“ Placed an order on 27/12 during the sale and after chasing have been told on 15/01 that I’m being refunded as the courier ‘returned the package to them’. I received no tracking details and there was no courier card in my door saying anything about a failed delivery - just sounds like they’re lying as they couldn’t fulfil the order. ”
