Rude staff, don't want to help. My flight was cancelled due to coronavirus. I asked for refund 5 tickets of my family and they said airline only offer vouchers. I don't no what to do, I am not planning to travel any more. All of they staff is not helpful telling me to contact airline and airline is saying contact lycafly. I was only offered vouchers which is no good to me. I am writing to financial ombudsman

LycaFly failed to inform me about my Kuwait Airways flight schedule change in Kuwait airport even though Kuwait Airways informed LycaFly well in advance. So I was stranded in Kuwait airport for over 15 hours for no fault of mine & the compensation provided by LycaFly was only £94 which was the flight ticket I had to book from Mumbai to Cochin as I had missed my connecting train from Mumbai to Cochin. The layover as per my ticket in Kuwait airport was less than 5 hours only. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH LYCAFLY. WOULD NEVER BOOK ANY TICKET WITH LYCAFLY. VERY POOR COMPENSATION PROVIDED TO ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE.

Do not book with LycaFly. Company should be bankrupt and I hope they do soon Amen... Very bad customer service and in these hard times of Coronavirus they are just out there to make money for themselves and not give refunds to vulnerable people... I hope God curses this company Amen... Bunch of illegal immigrants should be jailed

I have spoken about 6 times to different people at Lycafly, who have all given me different information, all if which is rubbish! They do not want to send any form if cancellation invoice, patience running out!! Wilk be reporting this company

My friend bought a ticket for two 2 days ago. He never receive any confirmation email or tickets. Looking at these review, I’m worried that they’re being scammed. Avoid at all cost. “Like” all the 1 star reviews.

Idiot agency, Scammer, Lies 1000000%, arrogant customer service, Thief's, Unprofessional and low life travel agency who take advantage out of passenger misery. Plssss do not book with them there lower fare is just a trap.... Be aware and let everyone around you knows about them. May they rotten in hell

Airline refund money because of COVID 19 but they are not giving money back to me :( Scammers stay away and never buy ticket from them

Your charging ridiculous fees for flights that have been suspended in India at no fault of mine when high street travel agents are charging £20 to re book To come back to the UK... it’s appalling - I will not be using you guys again

Been phoning them almost all week now, to cancel my flight and send me a cancellation invoice they either cut you off or ask you to hold on and not get back to you!!!

Initially I was quite happy however due to having an elderly father and partner both with underlying health issues therefore with the Coronavirus it is not advisable for either of them to fly. Having saved for long time to take my dad back to the country he was born to see his elderly sisters before he dies we have decided not to cancel but to postpone until October. I contacted Lycafly who arranged flights for October which cost me £1033 extra plus another £150 for taxes. I paid, agreed the flights, got a receipt for both the payments then 2 hours later I was contacted by Lycafly again to say I cannot go in October and have to go in August which is going to cost me another £800. I have put an official complaint in last Thursday 5th March which has not even been acknowledged so a sent it again early this week - still nothing. Yesterday I had an e-mail from the sales person stating the booking for April is still there and I can only go in August "which is more expensive" Absolutely disgusted. My families health is at risk and this may be the last time my father gets to see his family. I have paid for October tickets and not getting them. Disgusting.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. Found them through Skyscanner. Paid for the tickets. They rang me up straight away saying there’s there’s no seats left on that flight and if I was flexible in terms of travel. I had to repeatedly tell them I wasn’t then suddenly they said there were seats but I had to pay another £100!! So suddenly there were seats if I paid extra. Absolutely fuming. Rip off merchants. I told them I wanted a refund and they said it would take 12 days to go through. I tried to cancel the flights the next day and they said I would lose £800! Staff were rude and unhelpful. Would never ever ever use them again!! Wouldn’t even give them one star.

SCAM be extremely careful. My flight to Bali was never refunded despite the fact that the flight is stoping by HK and the high risk of Corona Virus

In August 2019 I booked and paid flights from London to Mauritius with LycaFly for my wife and son. They sent me a confirmation email, so I normally assumed that I had the flights booked. The next days I started to receive calls from them, asking me if I would prefer alternative flights. I answered no. They called me again asking me the same question. From me always the same answer. I wrote them an email reiterating that i didn't want change my plan and asking to finally receive my e-ticket. After that i had another call, when they told me that the flights I had chosen (and paid for) were not available anymore and they were proposing alternatives (more expensive and less convenient for my needs). I asked for a refund, as the product for which I had paid was not available, the proposed alternatives were not adequate for my needs and i wanted to be free to look for other options. They refused to reimburse me for flights which they could not provide and i was forced to compromise for more expensive and less convenient flights (after unnecessarily having wasted several hours at the phone/email with them) I found their attitude not honest, and frankly on the verge of criminal/scam. I see here that many other users have suffered similar bad experience. I certainly will never use them anymore and I hope this review will help other users to avoid the same troubles that me and several others have experienced with LycaFly.

Absolutely AWFUL- still won’t refund my money after calling me to tell me the flight I bought was not available. Waited the agreed 7-10 days AND paid a 150 pounds cancellation fee (no way around it) and now calling bank and fraud companies to hold them accountable. Really really avoid- I wish I had read reviews before using them. Criminals. Still not received my refund.
