Competitive pricing, decent selection, carefully packaged so there was no breakage. Took quite a bit longer to receive my order than from the other sites I often order from.

There we a lot of problems that did ultimately get resolved, but I had to go over the Supervisor to a Manager in order to get resolution. That should not have been needed. Additionally I believe I had to call approximately 3-5 different times in order to get everything resolved and each time I was approximately 20 min up to over an hour just to get through to a customer service associate. That timeframe just to reach customer service is completely rediculous. It truly was a frustrating experience. The only reason there are any stars listed above is because the customer service workers were very kind and did what they could. The manager was also helpful although never thought it important enough to actually take my call, only messaged and worked though the workers. The Supervisor was of Zero help or customer service.

Took way too long to receive my order. Got 3 different changes in expected delivery date status from tracking alert. Product is excellent, shipping needs work. Thank you.

Did enjoy that there was a discount on something I usually buy, did not enjoy that shipping took twice as long as expected. Will just order from the original site next time.

The only problem I've had with lucky vitamin is their web site and their pages and as my last email to customer service stated; they send me off on wild goose chases!! I finally had to stop with my last order because I couldn't get to the right page. I hope this helps and thank you.

The ordering process is clear and painless. I do have one recommendation on packaging and packing material - we can't predict nor control the weather i.e. rain or snow. Please use plastic liner/bag inside the shipping box or water proof boxes. This would prevent rain water from damaging the merchandise... My order had 20 box of tea bags... it was raining on the date the package was delivered... the box got "soft" (it was wet) and so was most of tea boxes... I air dried them and mark the really wet ones to be used first... Hopefully there are no harmful effects from the wet/damp tea boxes. Since some tea bags were a bit moist/soft to the touch... : (

It used to be a 4 or even 5. But this new backorder policy is beyond terrible. I didn't even realize until I was about to send in my order that something was wrong. The total cost seemed awfully high. I looked more closely and saw that things I had ordered had suddenly been changed to ordering 3 or even 10 units when I had ordered 1. While the small print on the product pages does say out of stock and that there is a minimum order, it's not real visible and it's not ever confirmed. I could have easily accidentally ordered $100+ worth of stuff I didn't want and I could still be waiting to get it. This is a software fix. And one that shouldn't be hard for your web programmer. Once I was able to get my order to reflect what I wanted to order, everything went smoothly as usual.

Many items are not in stock or are on back order, typically with an insane minimum quantity. Many times you don't even know that the item is going to be back ordered until after the order is placed. If you want to cancel in that instance, there is no way to do it through your account. You have to email someone and wait (a varying length of time). I always came to Lucky Vitamin because they had the hard to find items I want at a decent price, a similar way of thinking (organic, non-gmo, read all ingredients), and I wanted to support them because they claim to be a small family-run company. However, it seems things have gone downhill over the last year. They used to have great clearance items too, but not anymore. The ordering process was also much more reliable before. Now when I place an order, I brace myself for a notice of order delay or back ordered item. If it is something the family really needs, like probiotics, for example, then I have to search elsewhere for them and spend another minimum amount for free shipping. I still look when placing an order of vitamins or other supplements to check pricing and availability. In some cases, Lucky Vitamin has been the only place to carry an item I want, so I'm grateful for that. I've been ordering from this company since 2008.

I had difficulty using the websit to place my order so I called. I politely worked with the associate who consistently sounded irritated that I didn’t have the catalog numbers available. When my order was completed I confronted her attitude which she denied,and HUNG UP ON ME! The products, delivery time, and pricing were otherwise fine. Just hope that you don’t call and get the same person that I encountered. I did call to complain and since they do record their calls I can only hope that she no longer works st Lucky Vitamin.

I love the prices and variety offered but the shipping takes way too long, two weeks minimum generally speaking, I just received the last order from a purchase made almost a month ago and I am about to run out of the other things and need to reorder. Shipping like that should be free of charge or fast.

I wasn't very happy with Lucky Vitamin my order got lost somehow in the system I sent an email and never received an answer back. Needless to say I wasn't very happy. My order did show up but we have not tried the Marinara sauce yet.

Ordered Lilly’s chocolate chips. They are great, but came through Regular mail and were complete Melted. I thought it would come ups or fed ex. So I will not be Ordering again😥

This was the third time I have ordered a probiotic from Lucky Vitamin. The price is good, the product is excellent; however the product is supposed to be kept refrigerated for maximum benefits. It has never been even remotely cool when it has arrived. Unless this problem can be corrected, I will no longer be ordering from this company.
