Loews promptly delivered my freezer but the delivery team said they do not reverse the door! They said to call Loews for someone else to do it. 20 minutes later Loews called to see how I liked my new freezer. I explained it is unusable and they said the delivery men were supposed to change the door and this was their job. 12 calls, 11 days later and 2 more scheduled service calls and Loews still has not come back. This includes "KIM" hanging up on me 3 times (the first 2 times she apologized and said her phone messed up!, this probably was a lie) and then claiming I was yelling at her when I explained to her I was frustrated at Loews, Never did I yell and their calls are recorded! Loews reviews at every site are extremely poor (most under a 2)!

Ordered a chest freezer. Needed help moving it so didn’t open it for a week. Open it up and there’s a big dent. Also, they have it in sale for $200 off. They wouldn’t honor either. I even have a video showing me open it the night before I called. They have a 48hr policy on all appliances since they’re the most expensive. Wouldn’t even give me my veteran discount that wasn’t applied. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT LOWE’S AGAIN!!

Yes, my washer j just purchased not even 2 years good started making knocking noises, so I had to find the receipt because I also got a 5 year warranty on it also, they came out the technician couldn't speak English so he ordered more parts, don't hear anything else, two months later someone else comes and knocks around inside it and still we don't know what's wrong with it..I'm never going to Lowes again..

I went to 3 Lowes looking for a specific griddle that shows they have them, I get to each store and wait for assistance they have all the sizes built except for the size I need…why not have a display of all 3 sizes for sale. Pathetic pathetic….definitely not a fan of Lowes anymore….terrible customer service….

Absolutely the worst Lowe’s ever been to. Customer service absolutely horrible especially the guy in the pro desk, absolutely rude, raises his voice a customers will never shop here again and their price gouging people for hurricane supplies

I went to my Lowes store here in Salisbury to find a cordless nail/Brad gun . I found one I was interested in but there was no price . A young man that worked there named Preston stopped and asked me if I need help and I know nothing about tools so I said yes . Preston explained that the nail gun I was looking at by the time I got it , the battery and charger would be close to $300 . We'll I could not afford that so said goodbye to Preston and went on my way . About 5 minutes later Preston walked up to me and said he found a nail gun that came with everything I needed all together for about half the cost of the previous one . We'll turned out the model he had found was way, way better 5han the one I had been looking at earlier . Thank you Preston very much. Edward M. Kirk

I Love Lowe's Employees and Supervisors. I got off work doing a Double shift and was sleepy, very tired. My day had to keep going for another 4 hours. Went into the Concord Lowe's, with my New Landlord. I asked for a Payday candie bar, I needed sugar The employee , I believe her name is Susie went around the check stand and grabbed a Payday for me. I said " Who does that these days". I told her Thank you so much , I just moved here and got off work and am exhausted. I asked her to find her manager, I want to compliment your work ethics The Supervisor ( Charles) I believe his name is came over , I told him Thank You for hiring such a considerate human being to work in the Front To my surprise Charles was even over the Top with Great Customer Service. He gave me a plant for my new house and told me Welcome. I Love Great Customer Service. I will spend my money anywhere that gives great Customer Service. I told Charles I was going to contact their headquarters and Compliment this Store. I want to hear and they have been given an extra compensation. I will follow up. Many stores are losing customers because of faulty service. I want this store to get a Free lunch as a Thank You. Lowe's your staff is a higher level of integrity and ethos. Please don’t buy from Loews appliances our Samsung refrigerator has been out for a month and now 8 more days before a repair technician shows up 2500 dollars for this fridge and no refrigerator and nobody in this area to repair it the closest repair company is 300 miles away demham springs Louisiana on live in Greenville Mississippi Lowes please help 6625375277

Lowes delivered a new fridge. It works great. They did not remove the old fridge. They left it on my lawn. I'm not happy. They tell me that they'll remove it for a price. This was not mentioned at the sale.

This is the worst place for installation and any projects, bad customer service. I started a projects which is window installation with them, window colors came wrong,bad installation, wrong sizes very expensive. It's been 4 months since they promised to bring a refund and the original window, I don't know if it's gonna come tomorrow or next ten years. Worst is we r still paying for it. New homeowners beware of their installation team.Either they give you some incompetent company or you will have no one to talk to..customer service trained to lie to you and prolong your frustration. I wish I could give them negative half star..

Going with the recommend Lowe’s cabinet installers for kitchen was the biggest mistake. Maria Franco at Westminster Colorado store and Schuyler Cabinets were great but Overhead Garage was unprofessional, incompetent company that should stick to installing garage doors. They said they had 40 years of experience and installed our cabinets perfectly but didn’t read the plans written by Maria Franco the Lowe’s Designer. Four cabinets placed in the wrong area. Wrong crown molding, floor molding, no fillers were used, island cabinets not square or leveled. We had to hire another cabinet installers to correct numerous mistakes. Many things we could not correct. Find your own installer!

Service plans for appliances are worthless. Bout a 5 year plan for washer. At 4.5 years, washer constantly out of balance. They sent someone who ran a test cycle - with nothing in the tub & said there is nothing wrong with it.

We bought two boxes of white hexagon tile to lay in our bathroom floor. After laying tile, we couldn’t tell that there was a slight difference in the tile color until the grout was put in. We took the receipt back to Lowes and showed them a picture of the difference. They would not refund us the money and got this who story about lot numbers and how they could be a slight different in color. We will not buying from Lowes again. This is a warning to others. Buyer beware. I tried to upload a photo but couldn’t.

Never buy from Lowes especially appliances they hire shady installers who scam money from you. This installer tried to get money from me even though we paid for installation. When I refused to give him cash he called the cops and said I assaulted him. What a scumbag liar pretty much tried to ruin my life. Beware of Lowes installers, go somewhere else For appliances. nea

I bought flooring at Lowe’s in Opelousas Louisiana, the cost was over $4000.00 because we had it installed. But Lowe’s in Opelousas didn’t have everything we ordered they sent part of the order to Lowe’s in Crowley Louisiana. When we bought the flooring we were asked if we had large furniture to move and we told them we would move it ourselves. But they charged me $95.00 anyway. Well, when the installers were done with the first part, one of the installers asked my husband if he wanted him to help him put my couch back in place ( my kitchen and living room is connected and they took maybe 5 steps to place my couch back ) it took some time to get the issue resolved and still charged me $45.00 for that. So I’m very upset because someone messed up with my order so it took some time to finish my installation. I never complained, I waited patiently. But after all of that, they had the nerve to charge me $45.00 to move about 5 steps to put my couch back in place after he offered to help my husband. So now I’m planning on closing my account because that does not make sense to me.
