Car was in good order when we returned. Yes, it is quite a way from departures and yes, if you happen to be following the bus when you are trying to park, that can slow you down, as it stops several times, without leaving passing room, but the buses are very frequent and warm. This is much appreciated when you arrive in the very chilly early morning hours of late May!

Car was in good order when we returned. Went to Belfast for the day with friends on a flight at 07:00. Left Watford at 05:00. New link road with very slow speed limit moves the traffic past the site of the old roundabout saving time, but this has now moved the congestion a mile and a half nearer the airport and clogged the approach road. Having parked, we saw a bus approaching the adjacent bus stop, only to see a sign on it saying "Sorry - Bus full". Stood in bus stop for same bus to return, driver sensibly indicated that we could get on as it went into the car park so that we didn't get left behind again. Due to clogged approach road we crawled our way up the hill and finally arrived in the terminal at 5:50 more than 20 minutes after arrival in the car park. For this we paid the princely sum of £19 as I had neglected to book more than 48 hours ahead. The automatic number plate readers didn't work, either going in or coming out, but then I am used to this at Luton where they have never worked in either the mid term or long term car parks whenever I have used them over several years. Added to the fact that it costs £2.50 just to drop off a passenger at LTN the experience as a motorist is lamentable.

I unfortunately didn't get to use the parking I booked as I had to change my travel plans at the last minute. Considering that I canceled my booking only hours before I was scheduled to park, I was really impressed with the ease at which I could request a full refund. This was done conveniently online and the money was back in my account within a couple of days.

Short term car park was overfull with some aisle ways blocked. Did not give the impression of being well managed.

Parking in the gravel can seriously damage your car. There is s many loose stones around I'm surprised I didnt get a puncture

Easy to find, car park was quite full but still easy to find a space, bus to transfer us to the airport arrived quickly. When returned didn't have to wait too long for the bus and easy to leave. Great price too. Would recommend.

The best valet parking I have used. Simple and straightforward. Unlike Gstwick and Heathrow they haven't damaged my car. Could add cleaning.

Generally the experience was good. My main issue is the location. The idea of priority parking, and the extra you pay, is to get to the terminal quicker. When you spend a lengthy amount of time, getting from the main road, on the road leading into the terminal, you then get to the barrier for Priority Parking. Driving through there is a zebra crossing leading from the drop off point to the terminal - This is constant with people crossing, and unless you move forward slowly, and try to move in between people crossing you would sit there all day (like some people do). This is the same when you try to leave on your return - Same crossing, same amount of people. Move either the priority parking to the other side, or the zebra crossing past the entrance to priority parking. As said, this is not so much about the parking, as to the location. Staff are helpful, car is safe, and has always been ready and waiting for me on my return. From the parking perspective I would recommend, from the location I wouldn't

Dropping car off no problem, but not very professional approach. Staff had appearance of people who just do it to make a few quid. Very shambolic. On return called as requested when collecting luggage. Was told car would be there in 10-15 mins. Actually arrived 1 hour later. Nobody on site could answer questions. Again shambolic. Luckily no rain as would have got soaked waiting outside with no cover. Will not be using swift again

Hello, a bit premature! Hopefully we will rate it very good! We travel early thursday morning 4/6, and expect to be at priority parking around 5am for easyjet flight at 7.05. I hope junction 10 exit to the airport is now ok and only the 1081 has some roadworks which hopefully around 5am will not be too disruptive. We return on 14th June. Thank you for any information. Everything was very easy , location, parking and bus in and out However, when I went to pay my ticket stated I owed £ 68 I had a fright as I had paid online. I pressed for assistance to be informed I did not need to pay and all was well This was unnecessary anxiety which I feel should be ironed out

Although we had pre booked a space in the mid term car park, when we arrived the car park was full and people were driving round looking for spaces. Luckily we were very early for our flight and therefore were able to spend time driving round. There were no free spaces and we has to wait until someone vacated one before we could park. Very unsatisfactory. We had paid in advance for a car parking space and it doesn't seem unreasonable to be able to park on arrival.

Whilst the very early morning pick-up from the long term car park was okay, on returning to the UK we could not fit onto the first bus so waited for the next which was at least 25 minutes rather than the "every 15 minutes" advertised. Another issue was that more people could have fitted onto the bus both ways if the driver had managed boarding as many people did not bother to place their luggage on the rack but simply put it on the gangway and stood there with all of the higher rack space empty. I was advised on the phone to use the long term car park at £43.49 for 5 days when others who have been away for the same or fewer days used the short term c ar park for less cost. I usually use APH when I go via Gatwick and park offsite with a bus transfer where the driver loads the luggage in the hold. I leave the car at reception and they park it and bring it back on my return to the reception area. The parking is fully secure and costs about £60 for 2 weeks and I don't have to drag my luggage round and think their service is far superior.

Pre paid car parking,Got to mid term car park only to find car park full. Assistant at barrier came and told us to park in road next to fence ,a sign telling you not to park near fence was being displayed.after a while i did fid a space. I did think that spaces would have been left for people who had already paid.
