“Using the 5 Step Bundle for a month & a half. Love the products. Immediate softness. No winter dry skin this year! I did experience a few small breakouts. But, when you understand that it's your skin purging, you're actually happy about it!! I had already received the email that my next shipment was processing and my card had been charged when I asked to push the date, yet Karen took the extra steps to refund and re-schedule delivery!”

“First off, I love the product. Second, the customer service has really been great. I signed up for their 5 step system and had to slow the orders down as I wasn’t getting thru it in time and it was no issue at all. When the mini fridge was announced I reached out and it took a follow up to hear back (likely due to order insanity from the impending holidays), but they got back to my follow up msg right away and sorted me out. Great team here and great product. I’ve been blabbing about it to all of my gal friends and even giving one a five step kit for her birthday. I’m pretty sure she’s gonna sign up once she gets through it ;)”

“I can’t tell you how much I just LOVE that tiny little darling powerful refrigerator! It is just perfect! It fits in my 1/2 bath in the corner. It is cooled and the makeup feels so beautiful and read how much better for skin. You guys just can’t be outdone in anything. I delete all others. Beverly Hills md if they are really real their products do nothing z You will own the skin market if you don’t already. Crepe skin is oil and water. Yours change every blemish and sores and red spots while feeling beautiful and making the skin change with the cream as it goes on. My little 1/2 bath has the spa band on top of refrig and I feel so special to have a Saranghae bathroom. It is so lovely and special! Your company is special! Peter is special. Every person working at Saranghae is wonderful.”

“My mini fridge came in today! I just got it all set up on my make up desk. It's really cute and I love the way the serums and everything feel putting them on cool. I can definitely notice a difference in the way my skin feels and looks when I wake up the next day. Other moisturizers left my skin feeling greasy like they had just sat on top all night but with saranghae I feel like it's soaked in and my skin feels softer. It looks healthier as well. I love this product. I wanna buy some for my mom and try the other products I didn't buy the first time around!”

“Really like the products, been using for about 5 months & my skin looks great! The price for such quality products can’t be beat. I tend to use some products at a slower pace so it’s been easy to adjust my delivery frequency. The customer service is so prompt & awesome! Very important to me. I’m telling others about this skincare line.”

“For me personally, due to my combination skin, I use less product in the warmer months. That meant my subscription was stacking up (I had a full unopened set). So when I saw my next order was scheduled to go through in the next three days (thanks to the Saranghae email reminder!), I emailed right away to postpone. I had a very prompt reply and they changed my order with such short notice - no problem, no questions asked! I just want to say a BIG A+ for customer service! This allowed me to keep my subscription (and the AMAZING price deal for all my products), but to not have to waste anything or to have old product. When I was looking around, this price point for what you get, in addition to the 45 day trial, was what initially drew me to this product. And the great, flexible, consumer-friendly customer service is what has kept me with this company!”

“Hello I just wanted to tell you how much your product helped me. I had a brain surgery and my head had to be shaved. After surgery my skin on my scalp and face got really really dry. I've been using your 5 step system for a few years and after the surgery i continued using it on my face and noticed that the skin near my ears started to get better as well. So i started using the cleanser on my scalp as well as my face and my dryness improved drastically! So just wanted to say thank you :)”

“I absolutely love the perfect balance toner. It makes my face feel so soft. It must have done it's job as it balances my skin out before using the other products. I never have found anything like all of your products. They work so well with my skin. I use to have dark spots from the sun and they have diminished. Also my fine lines are fading! I'm only 35 and super happy I found this skincare system. 😘😊.”
