After canceling my hotel in Las Vegas the cancellation fee was the full payment of my stay. My refund was zero dollars. I am furious with this company as i can not reach anyboby to explain why they wont give me a full refund. will pursue with department of fare trading. DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO GET RIPPED OFF. never again for me

If you want to be scammed, use LoveVacations/LoveHolidays! This travel ‘agent’ is a con in plain sight to avoid at all costs. Should have known it was a scam when calling Expedia and they couldn’t find my confirm #. After a death in the family and request to cancel my booking, the Hotel, Expedia Partners and LoveVacations agreed to issue a refund. This was confirmed by LoveVacations by voicemail and in the chat with their ‘customer service’. That was a sham. After 2 months, no refund and no response by from Love Vacations. Book your hotel/flights direct, no one need anything from this shifty group running your travel plans.

Malta in lockdown Malta in lockdown, FCO advice not to visit and I was due to go early hours TODAY. Impossible to contact anyone in Loveholidays in past 2 days by any means possible apart from getting a text at 5 pm saying they would contact people in departure date order, then NOTHING from then on. Until I clicked the "cancel my holiday" button when I quite soon got a message saying there would be cancellation charges...... What? Someone was obviously manning the "rip the customers off" office on a Saturday afternoon.I had already emailed them twice so have done so again and if they take cancellation charges from my card i will take legal action. The Ryanair flight did depart so won't get anything from them either. Appalling customer service and will not use this company ever again.I appreciate they cannot be blamed for Covid 19 but they CAN be held responsible for leaving their customers in the dark and trying to rip them off with cancellation charges..

Disgraceful been trying now 2 days to get in touch about our holiday to Spain on Monday and can’t get through.message on answer phone tells you to go on live chat that doesn’t work absolute joke

Told me to book another flight to Italy to fulfil hotel booking after FCO advised against all travel and all airlines stopped flights. Contact number and live chat is totally useless. Love holidays? then avoid this scam.

Shocking Company. Booked an apartment as the website states it has a balcony and it does not. Customer service take over and hours to get through to on the phone. They promise to look into the matter, but they don't. They take your money and run. AVOID at all Costs

Worat company I have dealt with.....in fact I couldnt dealwith them because the ref number I got when I booked my holiday was invalid as I could not get into manage my booking without a reference no....tried umpteen times and also online chat to speak with someone and finaly got onto chat after waiting 45mins...then I sent my query to be told I had 2 mins then would be cut off..so I was cut off before I sent my message...Tried to send an email and received an animated reply to say that email was not monitored anymore and I was to go into *manage my bookings*...my problem was I needed tospeak to someone to get anorher reference which was valid so I can go into *manage my bookings*...I contacted my bank tostop themfrom taking payment out.....they did manage to get intouch withthem and told loveholidays.....I cancel myholiday and dont want themto take any money from my account....well god knows how but on Sunday 10th March they did manage to take £115.00 sobackto my bank again...they will deal with it now....never go with that company because there is no communication and no email address.....they are rogues.....

Please think before you book with this cowboy travel company made a mistake on admin cost me and a 80 Yr old father £120 each way to enjoy our holiday customer service are not interested blaming the airline would not give me details on the shuttle bus return to the airport tried to blame the customer for the admin error I spent 3 mornings of my holiday trying to sort this error but still arrived at the airport to return to the UK no check in boarding passes to return back to the UK another £110 to get on the plane ryanair said they are the third party after love holidays blamed the airline as well as the customer for this admin error I have used love holidays before I will say if the paperwork is right it will run smoothly but if there is a problem please don't contact customer service because they will put the phone down on you in mid conversation if they know you are right what you're saying they will use the words going round in circles

Booked 2nights in New York. Price looked good but by the end of the booking it had gone up considerably-thought it was due to taxes and resort fees. Booked but then wanted to check if fees were included as it was same price as other sites only if all was included and didn’t want a shock at the other end. Emailed-no reply. Web chat wouldn’t recognise that I had responded. Finally got through today after an hour hanging on the phone! To be told that resort fees and taxes were not included! This makes loveholidays cost £356 for 2 nights compared to £240 from hotels.com taking into account taxes and resort fees. Booking confirmation does not mention any of this- it’s only in the small print of the hotel info on their booking site. Cancelled having to pay their £25 admin fee but worth the saving. Can’t believe they are sneakily charging so much extra.

Astonishing! Would NOT recommend to anyone Terrible service! Myself and a friend had booked a hotel room and paid in advance online, we got to the hotel and the hotel did not even have a reservation for us! This is because Loveholidays hadn’t confirmed our booking with the hotel!

Tried to cancel my holiday to Majorcia due to out break of the corona virus at location. Read the terms and conditions of loveholidays.com. they say in them that under unavoidable and extraordenary condition. Like war etc and out break of a serious disease that they will issue customer a full refund of all money paid and no fees would be charged to cancel. I rang them twice over 2 days. Got a person called Erico Castro both times. He was rude and very unhelpfull and hung up on me both times. Ask to speak to a manager who was available for him to talk to but not for me to talk too. Have had to get solicitor envolved today the 27 Feb 2020 to start legal action against loveholidays to get my refund as they have breeched their own terms and conditions. Would not recommend anyone to book a holiday by using loveholidays. Com. Rating would be zero below

tried to ring customer service.. was cut off x2!! when got through to customer services to try to resolve issue..got cut off when I asked to speak to the manager.. I rang back and was still waiting for 52 minutes to get through.. horrendous!! do not use this company!

Booked a room in Orlando, they over booked the hotel, and would not find us another one, Kept giving us the runaround. until we eventually ended up sleeping in our car. And now they will not even give us a refund.
