“Ordered colour that didn't match. Had to return and request a refund. Helpful customer service. In hope that re-ordering a new colour recommended by customer service team would make a difference.”

“I love the quality and the customer service was amazing too. Quick refund for the items that I needed to return and hassle free. They charge $10 for items returned, though.”

“Awesome customer service. I accidentally ordered a pair of halo extensions and couldn't cancel my order and was in a total panic! Their customer service was quick to reply the entire time through the process! It calmed my nerves so much, thank you!!! I've also used their extensions before, I've been pleased!”
