“I was skeptical at first and now a month in my skin has adjusted and I really like it. Skin texture is now different and now I’m just waiting to see some fine lines and wrinkles disappear. I know these things take time but I am hopeful now that I have seen the progress begin!”

“I am very please with Saranghae 5 beauty products! My face looks smother and more even! I see improvement in some acne marks that I had on my face for long time. I hope I can reduce more the pores in my face and tight my neck/ jaw area more. I see improvement on my elevens too. I would like to reduce my marionette lines too. But overall I think Saranghae is a great product and I will try the charcoal mask in the near future too. Thank you so much for your products and for the great service!”

“I purchased this product to try after reading many good reviews. I am 38 years old with clear sensitive skin. Unfortunately, the products broke my skin out terribly and caused nodule like cyst on my skin. I contacted customer service to let them know and to seek guidance. It took serversl days to receive an email. Sandra Starr replied back with a long and lengthy order of how I should stop the produce and then restart it again one product at a time. From the customer side, I did not have any interest in breaking out again, as my cyst were taking a while to heal the product caused. The company also throws the line out that your face will break out when trying something new and to persist with using it. WARNING! You must pay the shipping and handling if you return. This is approx. $35-40 with Fed-Ex. I had a terrible experience with customer service representative Shelby, with her yelling the policy to me over the phone. She also had the audacity to try and tell me my bank would side with the company if I reported it as a fraudent charge. Then proceeded to lie to me that my shipping charge was going to only be $15. Stay away from this company. Products do not deliver as promised for me and service was awful and ridged. They ultimately did not solve my issue or fulfill their so called “promise” of customer service.”

We do pride ourselves on having excellent customer service from knowledgeable customer care specialists. I am sorry that your skin purged upon using the system, I will let you know that It is a fact that completely changing up your skincare routine can cause purging. Here’s how purging can actually work – if a product speeds up skin turnover (the rate at which skin cells are shed and replaced), then the entire cycle will be accelerated and pores will turn into whiteheads/blackheads/pimples/cysts more quickly, so you’ll suddenly see blemishes. Our products are designed to heal, regenerate and protect, I assure you the purging is your skin healing. We agree the process is not ideal. It takes your skin about a month to renew itself, and this is sometimes how long the purging can last. Our Terms and Conditions do state that if you would like to return your bundle, you must pay for shipping. Our system does not produce shipping labels and therefore we cannot provide you with one. “I have used alot of high end products that never showed any results. I also have very dry sensitive skin. I have been using Saranghae for about 2months and I will be using this aslong as they make it. I got instant results and I looove the way the products smell.”

“I have been using Saranghae 5 step skin care for a month now and absolutely love it! I have always taken fairly good care of my skin and was skeptical at first. After starting their 5 step regimen my skin looks and feels so fresh and young! Better than any products I've ever used in the past. I am looking forward to receiving my 2nd shipment. I highly recommend Saranghae for those looking for healthier, softer, smoother, and younger looking skin! Thanks!”

“I am 93 and I love Saranghae because it is nourishing my skin. I have used it only several days but my skin is soft and glowing. Saranghae says it takes about 30 days to realize all of the benefits. I look forward to using it each morning and evening and I'm eager to see to see the results in a month.”

“This is the easiest, affordable and consistently reliable facial skin care that I have ever used. Every single product is perfect. Pre-measured amounts on the pumps....My face does not feel greasy or dry. It feels so good going on, that I have become diligent in washing my face twice daily !! THIS PRODUCT IS A MUST HAVE. Just Start off buying with auto shipment because you will love it and go to auto ship anyhow. Absolutely, fantastic customer service...the kind of service we all want and as customers, deserve. SARANGHAE is packaged nicely and the bottles are attractive..... I loved it so much, I got my daughter started using it !!! PS. Get the charcoal mask, it's fantastic !!”

“I have been using this 5 piece set now for 2 weeks! Amazing is the word I can come up with so fast! I threw out everything that pertains to skin care in my bathroom and now this is the only thing I will EVER use! When I say I threw stuff out I mean thousands of dollars of stuff that I bought! When my granddaughter says I look fabulous she means it! God love her she is only 9 but she wants to know why I have no wrinkles! I love everything about this skincare right down to the charcoal mask! It’s phenomenal! I started seeing results after the first couple of days and now at the end of 2 weeks I am amazed! I don’t even have to use as much makeup as before! Please from the bottom of my heart thank you for such great products and they are affordable too!”

“I’m on 4th round of new product... I’m 55 and my skin looks and feels fantastic compared to my skin w last skin care routine.... I rarely use more than a sweep of bronzer anymore... stopped foundation and B.B./CC cream foundations... I’ve found that sometimes using the eye cream all over face once or twice a month gives skin a great boost!!!”

“I was getting facials on a regular basis and using all recommended (expensive) products that the estheticians told me to use. Every single time I went back they would examine my skin with the bright light tell me my skin is still "extremely dry" and that I am "prematurely aging". It got extremely frustrating because I was using the recommended products and following all of their suggestions. I figured my skin would never change. I saw this product pop up on my newsfeed frequently and one day I clicked on it and after reading some reviews decided to try it. I was very skeptical since nothing I had been doing was working but figured it wouldn't hurt to try something new. I have been doing the 5-step skin care routine for a little over a month now and I really like it but also didn't think there were any major changes in my skin. I finally went back for another facial and after examining my skin the esthetician said "Wow! Your skin is beautiful!" I actually couldn't believe it. She continued to tell me to keep using whatever I've been using on my skin. I am so happy to have finally found a product that actually works for me. Thanks so much!”
