Impossible to get in touch directly, chat agent gave us 3 days prior to our October hols for letting us know if we are going to travel. This company makes you feel insecure of loosing your money. There are about 14000 people in social media with all sorts of issues with this company!

Still waiting for my flight refund from MAY , they say Ryanair hasn't paid them .Rang Ryanair they said don't use love holidays and they have paid them just about sums it up. Deserve to go under after this .No problem getting refunds from Jet 2 ,First choice .Learned a big lesson use a reputable company ! A disgrace ,can't get in touch by phone don't answer e mails . A bunch of thieving criminals !!!!

Even though the USA is closed under fco guidelines loveholiday will not refund me as the hotel is still open!! Ridiculous thieving swines

Our flights got cancelled on 21/07/20 jet2, & 29/07/20 Ryanair. Our wedding plans for September the 13th in Italy was ruined, luckily it was not my wedding! Fact ! Loveholidays more like We Don't Love You ! They are simply making the current pandemic an excuse for not giving refunds & keeping hold of our hard earned money for months, to aid their business! Fact ! If this was years ago they would be called pirates! Fact ! They act like a package tour operator when they take your booking but when things don't go as planned they give you part of the flight money but obviously not the extras, you will wait more for that? They promise you the hotel money 8 weeks after your departure date? Even though they only pay the hotel days before your scheduled departure? So why they can't pay straight away is baffling. Absolutely shocking & this is the last time we use them and no doubt a lot of business will be lost in the future because of their shady tactics. Only yourselves to blame , you pirates! Communication has been non existent since April, its now September! Fact ! & you still can't pick up the phone! Fact ! The Government need to get the peoples money back for them Fact! Yours Steve Thomas Be warned and listen, Try another travel Company who does Care ! Fact !

Absolutely disgusted with how love holidays Have handled my whole booking, they was completely rude with no remorse at all, I can’t currently go on holiday due to being an NHS worker which means time is difficult for me now to get off at work. We wanted to change our holiday dates to next year, the lady lied to us kept changing the story saying we need to pay infront and the holiday is non-refundable, we went on the website and clearly stated we never had to do any of this, there is no one to speak to over the phone, it took us 4 hours in total to try and rectify this, the lady called Rebecca in the end said she had to go and someone will be in contact, no one has called us to solve this problem, I’m so disappointed with love holidays it’s unbelievable, please don’t use this company if you want to loose all of your money and more! Rude staff members, a lack of Communication and lies being told to us,

Disgusting company! Tell you to cancel flights direct with airline and they will pass the refund down to you (even though you booked a package with loveholidays) so we did and easyJet refunded flights as they had to legally die to a flight time change of more than 5 hours, however love holidays are refusing to give us the refund!! Cannot contact them as when you eventually get through they close the chat down! Just look at their Facebook page everyone is saying the same thing! They are keeping people’s money and they are doing it purposefully! They will go busy! DISGUSTING

Very cheap holidays but trying to get any joy from them is absolutely impossible. Flights were cancelled and couldn’t do an alternative so got refund. Was told by easyJet will be 3-5 days. Brilliant I thought......Still awaiting for refund.(3 weeks later) EasyJet confirmed the refund has been processed and not returned. All over the website it states “refunds within 14 days” looking at some of the reviews I’m clearly not the only one having issues. Customer service levels are at a 0 simply using the COVID situation as an excuse. Maybe try opening the telephone lines and employ people who can “live chat” with you and give a personal touch to the ones who kept you going. Reminder to self.......DONT USE AGAIN,

DO NOT USE. Absolutely terrible company with appalling customer services. Due to fly to Rome on Monday, they have me staying in Hotel on 2 July and flying out on 6 September. Impossible to amend booking on line. Live chat hopeless, that's if you even manage to get through. Currently been holding on live chat for nearly 1.5 hrs !!!! Taken down all phone lines. Wrote formal letter of complaint over a month ago - no response. Also flew to Krakow with them last month and they failed to tell us that the original hotel we were booked in had closed due to virus.

After booking my trip and getting booking reference, love holiday came back to me and said that have been unable to confirm my booking due to no availability with the chosen hotel supplier. It’s love holiday company responsibility to assure all is ok after providing booking ref. And asking me for more money to use alternative supplier ? That’s misleading a customer. Very unhappy and unsatisfied, will never book again with love holiday.

I came back from Malta last week and all I can say Loveholidays absolutely fantastic. Transfers bang on time, Hotel amazing location great Canifor hotel in Saint Paul's Bay. I cannot fault Loveholidays I was worried before going as some bad press reports but in my opinion just bad uncalled for bad press. Well done love holidays we had the most amazing time will definitely use you again. Thanks again Gerry from Glasgow

1 star only because zero or negative is not an option....Holiday cancelled, no one to talk to. No phones, No email, no live chat... Disgusting way to run a business and treat people. CoVid has shown true colours of businesses and this lot are the worst. Still not got all my refund and their payment and refund numbers just dont add up BUT THERES NOONE TO TALK TO......I hope theyre gone after this year, they dont deserve to be in business.. Im getting ready to drive up to Hammersmith and pay them a visit.....

Booked a holiday in November 2019 for September 2020. Advised NOT to travel to Spain by UK government . Impossible to make contact with Loveholidays. Phone lines not working , on line chat not working. Facebook chat over 500 people in the queue. Absolutely incompetent ...and they want people to help the UK tourist industry...TRY HELPING YOU LOYAL CUSTOMERS !!...INCOMPETENT USELESS RETARDS...

We had a holiday booked in May 2020. Got cancelled and they refunded the hotel part of the cost. The airline has confirmed to us that they have refunded our payment to Loveholidays BUT nothing refunded to us ! Love holidays phone lines do not work, you cannot even find their live chat function that they tell you to use. Absolute joke ..DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR OWN SAKE

Booked to go to Corfu on 10.9.20. Mid August I was emailed by L/H to say that our holiday hotel was unable to accommodate us and they were trying hard to find an alternative. I have spent hours trying to get through to their "live chat" and when you do get a response it's always the same "There is nothing more I can do. " We are to late now to.change the flights for free so that will cost us more money. Last comment from L/H was they would be in touch maybe 72 hours before the departure date. Despite the fact that I have asked them to postpone taking my final payment until a hotel is confirmed, they have tried 4 times to take the payment. AWFUL . UNACCEPTABLE . APAULING CUSTOMER SERVICE. So as things stand, we have a flight and no where to stay !

For those who are being told to contact the airline themselves to sort the refund please persevere,I was due to fly in 2 weeks, having been told no it’s the travel agents job and vice versa on at least 3 occasions I have managed to convince the airline (easyjet) that I am the poor victim and they have finally changed them to next year for me, albeit at the current selling price,I have also through live chat managed to get a credit note for the hotel, shouldn’t have been down to me to sort but keep going, I have used love holidays for the past 5 years but if they end up going bust then they only have themselves to blame, it’s the poor staff on the ground who will suffer, the management should hang their heads in shame.
