al this wish I’d never allowed it so they already have £150 and are due to take £338 on the 15th april but I’ve stopped my debit card transferred most of money so they won’t get it as for Ryanair don’t get me started on them - all want money don’t care about customers

I booked our holiday In November, paid in full. Nearly £9,500. We're due to fly on the 1st April. Apart from the generic 'don't call us' email they sent to everybody. I have heard nothing since! Spent the last week emailing (they bounce back) calling (never had an answer yet) and as for the web chat... Never chatted yet! My booking hasn't been cancelled on their site. They have absolutely robbed everybody blind! I hope they don't survive this as a company, other companies are contacting their customers and refunding or rebooking holidays, they deserve to survive this, and I will be using them in future.

I booked and paid for a package for a long weekend break in Spain, hotel, transfers, flights and car parking at airport all thru Love Holidays, first time I've used them. All was good right up to the point where Coronavirus started impacting travel. I got a few form emails basically saying "don't call us we're busy, we'll contact you nearer your flight date". Never called, no contact Then our outbound flight got cancelled. Still nothing from LH. Luckily their last "don't call us" email told us to go on their website and update the booking with "Flight cancelled" and they'd refund the holiday. Never happened. So I'm now a week after I was supposed to fly and they have made no effort to contact me by phone, email or post in that time. They have just pretended me & my holiday just didn't exist. I have repeatedly tried to contact them, via phone, chat and message through inline booking, mainly to.be ignored. I have only succeeding on a couple of occasions in getting an online chat, nothing else. First chat dumped me when I started asking when the refund was going to be made, second was more helpful and i actually had someone call me. At this point it became clear their email was rubbish and I'd have to cancel the flights myself with the airline ("ots in our t&cs"). Ive done this but can't get any response from LH at all now. They seem to have shut their emails down so they bounce back and terminate live chat when you start asking questions. I have now had to raise a resolver complaint and start a section 75 on my credit card as LH won't speak to me. They have also started making our that the Package Travel Regs have changed and they no longer have to give refunds, which is a lie. Aldo in the t&cs they are so fond of quoting at me, if the holiday gets cancelled by anyone but mr, they shouks refund me, which they are now trying to wriggle out of. I have now realised I have been taken for a ride by a company that has no compunction in taking peoples money and appears to have little intention of giving it back regardless of the rules and regulations that govern the industry, and that I thought gave me protection. Shocking. I have now emailed the CEO but I'm not holding my breath for a response. Looks like im going to have to pursue the s75 or small claims court case as they wont engage in dialogue at all. Given my (And it appears a large number of other people's) experiences I wouldn't currently recommend touching this company with a barge pole.
