I bought three items on the website, and one was canceled later because it was out of stock. The other items did not arrive on time, it was a birthday present for my daughter. The shipping company needs more information about my address, I have already given it 3 times and they still haven't delivered it. What a disappointment, a company that only focuses on profit and not on the customer experience.

The quality of their product is terrible. My daughter paid $150 for black dance joggers. These pants could not hold for even 30 days . Tore within 28 days . Unbelievable, we are surprised how dance pants can tear , as most dancers do a lot of floor work. They refused to return or exchange. It’s shocking how we are all still supporting businesses with below average product and exorbitant prices! It’s sad to see big companies get away with this!

It’s great and looks so cute but I have had my wardrobe restocked with lululemon this year and besides the amazing cuteness the quality is horrible.my pants and skirts are all picked so badly bc of the loose treads

Daughter received a gift card for Christmas. Due to the cheapness of the cardboard gift cards all the information was stolen prior. It was not obvious until the seal was removed and we found the pin was stratched off. I called Lululemon who said gift card had been used that morning. I filed a claim provideding receipt and giftcard. Lululemon did nothing, they just said giftcards are like cash and they are not responsible. I will never purchase from Lululemon again. As long as Lululemon get there money they don't care even if it is stolen.

Lulu has to have the biggest downfall I’ve seen in a company. I used to only where there clothes and was considered a “sweat collective” member for how often I shopped there. Unfortunately they changed suppliers and the quality is so poor now that I can get through 2 years with their 180 dollar pants tearing at the crotch seam. Their “quality guarantee promise” used to make it so easy to return these defected clothes for a new pair but now they don’t even have that going for them. I was met with ignorance by the staff, question if I wash my ripped pants correctly, and told they wouldn’t take them. If you’re okay with 180 dollar pants that you will get 1.5 years out of, lulu is great. Otherwise I recommend just about anywhere else nowadays.

Customer Service keeps passing the book for concerns or questions until you’re left with lots of emails and no answers and no one getting back to you. It’s a scam.

I have been buying from Lululemon via Rakuten (cash rebates shopping portal) and had no issues. Recently, Lululemon promoted membership sign up on their site so I did. The next time I purchased from Rakuten I decided to make the purchase as a member vs. as a guest login. It turns out that Lululemon excludes their members from earning cash back. I wrote to Lululemon on how is this fair (note Athleta members or guest log-ins earn cash back with no discrimination) and they just simply said sorry. This is a horrible and deceiving experience to know that members get less benefits than guests when purchasing from Lululemon and their nonchalance is just icing on the cake.

Extremely bad experience with Lululemon. I ordered 2 jackets and they shipped one. when i called they wanted me to wait till their investigation. Why do i have to wait if they making mistake. Strong customer support. they have people in customer service who can not make any low level decision and keep put me on hold for every single question i asked. over all i lost my money, Be care full of you guys order online.

Lululemon has very welcoming staff, they are always kind and always check on you to see how your shopping experience is. There are always various color and product options in store have a good system that checks to see what products are in stock. Lululemon provides a welcoming shopping experience with great product options

Worst customer service ever of any store if you purchase an online product like pants that are not the correct size. I contacted lululemon the same day they arrived. Then I went to return them The person told me that i had to keep these two expensive pants because my young son took the tags off when trying them on. They don’t understand anything about sensory stuff. Bottom line it seems that I am STUCK w 300 dollars worth of pants that do not fit my kid. Sad sad sad sad.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Cancelled an order with no reason… keep your stock updated properly and don’t wait two weeks to cancel orders of items you don’t have don’t let those orders be made in the first place

The most incompetent service I have ever received. I ordered a gift card for a birthday present. After 3 weeks of not receiving it (and the birthday already passing), I contacted Lululemon. After spending a ridiculous amount of time with 8 reps and explaining the situation, every single rep offered to drain the gift card and transfer it to a digital card. I continuously explained that doesn’t address the issue (needed a physical card, hence that’s why I purchased it) to be given as a birthday present and since the gift cards are non-refundable and the birthday had already passed due to the lack of shipping, the card was useless. One of the reps apparently drained the card after telling them not to and that it didn’t address the issue. After contacting them again and explaining that now I missed the birthday, I don’t have the gift card I ordered, I’m out tons of time and frustration, and they never sent me the digital card they drained to the rep disconnected because she didn’t have a resolution (Melanie). I have screen shots of all these interactions and can’t get anyone to assist me. I’m without resolution and Lululemon is now without a long time customer. SO disappointed.

CHADSTONE store in Australia has horrible customer service with suspected discrimination and racism. A middle aged male was rude and threatens Asian customers to purchase products or else he will not allow the customers to try them on! Management team, do something

The customer service is horrible and the clothing is no longer worth the price. If you need to return something, it is highly unlikely that their system will work i.e. you can’t even get a QR code! They say they’ve sent it but it doesn’t show up so it’s impossible to take it back to the carrier and show the QR code and have them print you a label when lululemon can’t even make the QR code visible. In addition, their return labels will not print out if you have to resort to printing! In other words, if you need to return something, you are left high and dry. Lululemon is simply broken in every way from product quality to customer service!

Overpriced activewear and very poor customer support. They unexpectedly Cancelled items in my order while showing as delivered under my account. It takes forever to identify the phone no to contact Lululemon and once I found it, it took forever for someone to answer. Once I was on a call with an agent, half way through the call it just got disconnected so I had to spend another 30mins to get on a call with someone. Disappointing - you would think you pay for premium services but that tells me a lot about the quality standards for it.

Brooke at the Dan Diego store was so helpful! Guided me through buying the proper coat for my brother’s size and style who lives across country. It’s been sold out, but she took the time to walk me through how to find it after returns. He’s going to love it! Thanks Brooke and LuLu, you’re in every picture our family takes! ❤️
